It includes a relaxing king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed in a comfortable living area to relax and recoup.

Nestled within a Georgian Townhouse on a Residential Street, this property. has easy access to the City Centre. This open-plan apartment gives both a homely and spacious feeling with a Georgian-style tall ceiling and stylish interior designs!
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. No Hen/Stag Parties allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (up 2 flights of stairs).
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 10 am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.

Very good location, walking distance to city centre, very easy check in/out. Clean and has everything you need in a home. Very nice decoration. 2 negatives, first, floor is squeaky and no carpet so gets cold as well. Second is we were waken up on our 3rd night at 4 am by neighbours in the apartment above us. Sound insulation is close to zero.

It's definitely the best space I've ever had of all the accommodations I've ever met. It is almost perfect, it is very comfortable, it has ample spaces, there is no noise and I think they take care of even the smallest details. There was even soap for the washing machine and a kit, little details that make this place almost perfect. The only thing I didn't like is that I was charged double cleaning, once you make the reservation through an external page they make you pay an extra cleaning amount even when this had already been paid. If you do not proceed to pay then they do not send you the codes to access the apartment. If you already paid through the App, why do you have to pay more for cleaning? Other than that, everything is fine

The house is very small (the pictures makes it look it way bigger), the loo is a absolutely tight and the shower wasn't working, was only possible to run a bath. They said shower gel and shampoo were available: 30 ml of each for 2 people, for 2 nights. Never seen so much frugality, and considering the amount paid it was quite a shame. It's nearly 2023 and yet the bed didn't even have fitted sheet, however the sheet moving around along with every single body movement wasn't even the worst: the noise coming from the floor above was terrible. It was possible to hear everything at every hour of the night, loud music, people shouting, people dancing, people crying. The price paid for just a weekend was definitely too expensive. Bright sides: easy to reach, easy to park at, nice city guide offered, comfy bed (only if we could have sleep).

We were super impressed with the information we got from the hosts ahead of our stay which was all very useful. The room was spacious, kitchen well equipped and the street generally quiet in close proximity to the city centre. You could easily walk into town within about 20 minutes and getting the bus was very simple too as I think just about all the bus services went to Liverpool One bus station. There were also lovely touches we didn't expect including some little butters in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar. A wee warning that if you are coming from the South, the apartment being single glazing and not central heated, it does get a bit chilly! There is electric heating in the bedroom/living room, but it took a while to heat up and going through to the kitchen or bathroom in the morning was a little chilly! Definitely worth making sure you've packed some cosy slippers. The bathroom has a large bath with electric shower, a small sink with large mirror (all very clean and nicely decorated like rest of the apartment) but it is a sliding door that does not lock, and quite cramped. It didn't bother us as being just two of us we just knew if the door was shut, don't go in, and dressed in the main room but I know that it might be something others would be anxious about. We did have a minor issue on the evening we arrived where the cord for the blind broke, and the hob had been switched off and we didn't know if it was broken (the switch was in the glasses cupboard as it turned out) but the hosts were amazing at coming the next day to sort both issues and so quick to respond. I know they've said they plan to update the instruction manual in the guide you get so that won't be a problem if it happens to a guest again in future. We highly recommend a stay here - Liverpool is a vibrant, friendly city and there was lots to see and do. This airbnb provided good value for money and enabled us to save being able to make some of our meals there and not eat out all the time. The parking permit was hugely helpful too.

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out.
