Great communication and a very proactive host. Was a lovely stay with uni friends. Very close to shops and restaurants and not a far walk into the city centre. Overall a fabulous stay and would book again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodation was very nice and the location was beautiful – we especially loved the window view of the Georgian houses. It was also a really good walk into the city, which made exploring very easy. Charlie was a great host, very friendly and always prompt with his responses whenever we needed anything. The only downside was the cleaning, as we noticed quite a lot of dust in visible areas and the floor wasn’t as clean as expected. However, the bathroom was sparkling clean and the bed was very tidy. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

A great little apartment in a fab location. Walkable to the centre and set in lovely Georgian area. Lovely pubs and places to eat. c 20 min walk to Docks. wld stay again.

Lovely little apartment - was absolutely perfect for me, my partner and our dog. Location was great, right in the lovely Georgian Quarter and the free parking was a real plus. Easily parked on the road outside the apartment with the permit provided. The apartment was spotless, with a comfy sofa and bed. Perfect for any couple staying in Liverpool and great value for money. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in the city.

Flat is gorgeous and a beautiful location with Tesco being a 3 minute walk, plus so many restaurants and close to bold street too!

Fantastic location. Great host. Phenomenal communication from booking, pre arrival and during our stay. Definitely recommend this Airbnb property to friends and family. Cannot wait to stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool.

can't fault the little apartment itself. clean, tidy, kitchen perfectly acceptable to make meals if you want to. it is centrally located however it is obviously a very studenty area. clearly the neighbouring properties are mostly student accommodation and that brings with it noise late at night both from the street and through the walls. if you are going to be out late or not a light sleeper then it will be fine however the street noise can be loud from the bedroom and there was an annoying intermittent loud knocking sound coming through the wall which happened in the evening and at night time. the host was responsive when I informed them of the noise but not much that can be done about it as the walls are evidently thin. to end on a positive however the visitor parking permit is a bonus. if you are visiting for work or business I would suggest staying in a different area.

A clean and tidy property very near the University. The furniture, bathroom and kitchen were all adequately appointed. The water was hot and the heating worked well. It was rather smaller than expected and did not have much character.

Great location, easy walk into Liverpool, apartment was quite small and my son is 6ft 5 so struggled a bit with the shower as ceiling quite low - would stay again if only the two of us. Hosts very professional

Great stay in central Liverpool. Can definitely recommend. Only issue was the bed size, it was a bit too narrow especially for 3 of us (two adults and a baby) - but should be ok for smaller parties :) Otherwise a really great stay!

Great Air Bnb, location very accessible to the City centre. Bed was very comfy and the apartment was clean. Would definitely recommend Katy & Joe’s apartment for anyone visiting Liverpool.

The location of the accommodation is very good. At the end of the street there are several smaller shops and a supermarket, which is almost always open. The city center is a 15-20 minute walk. The information we received in advance left nothing to be desired (detailed check-in information, description of the facility, etc.). In the house there are still several apartments and we were glad that there is no noise nuisance. Overall a good stay and there was nothing missing!

We had a lovely couple of days at Katy, Joe and team's accommodation for the Eurovision song contest. It was warm, clean, comfortable, convenient and well equipped. A real home from home! We really appreciated the use of a parking permit during our stay as well. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Liverpool in the future.

Lovely quiet location in Liverpool away from the hustle and bustle. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Easy check in instructions. We originally were booked into a another of their apartment but there was a problem, they quickly communicated and we stayed in this one instead. It had more of attic feel to it with sloping walls-not amazing for tall people! Also unable to see out of the windows. It was up 5 flights of stairs. Well equipped kitchen and two televisions.

Lovely flat in excellent location for exploring Liverpool. Within walking distance of all major attractions, but area is also very quiet and relaxing. Katy, Joe & Team provided excellent instructions and were great communicators throughout. Highly recommended and will definitely stay with them again.

Lovely apartment in a great location, very close to a lovely pub for food & drinks- The BlackBurne Arms. Lots of bus routes to the city centre just one street over and shops (tesco etc) just a few mins walk at the top of the street

This is the third time I’ve stayed in one of Katy, Joe & Team’s Liverpool properties and again it was a superb experience. A clean, tidy and comfortable apartment in a great location with free parking. I would definitely recommend booking with them to anyone.

Great location! Set in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool so you’re a stones throw from some brilliant independent food! That was spacious and tidy, had everything we needed for a two day stay. Checking in and out was easy with the self service pin pad. Perfect stay. We’ll be back!

this was our first visit to Liverpool, and finding this apartment which is a jewel the amount of effort put in from check in finding keys and all the equipment needed in the apartment is just amazing and its so clean there is also parking outside the parking permit is supplied we are in the older generation group and this being our first experience of aibnb we couldn't have picked a more perfect apartment we will be using them again thank you Katy Joe and team . We had a great stay! The apartment is a good size for 2, but as a group of 3 we did struggle to all eat breakfast round the table. But good to use as a base when exploring the city. Final note, the walls were quite thin, so we could hear people in the apartment above moving around.

Lovely apartment just right for two people. Everything is in walking distance, Liverpool one, The docks, cathedrals , food shops and lovely restaurants and bars. We even had a film crew outside! Definitely would book again if visiting Liverpool

Small studio apartment located on the first floor in the Georgian courter. The apartment has most of what you will need and hopefully a fan will be provided soon as the apartment was rather stuffy in the heat. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend this apartment without the installation of a fan. Due to the heat we needed to keep the windows open all night. Bed is comfortable but some may find the double bed size too small for 2 people. The location is alright if you need to be close to the city.
