Location and size of property for 8 of us was superb
It was clean & comfortable and decor beautiful

There was no hairdryer! Not ideal for 4 women getting ready!! A few hats came to the rescue!
We were told missing hairdryer had been reported and doing their best to rectify! This didn’t happen! Hopefully sorted for the next guests! lol!

Great place for a hen do, super easy to get into Liverpool by foot and loads of stuff on the doorstep too.

The place is very beautiful, well prepared with all amenities needed. It is in prime location and beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurant around. A beautiful 15 minutes to the center (Liverpool One) and 20 minutes to the dock.
The bathrooms were clean, well prepared, and good water pressure.

Gorgeous decor and very clean place, great for large groups! Very central location too.
There was no flexibility at all with early check-in or late check-out which was a shame as we were willing to pay an additional fee.
Communication was quick and the host was very responsive.

Beautiful house, great location. Comfy beds and good facilities. The keypad was really handy as members of our group could come and go as they pleased.

Communication with the hosts was difficult, they wouldn't answer the phone and didn't provide the property guide until we were checking out. This contained various instructions on how to work things and the WiFi code. Cleaner was still at the property for over an hour past our check in time. Not enough toilet rolls left in the property. Only 3 for a booking for 13 people. Floors were very sticky. Seagulls are very noisy, bring earplugs

We had an amazing stay here for my sister’s hen do! It’s a really nice space and ideal for big groups looking to stay in Liverpool. It’s easy to walk to different parts of the city, there’s a really nice coffee shop just two doors down from the house, and Bold St is only a 5 min walk away which has a Tesco and lots of places to eat. The hosts are really responsive and provided all the information we needed. The only downside to the property for us was the number of bathrooms. There are two en-suites, which are placed in two of the bedrooms which have only one double bed inside, and then there is only one communal bathroom for the rest of the house which doesn’t feel like enough for the size of the space and number of bedrooms.
Would absolutely recommend to groups looking for a big shared space for a trip to Liverpool, and would stay again!

The house was modern, stylish and had everything we needed for a few days away. Rooms were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We loved everything. The only thing we would have preferred is if there were a couple more chairs in the living room, but that is just something material!

The place was lovely, we had 16 of us stay and it was just enough room for us all. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the shops and bars in town.

House was lovely and in a very good central location. Each bedroom was huge and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all.
Nice TV, kitchen setup, plenty of seats and storage space. Parking space was easy to find too.
My only constructive feedback is to sort the heating out - the instructions to tweak the boiler were hidden deep in a PDF of house instructions etc. so didn’t see it right away. Maybe a poster in the meantime before a more permanent solution on the boiler might help people.

Property was very clean and true to description, good location 10-15 mins walk into the centre.

11 of us stayed in the property and I think it would be tight for 16. Not enough seating, mirrors, and no hairdryers. So would be nice to add more of these touches.

Fantastic accommodation. Fabulous size for a big group, clean and tidy accommodation. Perfect location, not too far from the main centre which is surrounded by lots of amazing restaurants, bars etc. we have no complaints.

Excellent house, very clean and comfortable, heating made it very warm, had to turn off some radiators, and open windows. The dishwasher was a big help and a couple of tablets had been provided.
Beds were really comfy. We had a couple of questions whilst staying, I texted the host and had prompt replies. Parking was a bonus and we had no problem with this. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar had been left for us.
Easy walking distance to town centre and we found excellent breakfast options within a few minutes walk

Very small niggles, 2 of the bathrooms are actually en suite inside the double rooms, so the three double doubles were sharing one bathroom until the people in the double rooms were awake. There was 10 of us staying and we made it work easily but could be a problem with a full house.
The house has single glazing windows, one of the nights we were woken by a very loud motorbike starting and revving. Obviously not the property’s fault but something to be aware of

Everything was perfect it was situated within a short walk from the centre of the city and still tucked away from the noise of traffic.The place was very clean. Plenty of space for our gang.
Only suggestion I'd have for them is to leave some more cleaning items like a sweeping brush and a few more dish cloths. All in all very happy with our stay would recommend it for a large family.

The decor and colour scheme is amazing, really lovely property perfect for a girlie weekend :) location is excellent and on a one way/quiet street

Everything was brilliant but we could have done with a few more toilet rolls provided and cleaning products e.g cloths & tea towels but on the whole we managed with what was provided

Best place to stay!!! Near everything and the house is super clean and has so much space! Lots of bathrooms and it’s a home away from home. Had to make a service call and they answered right away and fixed our issue within a minute!!! Great company to rent from. I’m currently looking to buy and have them rent my next property for me. This company is outstanding!!!! Great job to the owners and all their staff. Thank you for a wonderful time in Liverpool….we will be back soon

We booked this beautiful home quite last minute for a group of around 10 people for a Friday night. The boys had a weekend planned in Liverpool.
Katy, Joe & Team quickly responded to all correspondence.
The accommodation was beautiful and the group (who had somewhere else booked in Liverpool for the rest of the weekend) wished they'd been staying at Katy, Joe & Teams accommodation for the full weekend.
One of the boys left some bits behind in the accommodation and it was straightforward to arrange their return.
Thanks so much! Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

The property was perfect for a family get together - a great social space, well equipped and very clean. The hosts were very proactive and provided all required information in advance without prompt.
There was some confusion around the parking - the hosts advised there was parking for 1x car, but the neighbours advised there was allocated parking for 2x cars. We had 3x cars and so had to partially pay for on-street parking out front. In truth, there was adequate off-road space for all cars during our stay, despite the neighbours insisting that the spaces would be used.
The property had great wifi throughout, however the Smart TV would not connect and so was restricted to standard channels. Not an issue, but would have been a nice added extra.
Would definitely stay again and really enjoyed the location.
