The location was excellent for the city centre of Liverpool and everywhere was walkable.
The biggest fault is the lift to the floor we, where staying on.
We knew they lift was not working but I have been told by residents of the building, it has not been working for 3 years!
THis needs to be shown on the listing before it is booked as we had a family of 5 with a small child who came all the way from Austrlaia and it is around 6 flights of stairs to get to the fllor we where on.

The location was good

Received a message a few days before arrival to say the first day there would be NO WATER till 6pm, this was far from ideal as the trip was bought as a present for my Sisters 50th Birthday and we had booked a meal for 5pm and would of liked to be able to have a quick shower and freshen up after a day travelling/ shopping. I asked if we could move into another of their city apartments that was still available in the same vicinity as £512 was a lot of money for 2 nights with no water on the first day. The apartment was top floor of an old victorian building, we were warned just after booking that the LIFT WAS NOT WORKING, we booked may and wasn’t due to end of Aug so assumed it would be fixed by then, but nope still no lift really not ideal for people with any mobility issues, looking into old reviews the lift had been out of order since LAST YEAR!! We were also told there had been a leak in one of the neighbouring apartments and was informed how to avoid it as it was unsightly. The apartment did not look like the photos advertised online it was a lot smaller than expected and was dirty, it had obviously not had a good clean in a while, and the sofa bed we were supposed to sleep on had a large stain 🤮. The floors were badly laid with parts sticking out where they should be level causing a trip hazard the rugs in the sitting area were not secured and slipped around the laminate flooring. The furniture is cheap tat that has not been assembled properly and the microwave was dirty, the worse part were the staff when contacting them about the issues with the water I was told to enquire about in on check out day (bit late then as the stay would of been over) I contacted to suggest an alternative apartment and William said he would look into for me but then he never replied, the next day I called customer services who took my number listened to my enquiry then told me that they would call me back, you guessed it no call back.

We had a really pleasant long stay in the apartment. It’s located in a lively area with everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The space itself is roomy and furnished with a comfortable setup and a really nice TV.
