The location was excellent for the city centre of Liverpool and everywhere was walkable. The biggest fault is the lift to the floor we, where staying on. We knew they lift was not working but I have been told by residents of the building, it has not been working for 3 years! THis needs to be shown on the listing before it is booked as we had a family of 5 with a small child who came all the way from Austrlaia and it is around 6 flights of stairs to get to the fllor we where on.

We had a really pleasant long stay in the apartment. It’s located in a lively area with everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The space itself is roomy and furnished with a comfortable setup and a really nice TV.

great response from host. Lift does not work so struggled with bags up and down stairs. Dust around room and the sides of bed. Lock was very awkward to use, took after a long day 20 mins to unlock. Apartment hard to find when in building.Overall nice apartment and good location

In general, this property has a strategic location, but the problem is that we have to take and return the key when checking in and checking out at different locations, so it's a bit of a hassle especially if we bring a baby. Apart from that, this property is on the 3rd floor and the lift doesn't work properly so we had to lift the suitcases up the stairs and it was quite a hassle... in terms of materials and equipment the property is quite complete as shown in the photos and advertisements, but the problem is the room plumbing. the shower and sink are clogged and don't drain so the bathroom is a bit dirty...if this is all repaired this apartment is perfect to live in when you visit Liverpool again

Despite the property being as described and in a location with all key attractions easily walkable, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness on arrival. There was dust and hairs in places, very little toilet roll supplied for a family of four, we had to put all crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher as it wasn't clean enough to use and the oven grills were dirty with no washing up liquid supplied (as promised) to be able to clean them. We messaged the host to complain and ask for extra scourer sponges (the one supplied was not useable after attempting to clean the oven grill with hot water), washing up liquid and toilet rolls. They asked the next morning if we'd like the housekeeper to return to clean the property but we declined since we were only staying for one extra night, asking that they just supplied the requested items. They then didn't respond at all! The host was very attentive to our questions pre-check-in but the total opposite once we had a complaint!

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
