The location was excellent for the city centre of Liverpool and everywhere was walkable. The biggest fault is the lift to the floor we, where staying on. We knew they lift was not working but I have been told by residents of the building, it has not been working for 3 years! THis needs to be shown on the listing before it is booked as we had a family of 5 with a small child who came all the way from Austrlaia and it is around 6 flights of stairs to get to the fllor we where on.

We had a really pleasant long stay in the apartment. It’s located in a lively area with everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The space itself is roomy and furnished with a comfortable setup and a really nice TV.

great response from host. Lift does not work so struggled with bags up and down stairs. Dust around room and the sides of bed. Lock was very awkward to use, took after a long day 20 mins to unlock. Apartment hard to find when in building.Overall nice apartment and good location

In general, this property has a strategic location, but the problem is that we have to take and return the key when checking in and checking out at different locations, so it's a bit of a hassle especially if we bring a baby. Apart from that, this property is on the 3rd floor and the lift doesn't work properly so we had to lift the suitcases up the stairs and it was quite a hassle... in terms of materials and equipment the property is quite complete as shown in the photos and advertisements, but the problem is the room plumbing. the shower and sink are clogged and don't drain so the bathroom is a bit dirty...if this is all repaired this apartment is perfect to live in when you visit Liverpool again

Despite the property being as described and in a location with all key attractions easily walkable, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness on arrival. There was dust and hairs in places, very little toilet roll supplied for a family of four, we had to put all crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher as it wasn't clean enough to use and the oven grills were dirty with no washing up liquid supplied (as promised) to be able to clean them. We messaged the host to complain and ask for extra scourer sponges (the one supplied was not useable after attempting to clean the oven grill with hot water), washing up liquid and toilet rolls. They asked the next morning if we'd like the housekeeper to return to clean the property but we declined since we were only staying for one extra night, asking that they just supplied the requested items. They then didn't respond at all! The host was very attentive to our questions pre-check-in but the total opposite once we had a complaint!

I did not indicate for several reasons I had a problem with the check in we asked if I could get in before. From the time they said that not until everything went well we hope gave the time of the entrance no one came to hand over the keys I had to call so that they could pass the address of the keys that were located elsewhere, we arrived at the location of the keys that was inside a market they asked for codes for withdrawals of the keys, again I had to call to have these codes that I had not received before . Coming back to something I mentioned above that they wouldn't let in before because their cleaning was strict . We went into the bathroom with splashes of urine on the toilet lid and on the floor and scraps of feces. The water in the shower is hot for a short time just give a person a bath,then have to wait a long time, the door where the washing machine is stuck you can't even get in to put on the clothes,finally it is this I confess that the apartment was clean after the cleaning I made

Apartment in a great location, met our needs for the weekend, didn’t really use the facilities other than the beds so cannot comment on listed amenities. The provided instructions and video were very useful (and necessary) to find the actual apartment once inside the building - Lots of stairs and corridors. Great base for exploring the city.

We visited for the weekend, this apartment was walking distance to so many places, the car park was so much closer than we expected. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Even though we were close to everything we were far enough away not to hear the hustle and bustle of the city life. Nice space to chill in evening and the heaters warmed up quickly after being out in the cold and rain. Good value for money

As announced the elevator did not work, however, not mentioned that this apartment is on the fourth floor. Due to a water leak, also mentioned beforehand, there was construction work - and when one of the bedrooms have two windows facing the hallway (!) and work starts 7am you don't get much sleep. These construction work also caused one ruined jacket since there were no signs saying that the facade was newly painted! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Beds however was terrible and should be changed. Bathroom door is unable to open more than 25 cm because of some distortions in the floor. Have to slide through! Could and should have been easily fixed. This is apartment 4. Overall a good apartment and good experience, but these things that we experienced did not justify the price.

Although the building looks old but the flat is away better and lovely. With few improvements to the toilet floor and paint, the place is great and wonderful I will come again for any upcoming visit to Liverpool. Thanks for this experience.

The hosts were excellent and replying in a timely manner the location of the apartment was fantastic and the apartment itself was very nicely decorated however we didn’t realise there are no windows in either of the bedrooms or bathroom when we booked! Unfortunately this made the apartment stiflingly hot at times there was a fan but it didn’t do much other than move hot air around. Another thing to mention is that the public areas of the apartment block are filthy and the lift was out of service the whole time we were there (it’s 4 flights of stairs to the apartment with suitcases!).

The apartment has a really good location - that's great. Very clean, very quiet, very easy to check in. The apartment should be on the 1st floor. For this, there are very many and steep stairs and on the elevator that does not work, there is a 4 ;) otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We will be happy to come back. Had a sensationally nice week!

Team is very responsive and the flat is lovely. The pictures give an accurate sense of the size of the rooms. Also helpful that the team were upfront about the lifts in the description and expectations re parties/loud music in the flat -- it wasn't an issue for us as we were on a couple's holiday, but useful to have a heads up anyway. Location was excellent as promised; we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go to in the city. Decor is beautiful and homely (less natural light than we were expecting from ad, but it wasn't an issue for us at all). Flat was generally well cleaned.

Overalll had a lovely stay. However, there’s nothing in the description to say that the flat is up 3 steep flights of stairs. The flat was very poorly cleaned and that made everyone feel a bit icky, especially since we had 3 babies with us. The space is very small but comfortable and well decorated. Just a heads up, only the living area has windows so ventilation is limited in the rooms. Location was fabulous so still a great place to put your head down.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. The apartment had everything we needed. The lifts were not working so keep that in mind as there are quite a few stairs to climb although this wasn't a problem for us.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing location right in the heart of Liverpool, just steps away from liverpool one and the Albert docks. A great stay here for a girls trip! Hosts communicated right up to and during the stay. Knowing someone was always there incase we needed. Flat was perfect and modern. Exactly what we expected. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Liverpool. The furnishings and decor inside the apartment are nice and the kitchen is very modern. Only lost 1 star as the rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, especially the second bedroom - you cannot open the door fully without it hitting the bed. Also, we did notice some dust/crumbs on the floor near the wall. As well as this, the walk to the apartment from the door is quite complicated and there are a lot of stairs (as mentioned in the description, the lift is currently out of action). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a small flat overlooking offices on a narrow side street accessed by 50 fairly steep steps. One bedroom has a narrow window overlooking the living area at ceiling height. The other bedroom has a window looking into an internal covered corridor/walkway where wheelie bins are stored and used by neighbours. On the positive side, it was furnished stylishly with nice extra decorative touches. We have been happy guests of Host several times before and know they have much nicer properties than this.

A lovely, modern apartment right in the heart of the city centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of extras (such as kitchenware, fans and extra bedding) to keep us well looked-after. The communication from the team was brilliant, they explained everything very well and were on hand to help if we needed it. The location is right by plenty of restaurants and bars, and a stone's throw from Liverpool One and the shopping district. Highly recommended, thank you so much for a great stay!

Great stay and up to Katy, Joe and teams usual high standard. Beds comfortable, all linen including towels fresh and very clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen and there is a brilliant shower above the bath. Right in the centre of the City and the car park in Victoria Street was only 100 metres away and £13 per day. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very good with excellent location at the city center. Collecting the key is easy. Few thing need to be considered. Elevator is not working so in case you have heavy luggages it will be difficult to take them up as you have to clime 6 stairs. Hot water is not constantly available. Air conditioning is not available so think twice in case your stay is during hot weather. The requirement of being all guests are above 25 years is not realistic and not mentioned in correct wordings in T&C. There was a washing machine in the apartment with no means of drying the clothes. The washing machine did not have dryer settings and there was no place to hang the clothes to dry.
