Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. With a private terrace areas accessible to enjoy the stunning views!Other things to note
Other Things to note:The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 9th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Great apartment with excellent views in a good location about 15 minutes easy stroll into Town or 10 minutes to the docks. Apartment was clean and as described. Host was friendly and responsive. Key collection was easy and the shop to collection from is literally 1 min away. The front door is a little off it's angle. It needs a good slam to close fully and to be honest I wasn't able to lock it from inside throughout our stay but being 9 floors up and on the other side of 2 security codes for access we felt safe enough anyway. Apartment is recommended but I should hope the management company address the issue with the door.

We were happy with the accommodation, and have absolutely no complaints regarding communication, access, and the apartment itself. The accommodation is exactly as described.However,during our stay both lifts were out of order for 24 hrs. I wouldn't normally comment about this, as it could happen anywhere, but a resident advised us that it is, in fact, a regular occurrence and, given that the penthouse is some 170 steps from the ground floor, would create a problem for many, especially arriving with luggage.There is also the issue of the 'No Airbnb permitted in the building ' sign in the lobby. The owner advised prior to arrival that we should ignore this but we were told on site, that it is an issue, and basically, we shouldn't be there. Not an ideal situation, more an uncomfortable one. My husband is elderly and has a heart condition so the issue with the lift would likely preclude us from returning.
