What the description does not say is that there is a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver of £25 which must be paid before they will give check in info. They only say this once you have booked and paid. They also share their T&Cs which state that there is a £25 fee for any changes to the booking, despite any free cancellation stated by Airbnb. So either way they get £25 out of you. I called them to say that this doesn’t feel customer friendly and that Airbnb offers cover for hosts should a guest cause damage and not pay. I was met with a “it is a requirement of all our guests” attitude with no appreciation that they should inform guests of this before booking. In the end, as I didn’t want to lose over £500 and find somewhere else to stay, I paid the damage waiver. They said that they would add this to the property description but have not (2 weeks ago when writing this review). Having now scrolled further through reviews that I am not the first person to raise this.

Second time in Liverpool in two weeks, but this one was by far the best because the apartment was stunning. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows were just amazing. 20th floor, you could see the weather coming an hour before it arrived. The place is located a short walk from the albert docks with all the restaurants and galleries etc. Loved it, will stay there again when we go back. Just round the corner from the baltic market street food place too. So much fun.

The view of the River Mersey and the docks was wonderful! It was a pleasure just to sit and see the cruise ships, The Three Graces, dragon racing etc. For an extended stay for more than 2 people the seating in living room is not quite comfortable enough. Also, very limited bathroom and kitchen supplies available given the price. The Baltic Fleet pub is a wonderful place and a stone’s throw away. Perfect for an end of day pint. Overall, we had a great time once we actually located the lock box and got into the place.

overall the place was really nice, the bathrooms and bed rooms were both really nice. the view from the living room was really really lovely too, only thing to say was that with 6 people it meant the living room was a little cramped, but fine for 3 days. I would also like to point out that after booking the flat through airbnb, we were told that we had to pay for additional deposit via an external source, we weren't aware this would happen and were not happy that we were forced into it.

I’ll start with the positives. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes from the center. The safety and security are excellent, and the view overlooking the river and the city of Liverpool is fantastic.However, there were a few issues. The check-in process was a bit challenging, taking me 30 minutes to find the keys. The apartment had a noticeable pet odor, and there was garbage left behind by the previous guest, requiring us to clean it thoroughly upon arrival. Additionally, the mattress in the main bedroom was not as comfortable as the one in the other room, which is particularly important for long-term stays. Overall, it’s a good apartment, and I would consider staying here again.

Great view, comfortable place, good location. The only little thing that lack is the location of the lockbox which is a bit far from the main entrance. Host is very responsive and helpful

What a fabulous location! The views were amazing across the Mersey and it was so clear we could see the mountains in Wales. We walked everywhere in the city from the apartment so very convenient. Well equipped with everything we need for our stay. Highly recommend this apartment for a short break

This is a great place to stay and you will have the best viewing perspective of Liverpool's city and river.It is worth noting that you need to pay attention to the hot water supply, which requires a click of a button during the day🔘 to guarantee hot water supply at night.

This was an amazing flat with everything we needed and great views. Really clear communication from hosts and always responded quickly. I was a little worried about the £250 deposit but it was repaid within 7 days of our stay. There was a small issue with a leak from a neighbour before our stay but the hosts explained everything beforehand and it was very minor.

Apt was great. Two bedrooms with each having its own nice bathroom and showers. Great view and kitchen very nice. Nice place for walk up the bay to the museums, etc. Finding the lock box was only problem we had so make sure you understand where it is located as that is were the key to the building and apt is located.

Amazing location, away from the busy street but walkable to the town center and Albert Dock. Perfect for family. I have 2 young kids and we all enjoyed the walk to and from the high street and Albert Dock. Amazing interior. Amazing view. Everything else is clean and tidy, especially the kitchen, and the linens are of good quality. Definitely will book again if we go back to Liverpool.

Nicely done new apartment with great views of the docks. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and linens. We had comfortable 3 nights stay. We had our car and found free street parking easily at the back. City centre is nice 20 min walk through the dock side or a 5 minutes on car. Bit tricky to locate the lock box to check in and have provided feedback to the team separately. The other info to bear in mind is that this lovely apartment has modern aesthetics with glass/mirror everywhere (bay style windows, mirror finished wardrobe doors, full wall mirror decor in hallway etc) which looks great, however might call extra caution for families with young children. Overall if you like high rise stays, this is the place to be in Liverpool for a memorable stay :) Thank you Katy/Joe/Charlie and team!

I stayed with my family and we loved the apartment. Everything was spotless, the views were stunning (the pictures don’t do justice), was well equipped and it was great value for money. The hosts were very responsive too and answered any queries. The apartment itself was beautiful, the bedding was clean and mattresses were great quality as well. If you’re going in summer it can get warm quickly so bring a fan and ear plugs as the windows can open and close from the wind. Overall it was a great stay!

The first time I came to Liverpool, I booked this apartment in the central area, the location was very convenient, the view of the apartment was really unbeatable, it was amazing!The feeling of the house is very cozy, the kitchen is fully furnished and very comfortable!The neighborhood is very convenient, I will definitely book again next time I come!
