The space

With contemporary decor throughout and huge windows in both the bedroom and the open-plan living, dining, kitchen area, Richmond Apartment is bright and airy.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, cookware, and more. Feel free to use the Nespresso coffee machine for a delicious sip of coffee! A washer dryer is also provided.

The corner sofa converts to a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, accommodating two guests in the living area. The TV offers entertainment options with access to streaming apps and local TV channels.

The family bathroom is located on your left as you enter Richmond Apartment and features a bathtub with an overhead shower, as well as a WC and basin.

Adjacent to the bathroom is the bedroom. Furnished with a double bed complemented by plush blue cushions, the space is tranquil and welcoming. You'll have access to your own wardrobe and a desk that can be used for work or as a vanity table.

Guest access

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place Apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building - whilst we are open to accepting stays for events, we ask guests to remain respectful of the other guests and residents in the building.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
