Very good stay in this apartment very well located near a lot of transportation, a short walk to the city center and the beach. We loved the view of Airbnb. However, it lacks kitchen amenities.

Clean and cute apartment with an ocean view, location was perfect! Very well equiped as well, only minus was that there wasn’t any dishwashing or laundry soaps so if you want to wash prepare with your own! But overall a great experience :)

Nicely located and spacious apartment. Not exactly for people who are looking for an extremely quiet place, but on the flip side, you will get a very central and lively location. The place was clean and modern. Check-in was straight-forward, it just took us a few minutes to find the building. Read those instructions twice or three times if you must and you will find it. If you encounter any problems that need an urgent fix, make sure to call the owners and they will be on it asap, don’t make my mistake and send them a message, it takes some time. The only thing that I did not like so much is that the AC unit is too small and does not cover the entire apartment. There’s a small fan that we used in the bedroom and it was ok for me, not so much for my boyfriend, and we stayed there in June, not the hottest month.

Fantastic location! 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Noisy a few nights but that is to be expected when situated centrally. Check in and out was very straightforward. Apartment was very clean and had great kitchen facilities, good size, comfortable bed.

Great location, incredible ocean view from the balcony. Close to old town and many cafes and restaurants. Excellent boardwalk for walking and jogging with a wide variety of restaurants. Very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable apartment with nice sea views and a stone throw from beach and city center, so ideal location if you like what's offered outside. Some noise from constructions nearby. Communication and check-in and -out were very easy.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
