The space
Princes Place Hideaway V showcases a sophisticated open floor plan living area which blends comfort with modern design.The apartment has a welcoming living space decorated with contemporary furnishings and a wide-screen Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day out. The living room also features two comfortable sofa beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements for four guests.
The well-equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring modern appliances, a convenient breakfast bar, and a wooden dining table for a delicious meal with friends and family.
The master bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a double bed and a unique mezzanine level featuring two single beds. The second bedroom offers another comfortable space with a double bed for a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk, chair, and mirror, which can be used for work or as vanity tables.
Featuring two sparkling clean bathrooms, Princes Place Hideaway V is perfect for hosting up to 10 guests, ensuring everyone can prepare for the day ahead with ease. One bathroom presents a bathtub complemented by an overhead shower, while the other provides the convenience of a standalone shower, accommodating individual preferences with equal ease.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building, accessible via stairs.
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We had a great time at this air bnb! Everything was smooth sailing but the hot water did not work and it was very hard to contact the host to figure out how to fix the boiler. They sent very vague instructions for any boiler but not the one in the flat so we were unable to figure out how to access hot water for the weekend. Everything else was perfect though we had a lovely time, comfy beds, and great area!

Very good accommodation,spacious, modern and clean. Very good joining instructions and facilities. The only issue we had was getting the TV connected to the WiFi to use Netflix or Amazon TV. This did not work despite several attempts and restarting the TV and router. I would recommend this is resolved somehow, as we have never had this issue before.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
