I liked the Apartment it was in a good location, bus stop was nearby to get to the town centre quicker . the beds were very comfy and the apartment was spacious.

we checked in and there was still rubbish from previous occupants.

This apartment was great and exactly what we needed for our stay. We got a taxi into the city centre which was a very short drive and close as described in the description. The apartment was very clean and true to the photos online. Overall our stay was brilliant!

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy.

Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries.

Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location.

The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire.

The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut.

There is a shortage of plug sockets.

Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Good for the most part apart from missing amenities which weren’t replaced and one of the showers doesn’t drain as you shower but for hours after

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding.

Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

Honest review. We arrived at the property and had issues with the lock, there is no handle on the door, so you have to grab and pull the key latch to open the door- and being a fire door it was very heavy and stiff to open. Used false eyelashes on the bedside table and one in the bed! The shower in one bathroom didn’t drain so overflowed. The washing machine and dishwasher don’t work and only one hob worked. Really noisy too, could hear the neighbours at 3am in the hallway banging around. Overall the apartment is modern and clean, plenty of towels and beds comfy . We did report the issues several times to Charlie but did not get a resolution. No one came out to fix. The property is really hard to find too, you need a Google pin location to find it because the post code does not get you to the right road! The apartments look like they are being refurbed so lots of building materials laying around in the corridors. Hopefully the above will be resolved for the next paying guests.

Schöne und große Wohnung, gut erreichbar und sehr freundlicher Host. Die Wohnung scheint sich noch in der Fertigstellung zu befinden, weshalb es aktuell noch ein paar kleinere Mängel gibt. Bin zuversichtlich, dass sich dies jedoch noch ändert.

Pristine property, looked exactly like the photos was very easy to find. Good location as was only a short Uber from concert square, Was easy to get hold in case of any problems. Would 100% stay again

The apartment is in a good quiet area a 20 minute walk from the city centre with good public transport access. Property very easily accessible. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, well furnished, clean and modern. Good sized outdoor area. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool. Thank you to our hosts.
