Marbella must be one of the world’s best resorts and Daniela & Vincenzo’s apartment is ideally placed to enjoy all that Marbella has to offer. The apartment is only a few metres from the beach amidst a myriad of restaurants/bars all serving quality meals and refreshments. Everything is within easy reach including the old town which is within a 15 minute walk and well worth exploring. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, light, airy, well appointed and fully equipped with all living essentials. In spite of very tempting meals offered from the establishments outside the apartment block we tended to eat in much of the time, dining on the terrace overlooking the beach and listening to the waves lapping on the shore. Highly recommended – we will certainly be back.

I had to pick-up the keys at Skol and following the instruction to go to the appartment. Its managed by a company, didn't see anybody, and the contact went by email in english. Had bad luck on arrival because the whole building was out of hot water for 4 days, so was not to blame on the owner. Its not a typical Airbnb, no personal touch, basic decoration but what you need is there. 2 single beds (small) an extra TV in the bedroom and very good wifi. In the summer its perfect, because there is airco, electric screens for the windows and a sunscreen outside. The shower is small, lucky for me, i am too! Good kitchen supply. Big balcony and beiing on the 8th floor you have a gorgeous view to the sea and boulevard. The location is great,you are nearby everything and you can do it all by food. Only Puerto Banus is too far, but there is a bus stop on the mainroad were you can take the bus(L1) to Banus. Not a noisy building, although you can hear the neighbours when they are talking excited!! I couldn't find an emergency exit, as far as i know there are no stairs, only 2 elevators. I felt save in the appartment and the neigbourhood. Although i hadn't great weather, and a bumby start, i had a nice stay in the appartment, the location and the view is what this place makes it perfect for your holiday. And what can beat the sound of the waves when you fall asleep?!

This was the perfect stay for someone who combines business with pleasure. Daniela and the whole team went above and beyond to ensure I had an outstanding stay. The apartment is stunning, in great condition and there are two floors. It has everything you could wish for, from cooking utensils to books and even stationary. It's also nice and secure. I had to work when I was in Marbella. It can sometimes be difficult working away because my online work often involves videos, but the wifi speed in this apartment was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged for a car transfer from the airport, which took the stress out of an early start, about 15 minutes after I got the apartment keys. Thank you so much Daniela for ensuring I had the perfect stay. If I ever return to Marbella, I know who to contact!

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
