Marbella must be one of the world’s best resorts and Daniela & Vincenzo’s apartment is ideally placed to enjoy all that Marbella has to offer. The apartment is only a few metres from the beach amidst a myriad of restaurants/bars all serving quality meals and refreshments. Everything is within easy reach including the old town which is within a 15 minute walk and well worth exploring. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, light, airy, well appointed and fully equipped with all living essentials. In spite of very tempting meals offered from the establishments outside the apartment block we tended to eat in much of the time, dining on the terrace overlooking the beach and listening to the waves lapping on the shore. Highly recommended – we will certainly be back.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
