Welcome to 'Lennon's Place'; a warm and cosy Georgian Quarter apartment. Adorned though-out with some fabulous & unique artworks. The apartment can sleep up to 5 guests. A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!

The lounge area has a double sofa bed, with deep sprung mattress which offers a great nights sleep. Plus, a large flat screen tv to enjoy for a cosy night in!
The bright master bedroom comes with a double and single bed. Facing out over the beautiful Georgian Quarter - plus your very own smart TV!
The apartment has a sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels and complimentary shampoos provided.
Walk into our modern kitchen and you will find everything you need to cook up a feast - with a modern kitchen bar and stools. We provide all of the basics and even have a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for you to enjoy!
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Excellent location for central Liverpool or the University. Clean and reasonably comfortable but without the personal feel of other Airbnbs we have stayed in as managed by a distant company. Effect of welcome messages cancelled out by equal number of messages warning about potential fines for late check out or putting key in wrong place etc. Be aware there is an extra layer of booking with the management company including a compulsory options of £250 damage deposit or £25 damage waiver. Company does not credit history of excellent Airbnb host reviews.

Additional rules
• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
