Excellent location for central Liverpool or the University. Clean and reasonably comfortable but without the personal feel of other Airbnbs we have stayed in as managed by a distant company. Effect of welcome messages cancelled out by equal number of messages warning about potential fines for late check out or putting key in wrong place etc. Be aware there is an extra layer of booking with the management company including a compulsory options of £250 damage deposit or £25 damage waiver. Company does not credit history of excellent Airbnb host reviews.

The property was very nice and as described but communication was a bit too much. When we booked Katy and Joe sent numerous emails wanting to know almost literally everything about myself and the other two people staying with me - the only thing they didn't ask for was our shoe size and blood group. It felt very intrusive and unnecessary. We were aware the price was dramatically increased due to higher demand in the city due to a large event taking place in the city and we were okay with that. However, after we booked their agents then asked us to pay a deposit of £500 which would be refunded or £25 non refundable charge for damage insurance. No information at the booking on this and no documentation or clarity over exactly what it covers was provided, despite asking numerous times. Overall I would not book with them again or any properties manages by Host Apartments as they made it a bad experience.

Excellent stay, everything was as advertised. Very central location, mins walk from Bond Street. Had no hot water first 24hrs but once reported was fixed without delay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time during our stay in Liverpool. Apartment was clean and decked out with everything we needed. Location is perfect for getting anywhere central with only a short walking distance. Easy to get in and out of with the self-check in service and hosts were friendly and responsive. We also used the hosts luggage facilities at their offices which were £5 per bag for the day, easy to drop off and helpful. The only comment we would really make is to maybe have a little signage in the apartment with the wifi password etc on and the bathroom door lock was a little stiff.

The apartment is attractive, well equipped and located in a brilliant part of town. The nearby pub is great, but it can get quite noisy in the main bedroom on Friday-Sunday nights as it is very popular with its live music. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a trip to Liverpool.

Great location, very central, everything walkable distance. The flat is a good size and accommodating for our needs. Katy, Joe and team were extremely helpful with their information prior to the trip, which was really great. The only slight critique we would have is that some of the towels provided were dirty with stains which were quite obvious, and there were only 4 mugs in the kitchen, even though the flat is marketed to sleep 5 (and there were 5 of us). Otherwise, great flat and would definitely stay again!

There were five of us (with two children) in the apartment and everything was perfect. The location is great and we felt very much at home. The communication with the host was excellent. We are happy to recommend the place!

The house is in a very good location. The cleanliness of the house and the items in it were quite sufficient. We were very comfortable with 3 children
