The space
Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping area.These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.
Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise & be aware there is no lift in this building. This apartment is located up two full flights of stairs.

*Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £500 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage to the smoke alarm will result in a charge of £1,000.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect spot for a large group in town for a friend’s stag night. Great location and the flat was good for what we needed. I would recommend bringing ear plugs for anyone staying (I did), as this flat is right in the heart of the nightlife and was quite loud, but most people staying here will probably be out until late anyway and we didn’t find it too bad. Would recommend!

We stayed here as a group of girls for a hen do. On arrival, the property wasn’t the cleanest. There was drinks stains down the walls, the bathroom smelt awful and the kitchen area was dirty. There wasn’t any kitchen appliances apart from a microwave when it stated appliances including dishwasher available. There wasn’t enough glasses for each of us to use. The apartment was boiling hot, the air con wasn’t working so we had to have windows open but then the noise from the streets below was so loud. It was a great location for bars, however, not for the noise. We could hear bars below, people talking, recycling being collected, and the road sweepers until 7am in the morning. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable too. The place needs a refresh, lick of paint and some work doing to the bathrooms.

Great location - very central. Lots of noise throughout the entire night but this was expected due to location There were lots of glasses picture on the kitchen shelves but this wasn’t the case when we arrived Overall the apartment was clean but there was an extremely unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms Check in was relatively easy but it wasn’t made clear what floor we were on so we had to try each one until we found the right key box One of the bathroom sinks took a very long time to drain Beds weren’t of very good standard. One of them had broken/missing slats under mattress, another had bedsheets covered in yellow stains Two of the windows weren’t secure and were unsafe, when opened the glass panels came off the window frames. Apartment is advertised with the ability to cook your own meals, but there was no oven/hob just a microwave. We had spent money on food prior to arriving and none of it could be used. Apartment was spacious and plenty of hot water for 15 of us.

• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
