These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.
Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise & be aware there is no lift in this building. This apartment is located up one full flight of stairs.
We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage to the smoke alarms will result in a charge of £1,000.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The perfect location if you're planning a hen do or stag do, right in the heart of the night life. As a hen do this made it feel very safe getting in late at night as we were literallyjust around the corner in the clubs. Granted its noisy, you can hear all the bars and clubs, glass bins empties early in the morning but frankly, as a group we were out late and noisy too so it worked well for what we wanted as we had no concerns about disturbing anyone with our fun! Hosts responded to messages quickly, gave us everything we needed to know about our stay and how they expected us to behave in the space. Thanks for having us!

Sewage leaked from the roof for the whole stay. Stunk really bad. Also they gave us the wrong codes to get in so we waited 2 hours outside while they found out what it was. Also they refused to refund us as it’s against air b and b’s policy. We got 30% even though there was dirty smelly water leaking out the roof the entire time.

Additional rules
• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
