Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping area.These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.
Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building which is home to two other apartments.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage found to the smoke alarms will result in a charge of £1,000.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Good for Stag and Hen partys or if you're going to be out yourself until the early hours but nothing else. Abit dirty, music blaring until 4am every night and the windows don't are single glazed onto a busy cut through and 30 second walk from concert Square. If you need to sleep at all during the night this isn't the place for you. we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night just for context. Can't be bothered listing all the other little problems but you get the idea. Serves a purpose for a certain clientele.

7 of us stayed at this listing for a 21st birthday getaway to Liverpool. The location was great, very close to the centre and walkable distance to all the sights of Liverpool. However it was very difficult to check-in - no instructions were sent prior to check-in with codes for the main door or lockbox for keys. We had to phone an emergency line to get these at 5pm (when we could have checked in at 3pm) so we should’ve had the codes well beforehand and were told in our check-in manual these would be sent ahead of time. Once we were in, the rooms were as described and the photos were accurate. However there was a horrible smell from a drain in one bathroom. This was eventually resolved but not until day 3 of a 5 day trip. There were also lots of dirty towels/pillowcases. Again these were replaced, but on day 3/4 which wasn’t very helpful. There were 2 hairdryers we used which both smelt like they would go on fire/had melting plugs. We couldn’t use them, but luckily had brought our own.

10 of us went for a birthday weekend away for a few of the guys. If you’re going for nights out, perfect place to stay. 30 second walk down a well lit street from the main bars/pubs. Hosts super responsive and as soon as they were alerted of no hot water, an engineer was there in the hour to fix. Easy access and perfect for a group stay. Only downside was the wifi wouldn’t connect, but small price to play.

Additional rules
• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
