The space
Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping centre in the city.These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.
Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise & be aware there is no lift in this building. This apartment is located down a single flight of stairs.

*Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £500 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage found to smoke alarms will result in a charge of £1,000.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

This place is a great location and a good setup for a hen party or a large group but it does have the wear and tear of having hosted a lot of parties. The sofas and carpets are dirty and stained, it’s a basement so there are no windows and the walls are all marked and dirty. Good space for what you need but they didn’t provide any towels or bedding for the sofa beds which was disappointing.

Booked this apartment for a hen do for 2 night. Brilliant location, easy to find. Check in was at 3pm although did not receive code to check in. Had to call the office a few times before we actually had the code to enter the apartment (50min late) We entered the apartment and we noticed there was no windows in any room as it in the basement. Strong smell of damp once you walk in. 2 bathrooms, however only had 2 tissue paper to share between 16 of us. Overall, the apartment was clean the bed was comfortable and great location.

great location for our visit to Hoylake for the golf. right next to concert square and close to Mathews street for r bars in the evening! Overall I would recommend the accommodation only thing from allowing me to score 5 stars is the hot water wasn't working for 2 days of our stay

• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
