Right in the heart of the city centre this modern apartment boasts a sleek open plan living/dining area and two spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for both business travellers and tourists looking for a central homely base.

Liverpool One shopping district is just a short stroll away as well as Liverpool Lime Street train station and a whole host of fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Everything is on your doorstep!

The space
This beautiful, central apartment has everything to make you feel at home. The cosy living room consists of a huge corner sofa, which doubles up as a sofa bed for larger groups. There's a flat screen TV provided. The dining table with seating is great for dining as well as working. The kitchen has everything you may need for a short stay.

Both bedrooms have super comfy double beds. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom with a bath and shower and an ensuite with a stand up shower.

The apartment is a stones throw from Liverpool's Bohemian area of Bold Street. Here you will find some amazing independent bars, restaurants and shops - not to be missed.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment. We are always here to help if needed but prefer to offer a complete hassle-free experience for our guests!
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Minimarket that is about 8 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

** Please note that there is currently some building and maintenance work ongoing outside the apartment. This should not be too disruptive, but there may be periods of heightened noise in the apt.**

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Extremely disappointed with this. I personally booked this for my wife and her friend for a weekend away and to go to a Spa close by. The check in process was awful. The Keys weren't in the place specified. Spent about an hour sorting out how to get the keys and on the phone to multiple people. Both bathrooms were mouldy and the En Suite smelt really badly of mould. The door to the apartment didn't lock properly. Luckily, there was a chain. Even after they thought they'd managed to lock the door, someone had opened it from the outside. For two women in an unfamiliar city, this made them feel very unsafe. The check out process was just as bad as check in. Check out was by 10am but none of the shops, where the keys were supposed to be returned, were even open. Ended up having to contact the host again just to be given somewhere to drop the keys off. I made my unhappiness clear to the host and if there was a process to get a refund, I would be doing it. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend.

The location is brilliant for Liverpool city centre and the flat is a great size for a group however, we had issues with the host’s communication. We were told to collect the keys from one shop and then received a message to go to another further away as the first was closed for refurbishment. We were told by the replacement shop that our keys were not with them, they were still at the original shop (which was trading as normal with no sign of work being done). This added unnecessary time onto our arrival and wasted valuable time for us trying to get to a food reservation on time (which we missed). We contacted the host and asked for extra time at checkout in recompense and this was refused due to the “need for all 5 hours to do a professional clean”. As we had someone else’s hair on the shower wall and dust on the floors and skirting when we arrived, we think the term professional needs reassessed. Also, the ensuite shower temp dial doesn’t adjust so is too hot to stand in

There was a noticeable issue with the bathroom's water temperature – it wasn't adjustable and tended to be too hot. This issue significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay, especially because there were two bathrooms merged into one, and five guests had to share it. It would be great if the host could address this temperature concern to improve the overall experience for future guests.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
