There is a doorman in the building and the apartment is located in the middle of all the nice restaurants, shops and bars that the boulevard, harbour and streets of Marbella have to offer.

The apartment has an indoor balcony with sliding windows, a bedroom with 2 new beds of 90 x 200 and a new sofa bed of 144 x 200, bathroom with toilet and shower, brand new airconditioning and a compact well equiped kitchen ideal for 2 or 3 adults or a small family with max 2 children

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location in a safe and well-maintained building. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. When we asked for extra linen and detergent, it was immediately arranged, which we really appreciated! A small point of attention: the shower could be a little better, and some extra linen on arrival would make the stay completely perfect!

Great location and apartment!! A perfect place with everything you need for a long stay or a short vacation. Daniela was great and very responsive, even when I needed help after hours getting into the building. I would definitely stay again.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
