Couldn’t gain access to property as front door broke, Mold in bathroom, un finished DIY, dirty bedsheets and mattress, dirty cups/glasses in cupboard, broken glass on carpet, WiFi doesn’t work, very loud in the evenings - wouldn’t say it’s fit for use.

Loved the location, and large TV.

Received a key from a Newsagents for the property. The key did not work. Wasted 1 and a half hours on the phone speaking to 3/4 different staff members. Finally got the spare key after being on hold for half an hour.

Don't know where to start,
When booking the apartment it all looked very nice from the photos but in reality the photos are very old. On arrival there was a maintenance guy fixing something in the building entrance so I went straight in without using the key to the front door (which I found out later that it didnt work but luckily I found the spare keys in the apartment). when I got to the apartment the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times and in a bad state (see photos), it took me a while to get in due to the lock being damaged. On entry all looked OK but then looking about it was dirty and messy. There was a divided to separate the bed, living area and dining area which is a nice idea but this one was broken with a lot of it broken or missing and the broken parts just discarded on the side (see photos) and then looking about everything was covered in a layer of dust (see photos), in the kitchen area it looks like there had been a leak or something over the hob but it has been very badly patched up and then all the builders / decorators stuff just shoved in a cupboard (again see photos). Again in the kitchen and we started to make a cup of tea and the first few mugs were very dirty and stained ( see photos) Plates, cutlery were as bad and even the glass's still had lipstick all over them so we cleaned them all
Bathroom was dirty with black gold all around the shower and lots of grout and cracked tiles and when we came to have a shower it was either scolding hot or freezing cold so we didn't use the shower
WIFI was also useless. Had 2 phones and a computer trying to log on to it but couldn't and gave up after a hour or so, could add more but ran out of space
No idea who had been maintaining or cleaning the apartment but someone needs to give it a 2nd look over.
We defiantly left the place a lot cleaner than we found it!

Excellent location, clean

I paid for early check in but it was confusing when collecting keys in the shop. Not accepting the reference or pin. I Had to call host and stay for new ref. The man at the shop wasn’t very helpful. Lost a lot of time which ment we didn’t actually need early check in .

It looks good from a distance, modern flat

You have to collect the keys from a different location before your stay. We were expecting a company office but it was actually a newsagents, the guy working there was very unhelpful. You have to give the shop worker a code which as we arrived on the second day of our booking was invalid as it only lasts 24hrs, it took three phone calls to the company to get a valid one. The flat itself was difficult to find you’re on the top floor. The flat is very very obviously a flipped property with the finishing touches done very badly. The shower is an awful electric shower that either boils the water entirely or shuts off so the water turns completely cold. No outlets near the bed. The dangling partitions were really annoying and should be removed. There was lots of smelly rubbish in the hallways and staircase. The location is right between all of the bars so the noise is really bad and goes on till 3am even on a Sunday night. It was clean enough but not spotless. A shame you can’t access the balcony.

O apartamento é bom, bem localizado no bairro Cavern, a poucos passos dos famosos pubs. O check-in não é muito agradável principalmente para quem vem de outro país pois você terá que pegar as chaves em um pequeno mercado onde não se tem o número da rua do lado de fora, o que gera bastante confusão para encontrar. Ao ingressar ao edifício tem lixo por todos os lados. Tivemos no nosso andar, 3 bolsas enormes de lixo no corredor que dá acesso ao apartamento. A Internet é extremamente ruim, muito fraco o sinal e diversas vezes foi necessário reiniciar o router para tentar captar o Wi-Fi. A comunicação é péssima, parece uma central telefônica, onde muitos respondem tarde e não leem as respostas que eu já tinha enviado. O check-out é ruim e pouco claro: querem que devolvam a chave ao mercado, sabendo-se que eles abrem tarde!

This air bnb was perfect. So spacious and everything is within walking distance. The apartment looked exaclty the same as the photos and is right next to an Irish bar and Wetherspoons which is great. It has everything you need and i will definitely be staying again

On arrival at the property we noticed that the bathroom door did not shut and the bathroom lights were not working, we contacted the staff and we were told that this could not be fixed as it was a Sunday , but someone would be out to fix it the next day so we had to shower by the touch on our phones .. we were told if there was absolutely anything we needed to contact them again .. but the one thing we needed they couldn’t do .. nobody came out to fix the lights the next day either , as this was a two night stay this was extremely disappointing and totally inconvenient. All we kept getting back from the staff is that they will look into this promptly. We felt like they were not interested at all.
The apartment was also very dusty and did not look like it had been cleaned

The apartment was is a good location, close to shopping centre, clubs and pubs and plenty of eating places. Really handy for a brilliant night out but not so good for a quiet night in as there was a lot of street noise throughout the night and even early in the morning. We would take the handy location and nice apartment over the peace and quiet anytime and really enjoyed our stay and would stay again 😊

Location was perfect we were there for Girls Aloud concert and wanted somewhere close to bars and nightlife it was ideal location.

Location was excellent!

Upon arrival our check in process was not easy & took much longer than expected. We received a message having to pay a non refundable £25 waiver which was not mentioned when booking.

When we arrived at the property, we never received any access information so ended up stood on a busy street with our luggage. It wasn’t until I spent 15 minutes messaging via Booking.com to get access information to then find we had to walk to a local newsagents to collect the keys. It states online that key collection takes place at the property.

After 45 minutes of communication, we finally managed to get access to the property. When entering our room, the sofa bed wasn’t made. I’d been asked twice - how many people are staying & the age range of all guests. The company knew there was 4 of us staying and still didn’t make the sofa bed.

As for our stay and the property itself, the location of the apartment is amazing! Literally in the mix of everything. However, extremely loud early in the mornings as some other reviews state. Bathroom door didn’t close & cutlery was dirty. The property wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before arrival.

Due to the excessive amount of communication beforehand and the lack of communication & streamline check in process, we wouldn’t return or book with Host & stay again.

The apartment was great and in a very convenient location as advertised, clean and well looked after, only issue was the lock to the apartment block can be very temperamental and was a bit tricky to figure out and it took a while for the hosts to relay the information to us

Stayed for a couple nights to see a concert at Anfield, it was the perfect location for it! right in the centre of town so close to public transport and the train station. They did warn it’d be loud and they’re not lying! there’s a bar downstairs where someone was singing (badly) until about 2am but if you’re looking for nightlife or noise doesn’t bother you it’s perfect. You have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room but when you get there it’s decorated nicely and is very comfortable!
The one down side is will say is that after you book (which is non refundable) they’ll contact you to pay an extra damage security deposit (also non refundable) which is around £30, i was desperate for accommodation and had already paid the booking upfront but stuff like that makes me uneasy, if you’re operating on a budget or get nervous about that kind of thing it’s worth baring in mind!
over all though it was a great stay and definitely would come again🖤

Beautiful property in a great location. Comfy beds. Lovely bathroom. Plenty of sockets and mirrors for 4 women to get ready.

Door was tricky to open, thought we was at the wrong place as key didn’t seem to work but a random person outside said we have the right place probably everyone struggles with the key. Didn’t have enough cutlery for us all or toilet roll.

We couldn't get into the property. Lock was broken. Left to fend for ourselves by Host and Stay to find alternative accomodation late on Saturday night then taken weeks of arguing to eventually get a refund. Still out of pocket as you have to pay a non refundable admin fee to pay the deposit.

Perfect location for a central stay. Parking is a problem and local car parks will be expensive. Room was lovely however accessing the room and the stairway was a little smelly and abandoned.

The location was great for us as we wanted to be by all the nightlife and hustle and bustle. The apartment was lovely and perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us

The bathroom door didn’t close which was very disappointing. Hopefully this can be rectified for future guests. We are close friends so we just got on with it and leant a bag against it for a bit of privacy, but a bathroom door should be able to shut. The complimentary tea and coffee was great but perhaps some little cartons of milk would be useful to have too

Great place in a great location. It's close to shopping, sites, etc. Inside, the place had great amenities and furniture, and the instructions were spot on. If you're into bars and nightlife, this is a great location. If you're not, you may find it a bit loud at night. Not deafening or anything like that, but noticeable for sure. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay and enjoy Liverpool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rainford Gardens in Liverpool and it was truly a delightful experience. The apartment was beautiful. The check-in instructions were clear and hassle-free, ensuring a smooth arrival. The location was great, providing easy access to various attractions including the iconic Cavern Club. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Liverpool.

nice location, although not much of a view from the apartment windows. very very hot inside, can't really get much of fresh air in. plenty of fans around, unfortunately everything was so dusty, that when we turned the fans on, the whole apartment got covered in dust, as well as our clothes and bedding. you can tell the apartment was cleaned at some point, but maybe a while ago and not been checked. even the kitchen counters had a layer of dust. the tiles on the bathroom floor are falling apart, walking barefoot is not available as there's plenty of loose grout pieces that are sharp. not nice to step on. the building has a lot of character, but fiddly to get into . Corridors smell of weed. Also not really a good apartment if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues. Steep stairs lead up to the property.
otherwise, we have enjoyed our visit. great host communication.

Wir waren 3 Tage in Liverpool da wir zum Fussball da waren . Die Unterkunft war super zu finden und hatte auch alles was man braucht . Wir konnten von hier aus alles zu Fuss erreichen das war super und da wir mitten im Feier gebiet liegen war es für uns auch super einige Pubs zu besuchen . Die Menschen waren sehr nett und wir hatten unseren Spaß in den 3 Tagen .
Klar es war schon sehr laut aber das steht ja auch klar in der Beschreibung .Das ein/aus checken hat super geklappt und wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen ! Location is very central if thats what you after.

Noise levels are excessive until early hours of the morning, so if you want a good nights sleep this is not the place for you on a Friday & Saturday night.

The apartment is awesome. Clean, well appointed and spacious. They tried to anticipate your every need. The washing machine was a huge bonus on a long trip. Great location if you want to be in the middle of the action in the Cavern District. Drawbacks: A little tricky to get to if you have a lot of luggage. The key pick up and drop off is a few blocks away. Three flights up circular concrete steps and No air conditioning.

Amazing place right in the hearth of the city centre! Had all amenities inside and all you can want outside (supermarket, shops, bars etc).
As this is right in the party town and right above a busy bar, there is a bit of noise so I recommend earplugs if you prefer a more quiet night/morning.

The room was way bigger than expected and was decorated really nicely. Was a little nervous going up the stairs but they can’t change the building. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, everything was clean and tidy. Walkable go everywhere in town, great location so long as you don’t mind loud nightlife.
Couldn’t get the shower to work as button was faulty, but we were visiting family anyway. Overall a wonderful stay that I would recommend to anyone needing to stay in town!

We loved our stay, with everything you need in a great location. Hosts were completely honest about the location and possible noise at night, which didn't bother us but worth thinking about if you're not going for a night out or are a light sleeper.
Would definitely come and stay again next time we are in Liverpool!
