The apartment is Luxury but there are several things that need to be improved: 1 - Mail with the data to for the key never arrived. 2 - The kitchen had coffee inside the machine which was dirty. 3 - Living Room Carpet (Drop/Replace) 4- Sofa were dirty and hairy. 5- Wifi does not work. 6. Response time.

Overall we had a great experience in Liverpool but did want to mention that we were pretty disappointed with the Internet offered. We all worked remotely on our trip and the wifi didn't connect at all our first day and once it was "fixed" it still was spotty throughout the trip. We attribute it to the services paid (they have DSL) and just couldn't keep up with loading emails / basic apps for all 5 of us. Worth noting that once the issue was brought up, our POC Charlie, was super responsive, proactive and solution-oriented. The problem had less do to with the lack of Wi-Fi and more that the Wi-Fi provided wasn't adequate at all. Again, special shout-out to Charlie who really did their best to help us out. Just a fair warning: if you're expecting decent internet speeds, I'd check in and get a Speed Test from the team before booking. Otherwise, great views and lots of space!

Amazing area, very spacious apartment. My only suggestion would be to look more into the kitchen, dust and mould in the bathrooms cleanliness. Other than that, very friendly and proactive hosts, really enjoyed our stay. Very close to shops, restaurants, clubs, very central.

First, the positives. Location was great for all the main sights, the living area was SPACIOUS. If you are with a family there's plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat together. Couldn't fault the amenities in the kitchen; fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine... all in good order. The let down - you could smell damp in the master bedroom. The carpets definitely need a change and checked for damp. The ensuite in the master bedroom could do with brighter bulbs as it was quite dim. The lamp in the 2nd bedroom doesn't work (I think it's missing the on/off lead). As there were 5 of us, 2 of us slept in the living room on the 2 sofa beds - this was a great space, but with a 4:30am sunrise and no blackout curtains we were all up by 5am everyday. Overall, I was happy with the the place given the price that I paid, but probably wouldn't stay again unless some improvements are made to the bedrooms and ensuite. The photos were definitely a bit deceiving in that sense.

This is a spacious apartment with a great light and airy living area, the kitchen was well equipped and the location is convenient for the docks, Matthew Street and museums and just a short walk to Liverpool one. There are a couple of things that let the property down for us. The en suite bedroom is shown with a sofa in the photos. However, this was not the case when we arrived. We were travelling with two children so had intended to put our youngest on the sofa but he ended up on the floor as we did not want him in the living space in the evening. The second was that the entrance way up to the apartment was less than pleasant with some very questionable people found in the stairwell on a couple of occasions and the doorway smelt of urine when we arrived. The bed was very uncomfortable and the curtains were hanging off in several places making them pretty ineffective. However, all that said, for the price we paid, it was a good location and served the purpose for 3 nights.

The building is old but the flat is spacious with high ceilings ,no double glazing but when the heating is on is very warm. The location is perfect with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, museums,etc within walking distance. And The host is very approachable. will definitely stay there again in future.

Beautiful apartment and great location unfortunately there was a rotting smell coming from the kitchen which left an unbearable smell. Fortunately the weather was dry so we could open the windows however that then left us very cold (much better than the rotting smell though) Neighbours are also very noisy both nights there were parties until 5am from the apartment above so couldnt get a good nights sleep.

The location of the flat is fantastic, near museums, night life, restaurants, and the water. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are nice, and living room is quite large. A few small things to know in advance: 1) the kitchen is nice, but there are not a ton of essentials, not a lot of silverware and utensils, and only a few small pans, so just something to keep in mind if you plan to cook. 2) it can get a bit noise in the living room at night as sound from the street and birds carries (not a problem for the bedrooms as they face the other direction, but could be if people are sleeping in the living room). The flat was clean and the property management company was very helpful in communicating instructions and answering questions. All in all we had a good stay and I would definitely recommend it for the size and location.

We enjoyed our stay here- the apartment is very centrally located and the instructions for check in were clear and detailed. The hosts replied to messages very quickly. Only one door key was provided which could be an issue if you are a group who are coming in / out at different times (perhaps the hosts could add a second key). Overall though would recommend it, it was clean and also bigger than we expected from the photos which was a nice surprise. Thanks!

We loved our stay in the apartment. Its in a perfect location, right on the Beatles Trail. Very accessible to a cash machine, a cafè, Tesco, loads of amazing restaurants. A walking distance to the dock as well as to the shopping/high streets fashion shops. We wven walked to the World museum from the apartment! It was meticulously clean, very specious and the communication with the hosts team was outstanding. They will take good care of your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Massive flat and great location! The shower tap dripped the whole time we were there and we couldn't get it to stop and the second bedroom had no curtains, which made it hard to sleep in there. We only stayed for a few nights though, so it was bearable. We would definitely stay again, but hopefully with the above issues sorted.

This place is gorgeous - honestly my favourite Airbnb so far (and I travel a lot!). The space is fantastic value for money, the location is great, there’s cheap parking right around the back and everything was lovely and tidy when I got there. Their check-in/out process can be a bit of a pain depending on when you do it, as it’s not near the property itself (and their backup drop-off is quite far away), but that shouldn’t be any reason to not take advantage of this amazing listing! Would happily not just stay here again but I could easily live there. Thanks!

Great location, apartment was clean, great open space with lounge, kitchen and dining together. Everything nearby, all walking distance. Great bars and restaurants, very lively area. On first day we bought some wine to drink in the evening, then realised there were no wine glasses in the apartment, contacted the host who promptly arranged for some wine glasses to be dropped off in the morning. Team who look after the apartment were attentive and very helpful. Fantastic place to stay, would definitely come back again.

This is a fantastically located apartment, you are just 5 minutes from the water front and the main shopping/ eating out area but at night it’s really peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of space to eat and relax together. It’s great value for money for such a big and centrally located place. The communication from the team was outstanding and the apartment was really clean. One of the showers was broken and wasn’t fixable during our stay but hopefully will be fixed before the next tenants. The sofa bed sleepers need to bring eye masks as the curtains don’t really keep any light out come the early morning.

We had a great week away in Katy & Joe's apartment in Liverpool! The living space is huge which is great for activities and eating in (which we had to do mostly this week). The sofa bed in the main bedroom was broken but with the pull-out beds in the living room there was still more than enough space for six of us. Would come back here again, thanks for having us!

A very nice apartment in the centre of Liverpool. The apartment was clean, the hosts are quick to respond to questions and the check-in instructions were fine. There were a couple of minor things to note, the curtain poles are poorly fitted and therefore the curtains don't fully cover the large windows in the living room, meaning you don't get full privacy, and the coffee machine was faulty. I haven't marked this visit down for these reasons as they are only minor and it really is a very nice large open space, I enjoyed it very much.

Unfortunately my flight arrived late in the city, so I arrived late in the apartment.The weather was so cold and I had to look for key's apartement after midnight in a middle of a far street! It was terrible! After that I had many problems with heating. Many many instructions to just take a shower! And finally it was broken! I just needed to clean my baby and was so dificult cause the showe was broken! I can't recommend it!

This apartment is very spacious and bright and well located in walking distance to everywhere. Communication with the hosts was excellent - always very quick to reply. There was a problem with the ensuite shower and heater in ensuite while we were there and could not use them but have been offered compensation which is appreciated. For anyone sleeping on the sofa beds it can get a little noisy on weekend nights at closing time due to a club across the way but otherwise a modern spacious apartment in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay here. Location was super and amenities were also great. The 2 bedrooms both had big wardrobes and plenty of space to get ready. The 2 big full length mirrors as well as another mirror in the hall were also useful with the 7 guests we had. The living room was huge and allowed plenty of space even when using the sofas as beds. Check in was easy and communication was absolutely fantastic - there were a few issues we needed resolving and communication was fast and helpful and in every case. Added touches like tea and coffee were also very much appreciated as well as the shampoo and shower gel. The dishwasher was also a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. Its location is perfectly located to explore the city, the team was quick to respond to any questions me and my friends had and check-in was very easy. The flat itself is very spacious and perfect for groups. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Really nice apartment. We stayed there for a long weekend. We were seven and we were far from being packed. The living room is very pleasant and big. Everything is as clean as can be and the location is perfect to enjoy Liverpool.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean and in walking distance to all attractions. Really enjoyed our stay here. Very well located and quiet apartment, faithful to the photos. We had a great stay in Liverpool! Be careful though: the heating is a bit fair, it's cold in winter!

WOW....fabulous, spacious apartment and just what we needed for our stay in LP. And you can't beat the location. Close enough to great restaurants etc. but not noisy. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks all!

Very spacious and well kept apartment in city centre! Remember to pick up key before checking in since it’s a 6 min walk away. Can be annoying in the rain. Would very much recommend this apt and it’s great value for money
