The apartment is shabby. First impression on entering the hallway is ‘grubby’. There are marks on the walls and doors. In the bedrooms and the main living area, the windows are dirty and plainly have not been cleaned for a long time. The toilet seats are loose and slide from side to side. The sofa bed is a poor sofa. It is not comfortable for sitting on. On the other hand, the floors were clean as were the kitchen work surfaces. We didn’t use the cooking facilities except to make toast for breakfast. We didn’t use the apartment’s streaming services, but the Wi-Fi worked fine. The location was excellent for us – halfway between the Anglican cathedral and Liverpool One. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by. It is expensive for what it is.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it, you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
