Nice place, great location, but the flats are not the quietest of places, particularly from those neighbours not subject to similar restrictions.

On picking keys up the directions were wrong. There were supposed to be extra keys on inside of door but when contacted company they said oh we will see what we can do. When we advised them the toilet was blocked and they asked for a video it was clear we were getting neither sorted. There was 8 of us staying

Blocked toilet, silver fish in bedroom. Sofa beds had stains it was uncomfortable and disgusting

Location & space

Cleanliness not to standard. Clearly not cleaned thoroughly unwelcoming entrance with a large build up of bird poo at the entrance to the apartment, lots of stains on sofa beds, cushions filthy rubbish in property and on the balcony from previous guests.

The apartment is in a great location, most attractions in Liverpool are in walking distance. Also really liked the included underground parking. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.
The pick up and drop off for the key at the shop around the corner worked without problems.

There was no washing up liquid or dish cloth provided and we really didn't want to switch the dishwasher on for a few cups and glasses. And the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room has stains on it and should be cleaned or replaced.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it, you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
