Fantastic appartment for our stay in liverpool great open plan kitchen and living area and large table that we were all able to socialise at especially since we were there during storm darragh. The board games were a nice touch, larklane is a beautiful area with plenty of bars restaurants and quirky shops and only a short drive or bus journey into liverpool 1. Would definitely recommend this place 😊

Enjoyed a great Air b&b break in Liverpool. Stayed on Lark Lane which was lively and fun with numerous bars, restaurants and bakeries. Access into the city was easy. Nearby Sefton Park was great for dog walks and running. The Lark Lane hideaway was superb for a family break - we hosted Thanksgiving Dinner and had plenty of room for the family guests around the kitchen table. The flat was well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it. Dog friendly too - which matters to me.

location and size of apartment
cleaning was not great. Old food left in oven, floors and bathrooms are a bit dirty.
Noise starts at about 630am. Something to note if you aren't an early bird.

Clean , modern, lots of space, excellent location.
It was noisy but we’d read the reviews so with ear plugs it was fine

It’s a lovely flat in a lovely area. Be aware though… it is very noisy! It was fine for us but wouldn’t be great if you had younger children.
Not enough mugs/plates etc for everyone which is frustrating.
Very comfy beds. Negative was the cleanliness- host kindly offered to get someone to come back and clean but I just went and bought cleaning stuff from coop and cleaned kitchen and bathrooms. Gives a grubby feel though… especially when you have to pay an extra waiver 😳
You will be bombared with emails about who’s going etc, etc and the hidden costs!
So overall nice flat but would t stay again.

Beautiful flat hidden above the co-op on lark lane
Quite expensive for what it is I thought but really well decorated
Checkin once I received the instructions was easy with a lockbox
However the run up to the checkin was extremely frustrating. They would send lots of messages about damage waivers / deposits ID check, how many people names of people, why we were there, ages of the people and only once this was paid and gave this info could you access your checking in details. hidden cost I had not anticipated soured the deal for me

Location was ideal for Sefton Park just a 10 minute walk. Lots of lovely cafes /bars about.
Noisy at night because of Sefton Park and the bars. Great if you are using them though. Property description said there was parking on site but there isn't any dedicated parking just busy public spaces opposite so parking was unexpectedly difficult.

Lovely flat in a fab area. Got confused with finding the flat door initially but the host was super responsive called up and got straight through. Flat was really nicely decorated and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc

Location as described and a lot bigger than the pictures give it justice. You are right on Lark Lane which of a weekend is a 'lively' place with lots of restaurants and bars. So if you want absolute peace and quiet I would probably recommend elsewhere.
If 'lively' suits your style this place is absolutely fantastic !!
Given the cost and quality of the apartment this is well worth the money !

The apartment was a good location, easy to find and nicely decorated. However, we were travelling with children and I wouldn’t recommend the place for families with young children. There was no accommodation for travel cots or high chairs. There is quite a bit of noise from the street as it is a busy area, maybe different glazed windows will help with this.
Also, there were 8 of us staying in this accommodation and we were left 2 rolls of toilet roll and no general commodities such as washing up liquid or washing machine tabs. It was really bare bones in that area.
I believe this is an accommodation best suited for young couples.

Loved the location on Lark Lane, very convenient for cafes and bars for breakfast and dinners. Excellent coffee shop opposite. Lots of hustle and bustle of the shop in the morning and quite a lot of people out and about in the evening, this was totally fine for us.
The apartment was gorgeous and really well equipped, beds made beautifully and comfy. We thought the living space was so spacious. Nice and generous having two sofa beds and plenty of space for them. Kitchen table was fab and we loved the dressing table area in the kitchen. A nice touch.
It would have been great to have somewhere to hang our coats and also hooks in the bathroom for towels/gowns etc.
Drains a bit smelly in bathroom.
Second set of keys would have been useful.

This place felt like a home away from home. We were a party of 7 and we all said when we walked in “wow we could live here”. The clear instructions for our stay were helpful. Lots of clean bed linen and towels were provided. We have to mention the sofa beds so easy to pull out comfy as a bed and sofa great space for all guests. Lark Lane is an amazing place with its mix of cuisines and shops. Stanley park is beautiful and a short walk from the accommodation. Easy access to transit a big plus. Really handy having the Coop store so close. The open plan living area with central dining was great for us to enjoy breakfast and chat at the end of our day. Having 2 very clean and well laid out bathrooms was ideal for us. All members of our group felt we would recommend this accommodation and stay here again if we need to be in Liverpool. Our hosts responded quickly and concisely to any questions and were open to all forms of communication..

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls and we stayed for 4 nights. There is a very spacious comfortable living area and kitchen where we were able to hang out together. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathrooms were small but there is 2 of them.
The location is excellent. Right amongst the restaurants and cafes of Lark Lane and with a grocery store downstairs which is really convenient. It is only a 10 minute flat walk to the station which is 2 stops from the city centre (about 6 minutes on the train). The huge Sefton Park is only 2 minutes walk from the front door which was great to walk through and enjoy the open spaces.
There was quite a bit of noise from the lively Lark Lane, particularly on the Saturday night, and some 7am deliveries to the grocery store downstairs but the beds were super comfortable (including the sofa beds in the living room ) so this wasn’t a problem at all.
Would definitely stay again.

This place looks like the pictures. However check in was at 3pm when we got there at 3:35 there was still someone there cleaning until 4 pm. There was still dust and dirt. The kitchen counter wasn’t cleaned well. The toaster was dirty and bathroom could have been cleaner. The apartment was extremely cold regardless of the heating system they had and there was hot water only in one bathroom. We got up late at day of check and asked for an extra 4ins to leave and was told no, even though someone was there a hour after check in still cleaning. Would not book again.

The Lark Lane Hideaway was great and well equipped for a few days’ visit to Liverpool. Lark Lane itself is charming, with restaurants and grocery store only steps away. We sampled four restaurants and the takeaway on the Lane and each was very good. Sefton Park was beautiful and makes me wish I had not visited in February so that I could have enjoyed it more. Getting around was easy enough—less than 10 minutes to the bus and about 15 minutes to the train—such that even a few bumbling Yanks felt at home navigating the city on foot. The apartment itself was comfortable, as described—and spacious enough for two adults and two teenage boys to enjoy without feeling cramped.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, looks exactly like the pictures. We were most pleased with the area, Lark Lane is a great place to have on your doorstep. Lovely pubs, coffee shops and small businesses to explore, we spent most of our weekend on that road rather than in central Liverpool! A few people have commented on the noise from the street at night and i can confirm there are often people talking, shouting or singing that you hear from all rooms. I wore earplugs and didn’t hear a thing but my friends who aren’t keen on wearing them slightly suffered. Bear that in mind before booking id say. Otherwise we were incredibly happy with our stay :)

Fantastic stay, great location, apartment is very well decorated and spacious and kitchen is very well equipped, we had to cook some side dishes for Christmas dinner and we had everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean. Staff were very responsive even over the Christmas holidays- including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, great customer service.
Only downside is the noise from the street, deliveries to the supermarket below start very very early in the morning and you can hear everything, despite the windows being double glazed, pack earplugs!

The apartment is lovely and is right in h midst of lark lane. We didn't stay at a busy time for the bars and restaurants and didn't find it noisy at all, although the coop delivery at 8am on the Saturday was a little noisy. But the atmosphere of the location and proximity to Sefton park, as well as the lovely spacious interior made up for it!

Myself and my 3 friends stayed here for 2 nights as we were running a cross country race in Sefton park. The location is right on lark lane and a 2 minute walk from the park, the Airbnb was also beautiful and the living space was massive, we would definitely stay here again when we do this race next year!

The apartment is in a great location and has all the amenities you would need.
You definitely need ear plugs if you want to sleep past 6am! The supermarket downstairs gets its first truck delivery then! Plus we arrived an hour before check in but were told we couldn’t check in until exactly 3pm so a bit inflexible! And there are notices all over with warnings about losing keys you’ll have to pay etc etc.. It just felt a bit like we were being treated like children! We didn’t have hot water in the main bedroom but we didn’t bother getting in touch with the host as we felt they wouldn’t help! Oh and if you bring a car be prepared to walk 10 minutes with your cases as we were advised by the host to park near St. MICHAELS station more than 10 minutes away.

This charming apartment played a big part in making our holiday and family reunion in Liverpool so successful and enjoyable. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and the big dining table makes a great social and cozy place for breakfast and meals. Check-in and out is easy and flexible with a key safe. The supermarket below the appartment comes in handy for quick shopping, one has to be aware though that there are morning deliveries to the supermarket. The area in Lark Lane is buzzing in a charming way and the restaurants and bar offer a great choice for meals and drinks out. Accross the road nearby the splendid Sefton Park offers recreational space. We would definitly book the appartment again sometime.

Very modern and spacious. Easy to park around the area despite a busy lively road . Nice area of Liverpool very close to Sefton Park
Very noisy above the shop. Deliveries at 6am every morning. Lovely to be in a buzzing area but not when it’s still going at 4am. En-suite shower wasn’t very warm

We really enjoyed our chill out time in Lark Lane and this apartment was so conveniently located, we really felt in the heart of it all. Stay here if you want to be a stroll away from restaurants, cafes, cute independant shops and bars. Don't stay here if you are easily bothered by noise from this lively street e.g. musicians, pub-goers, co-op delivery truck. It's a double edged sword but one we were very happy to live with as we valued being "close to the action". The apartment had everything we needed and any questions were promptly answered. The customer service provided by Charlie was exceptional. Thanks for a brilliant stay, we will be back!

The whole family had a fantastic stay in Katy and Joe's wonderful place, which is located within one of the best streets/areas in Liverpool. The flat was huge, great value for money and the high level of furnishing was ideal for all we needed.
All bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and we had a great sleep on each night and that includes using a high quality sofa-bed.
We used our car and found parking outside or within walking distance of the flat everyday there.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this flat when up in Liverpool again.

We had a wonderful time here, the place was modern, clean, and very high quality appliance throughout. We hope to come again soon.

A beautiful property which was well situated for local amenities , the place was spotlessly clean and well presented. Check in and out were both easy and with clear instructions from the host. There is no parking but lots of street parking for free close by.
Communication was excellent.
Lots of spare bedding and towels if needed and lots of supplies already Insitu. Overall excellent value and would definitely recommend and return

The flat is beautiful and completely corresponds to the description. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is good but a bit sparsely equipped. Lark Lane is a very charming street, we felt very comfortable in the area. As it was already written: in the evening it gets loud on the street, there are partying people, live music and street musicians playing until late at night. We found this nice and not very disturbing. We found it much more disturbing that it can be very noisy in the morning from 6am onwards, due to the supermarket on the ground floor. The supermarket is supplied by a lorry and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. But of course that is not the fault of the hosts. All in all, a very nice flat in a beautiful street, which is more suitable for short stays.

The flat is immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everything is brand new and the whole place feels like home. We had a fabulous time and feels like there’s no need to go out because the place is so inviting and comfortable. The host Charlie is also very responsive. Seamless check in and check out. Overall, we had a wonderful staycation at this place and the weekend’s weather was rubbish but staying in this place makes our visit to Liverpool such a memorable one.

I believe we were the first guests to stay here, which had pros and cons. The pros - the apartment was spotless and has been fitted out with beautiful furnishings. The space is even bigger in real life than the photos, enjoyable to spend time in and had everything we needed for a weekend on Lark Lane. The hosts' team were friendly and easy to get in touch with, and provided us with a very useful digital guide to the property. The cons (for us) were that the wifi stopped working after the first night, and as we only had a two night stay didn't get fixed while we were there. There was also a party happening in a cafe across the road until about 1am, which meant we all had a disturbed night's sleep. I don't know how often this part of Lark Lane gets noisy, but I would say that if you're out enjoying Liverpool's nightlife it wouldn't be an issue. Would stay here again but probably not with my 2 year old!

Katy and joe did a fabulous job of ensuring the place was clean and beautifully furnished. Really satisfied with our stay. Our only feedback would be that it is located in a busy area and therefore it is quite noisy. Perfect for people who want to have a night out, not really for children or toddlers.
