Super Apartment, das mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Blick zum Meer des Balkons ist ein Highlight. Vermieter antworten bei Nachfragen schnell. Check in problemlos über die Rezeption. Sauberkeit super. Lediglich Parkplatzsuche ist etwas knifflig, aber nach ein paar Runden hat man in den umliegenden Straßen meist einen Platz gefunden.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Asked for spatula and opener but it was never delivered. Frying pans old and the stove slow. Missing oven to heat pizza.
Balcony railing rusty and glass top large cracks which gives an insecure feeling as the apartment is on the 8th floor.
The toilet broke and was repaired quickly.

Lovely place to stay in a great central location with the best view! Close to all the seafront bars and a short walk from Old Town. Hosts on hand for any issues that cropped up.
A little noisy at night but that’s expected where you are. Sun beds cost €2 a day which have to be reserved first thing in the morning for the whole day.
Overall good stay :)

The apartment is perfectly located. if you stay for a couple of days this flat is a really good choice - it has a small clean kitchen and bathroom, easy living sleeping zone and a balcony with a really nice view. the flat is close to the city beach, the beautiful old town and there are some amazing restaurants arround! you can walk everywhere you don’t have to spend the extra money for taxi or bus that was really good.

The apartment is perfectly located. if you stay for a couple of days this flat is a really good choice - it has a small clean kitchen and bathroom, easy living sleeping zone and a balcony with a really nice view. the flat is close to the city beach, the beautiful old town and there are some amazing restaurants arround! you can walk everywhere you don’t have to spend the extra money for taxi or bus that was really good.

Great views & location, comfy beds, well equipped apartment. Quick communication, simple check-in (though they took a scan of my passport for some reason). Dishwasher wasn't listed as an amenity, but it was on pictures so I wrongly assumed it's working. It turned out it was broken.

I was very satisfied overall and I feel a bit bad by giving 4 stars.
The location is fantastic - you leave the elevator and have pool and a beatiful garden to the right and the beach and a public park to the right. no walking!
On clear days you can even see a little bit of Africa (at least I think it was Africa). And watching the sunrise over the sea from your bed really feels like holyday.
The apartment was very (besides one following thing) very clean. And I had a pleasant stay.
Only one aspect I want to mention: The kitchen is very minimalistic and the dishwasher didn't work and was infested with mold. It was not a big thing, I closed it and the mold didn't get out. But the equipment in the kitchen didn't really matched the AirBnB criteria for 'Basic equipment for cooking'. There wasn't even salt or pepper, oil or anything else. Just a few coffe filters. This is the only thing I'd like to criticize, otherwise it would be 5/5 perfect.

Everything perfect. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is well equipped. The complex includes a polling area with direct access to the beach boulevard. There are a number of restaurants and bars. The communication with Daniel was fast and friendly and the reception is also available for questions.

We stayed here for 7 nights in August and was blown away by the apartment and especially the view of the harbour in Marbella. Check in was smooth, the apartment was clean and stocked with all utensils, cutlery, towels and washing up materials. There are two small hobs, a fridge, dishwasher and microwave with oven settings.

The bathroom was in working order and had a washing machine.

The apartment block is fairly standard for this area of marbella, but the pool area is very nice to relax at during the day. Lot's of children running around but you can find a quiet spot if you like, especially in early evening. The cost of a bed is 2 euro and you aren't allowed to sit on the grass around the pool, so essentially you have to pay to use the pool. We were caught out by this but it didn't bother us because it was so cheap.

Bus services are excellent in this area. Do not waste money on taxi's unless you have to. They are regular and super reliable, should you fancy a trip to Puerto banus, san pedro etc. We would recommend spending a day in the village of Ronda. There is a bus that leaves from the main station at 9:30 in marbella for a reasonable price. Certainly much less than the private tours with cost hundreds.

Overall, really happy with this stay and would return in a heart beat!

It is situated right next to the beach, only 10 minutes from old town. Many good restaurants lie nearby.
Daniel was very kind and gave us some tips on local places.
The cost is 2€ for sunbeds at the pool area. There are three pools, one 2m depth were no play is allowed, one mixed with 1.40m depth, and a children's pool. Everything is very neat and clean.

I stayed 2 weeks in Daniels Appartement. The communication was easy. I picked up the key at reception. It was very clean and had all the amenities what are needed. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The location was brilliant, and I woke up everyday with a beautiful view. I had a car, but it was also possible to find a parking at the street. I can definitely recommend Daniels place

The appartment was fantastic! Great location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants and the old town. We had fantastic walks along the Golden mile!

The appartment with a balcony with fantastic view over Marbella and sea. Great beds and quite aircondition. And the poolarea was a very positive supprise, only 20 m from the beach!

Daniel was very helpful with everything. Quick answers and great support when we arrived 12 hours late, thank you very much!

We recommend the appartment and Daniel as a host, very much!

Inmejorable!!! Es más espacioso de lo que se ve en las fotos. A pocos pasos del mar, en pleno centro, cerca de restaurants de todo tipo, cafés, caminatas por el paseo marítimo, si quieres fiesta, la tienes cerca pero no tanto como para escucharla mientras duermes. La terraza es la mejor parte! Tiene una súper vista! El peligro: te va a provocar mudarte a Marbella!! y a este piso!! Recomiendo tomar café y desayuno en Sotto, hamacas en el puesto Basilio y almuerzo en La Red una paella deliciosa!! En el centro, La Paca! A disfrutar!! Daniel es atento y rápido en responder.

The location of this apartment is great! Just outside the busiest part of Marbella, but still close enough!

Un apartamento con vistas increíbles al mar, limpio y con piscinas abiertas todo el año. Igual que las fotos y con todos los detalles. La localización es inmejorable. Nos hizo un tiempo increíble y la comunicación con Daniel fue rápida. Nos trataron fenomenal y volveremos sin duda. Hay conserjería 24 horas. ¡Volveremos!

Daniel är en supertrevlig och hjälpsam värd. Lägenheten var fräsch och hade allt man behövde. Läget var jättebra då hotellet ligger precis vid strandpromenaden och ca 10 min promenad till gamla stan. Fin utsikt över hamnen

Great little place. Very clean. Nice balcony with a great view of the harbour. Great location right on the Golden Mile - loads of nice restaurants and bars. The pool area is also nice, 2 big pools and 1 small. Only thing is the pool area is shaded for a fair part of the day and you are charged for the sun loungers gets at the pool. Other than that everything was great.

This is the perfect place to stay in Marbella you have private gardens with two swimming pools which is only been able to access through the gated area which you have a key to it also has a restaurant in the garden the apartment is very clean and tidy and even though it is a studio apartment we did not feel overcrowded for the two of us it has enough cutlery and plates and glasses and towels etc for you to use it also has a dishwasher and washing machine which came in handy. There is also English television if you look from channel 44 which I didn’t discover until a few days in

This place and Daniel as host were both AMAZING!

SUPER CLEAN. I can't emphasise enough how clean the place was.

VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT. The flat had a lot of nice little touches that just made it very liveable. Anything I needed was available and more that I would not have reasonably expected to be there were also made available.

The location was amazing. Central and by the beach but quiet.

Check in and check out was a breeze.

Finally, Daniel was an amazing and considerate host. He left me free to enjoy my break but was super responsive if there was ever a question I would have.

Absolutely can't recommend this flat enough.
