Great flat in perfect location for us near the Uni, restaurants, Bars etc. Really good value for money, spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything you need. 10/10

Definitely recommend to say there! A great location with a walkable path to the city center allowing you to explore the city. The apartment is great and clean providing the peaceful rest you will need after exploring the city.

We spent Christmas at the top floor apartment at Catharine Street. We loved the location, ease of parking and that the host provided a small Christmas tree with decorations and lights - this made the apartment feel christmassy which was very nice. I rate this Airbnb highly. It is in a superb location and the apartment is furnished to our taste. We were a little concerned about finding suitable parking nearby but this turned out to be very easy. Huskisson Street was just a few meters away from the apartment, a wide street with plenty of spaces. The parking permit provided by the host meant we could park there at any time. Two small observations were that the apartment despite being very well styled, does need a little bit of an uplift in the decoration, particularly in the bedrooms, and the water pressure is a little on the low side. However, this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay very much indeed. Overall it’s location and value for money make it a winner. Would stay again.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
