• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Although it has some rather steep steps to climb, this Georgian-style space will give you an unexpected view of the neighbourhood, plus the biggest Cathedral in Europe!
**Please note that a baby cot and a high chair are also available. If required please send a request upon booking to ensure they are prepared prepare for your stay.
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
One well behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.
Please note that there are 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the top floor (is up 4 narrow staircases).
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Location was very good to get into the city centre. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Well equipped with mugs, glasses etc.
The paint work looked tired and grubby, it needs a good paint refresh. There were water mark runs coming down from the velux windows in both of the bedrooms. The living area window looks out on a huge amount of rubbish in the back yard. There were some cobwebs in the lounge and dirt under the soda bed. There were also a few flies that seemed to keep appearing.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. I didn't like the constant messaging from host and stay. The fact they still are holding £250 of my money as a damage protection waiver is madness! I expected the apartment to be immaculate, but it really wasn't. Finally, being reminded to leave by 10 am time and time again was just verging on harassment. I won't be using them again.

Good location for getting to M and S Arena, spacious flat with comfy beds. Fans available to help keep apartment cool.
We weren't able to get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks (although the shower was nice and hot) It was quite a trek as there was no parking on the street and the flat was up 4 flights of stairs. Windows weren't doubled glazed so it was quite noisy at night.

The location was not terrible, probably would be quiet, but some road work was being done so it was noisy. The location is not a far walk from the tourist zones but it is mostly uphill.
I didn't like the fact that I was required to buy insurance (25) or paying and administration fee (10) in order for them to take my credit card as security. Secret added fee. No hotels do that. I didn't like that it was a little challenging to figure out how to get in, and that the flat was up two flights of stairs with no lift. I didn't like that the room was uncleaned and unready for us upon arrival and we had to book a late room elsewhere for the night. The cleaner did not come until the next afternoon. Utterly inconvenient and expensive. I didn't like the complaint/refund process as it has been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything about my first night being refunded. So whilst the place itself is not bad, the customer service is terrible. The free parking is in an alley around the corner. Overall left a bad feeling with me.

The flat was a disappointment
On arrival we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes. The photos of this place must have been taken a while ago as it doesn’t look as clean now. The walls were all marked & the kitchen was dirty. The bin in the kitchen was very mouldy & smelly. Glasses and cutlery in cupboards were dirty. At the rear of the property in the garden there was a lot of rubbish , not a nice outlook at all. Such a shame about these issues as the flat itself was a nice size & has once been great.

De ligging is ideaal. Centraal, maar toch rustig genoeg, een 20 minuten wandelen vanaf het station. Het interieur is verzorgd en nieuw. De inkleding past bij de buurt: Georgian. Er zijn duidelijke instructies ivm faciliteiten in het appartement, ivm de buurt en ivm check-out.
Het appartement is gelegen in een semi-souterrain. Er zijn wel ramen naar de tuin en straatkant, maar je hebt alleen licht van bovenaf. Dit heeft ons niet gestoord, maar is wel belangrijk om op voorhand te weten.

The location and everything about the apartment. The decor was so stylish and everything in it was of high quality. There was plenty of space, the hosts had thought of everything (maybe a pot holder or oven gloves would be a good idea) - we loved the under floor heating and the pressure/hot water in the shower was fantastic.
Nothing at all. However, I think the basement apartment wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues as the stairs down to the apartment were quite steep, plus the shower was over the bath, which would make getting in and out difficult for some.

The location was good.
Although the kitchen area and shared areas were spotless, some other areas could do with more attention. The bathroom door needed a good clean from mucky hands and there was a fair bit of dust/fluff underneath the bed when we pulled the spare bedding out. The walls were a little dirty in places but that’s possibly quite picky. On the whole it was lovely comfortable apartment just these few things were quite obvious which has prevented a full mark score!

The location was good and the flat was comfy.
I was given the wrong door code so couldn’t get in, and was stood on the step for quite some time looking like I was trying to break in when I’d just been using the code I’d been given. The flat wasn’t super clean, and the beds in particular were covered in hairs when we stripped the sheets before we left. There also wasn’t enough warning before I booked about the 4 storey climb to the flat and the fact the stairs are very steep and narrow. I’m 5 months pregnant so it was a struggle with a suitcase that I could have done without if I had known.

A little confusion as there was a key safe which I was putting the code into for the main door. Above was an intercom with numbers which is what you put the code in and not the key safe. Would of been helpful to point this out

The apartment was lovely decorated and was very clean. Beds were comfy. I think it was very good bc value for money.
I didn’t realise how many flights of stairs they were to get to our apartment so on that note I would make sure next time we were on a lower floor. Also I had asked from the moment I had booked the apartment to check in earlier / check out later, I was told to keep asking and I wouldn’t be told until the day before. I arrived earlier than check in and asked to collect parking permit which i was then allowed to check into the apartment early which was great. However on departure I was told to keep asking to then be told this wasn’t able. I even asked for just an hour later check out due to going to celebrate my birthday.

The property was good
However I had a nightmare with the people who manage it. They failed to tell me that their systems had been compromised, resulting in me having to cancel my credit card, thankfully my bank was diligent and saved me from being subject to financial fraud. They also gave me incorrect information about their deposit waver insurance, resulting in me having to pay it twice. To cap it all the day before I was due to arrive at the accommodation, they insisted I produced evidence I had paid, despite the payment being taken from my bank days earlier. Whilst I was trying to sort this all out, the company wouldn’t answer their phones, wouldn’t follow things up as they promised, and failed to respond to messages and emails. So if you are looking for a stress free stay don’t book this accommodation.

We spent Christmas at the top floor apartment at Catharine Street. We loved the location, ease of parking and that the host provided a small Christmas tree with decorations and lights - this made the apartment feel christmassy which was very nice. I rate this Airbnb highly. It is in a superb location and the apartment is furnished to our taste. We were a little concerned about finding suitable parking nearby but this turned out to be very easy. Huskisson Street was just a few meters away from the apartment, a wide street with plenty of spaces. The parking permit provided by the host meant we could park there at any time. Two small observations were that the apartment despite being very well styled, does need a little bit of an uplift in the decoration, particularly in the bedrooms, and the water pressure is a little on the low side. However, this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay very much indeed. Overall it’s location and value for money make it a winner. Would stay again.

Absolutely terrible for the price paid. Student accommodation at best. The hall way on entry is dusty and dirty with a boarded up door downstairs that looks like it's been broken into. The view from the living room window looks out to the yard which is filled with debris and rubbish.
The banging from upstairs from people just walking about was really noisy and it took forever for my 3 year old daughter to get to sleep. There was also lots of noise from neighbours coming in and shouting in the stairwell. The noise from the road outside is also loud.
The shower was appalling and ran either scalding hot or absolutely freezing. The water pressure was terrible too.
The toaster in the kitchen was broken as was the radiator in the main bedroom. Host only provided 3 coffee pods for 3 days for what was meant to be 4 people and one of those was split so didn't work.
Considering it's meant to host up to 6 people, it is tiny and the living room can fit 3 on the couch.
We were meant to be staying here with my parents but they ended up booking a hotel instead as they refused to stay.
Upon booking I was not made aware that there would be a compulsory damage waiver fee payable of AU$50 to confirm the booking which is absolutely misleading as it is a hidden charge.
I will never stay with Host and Stay again and will also be looking into the legality of the $50 fee.

The Apartment is beautiful. It has everything you need, the beds were really comfy. The hosts were extremely helpful leading up to the stay and during, with response times very quick. I would definitely stay here again. It is right near the old Cathedral. And on a beautiful street with a shop and off license down the road. Thank you. The only downside is that it is on the top floor with lots of stairs. But this is mentioned and highlighted on the listing so it is not a shock.

It was located 15-20 outside of the centre of Liverpool.
It was decorated really well and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The code for the main door and code to retrieve the keys was very easy to understand and a great way to access the flat without having to pick them up from the owner.
The manual provided was great also as it provided some ideas on where to eat and drink which we did end up using.
The radiators in the living room and bedroom were a little hard to operate and could do with p proper instructions on how to turn these on properly.

Flat was great. Good location, so close to everything! Residential parking was easy, didn't struggle to find a space at all. It was very hot on the week we stayed so it was warm in the flat but a fan was provided which helped a lot. The number of stairs wasn't hidden but it's still worth saying that there was a lot of them!

Fantastic apartment that has been newly renovated. The decor is great, kitchen is well equipped and both rooms are of a good size. It was good to find that coffee pods, tea bags and milk had been left for us too! Perfect quiet location near the cathedral. Communication from the agency was timely, friendly and informative.
Bathroom feedback - the glass shower curtain doesn't meet the bath and the plastic seal doesn't cover the gap. Lots of shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor.
This isn't a negative, I just wanted to let you know so it can be improved!

To be honest it was the worst property we stayed at. The pictures on booking absolutely misleading. Rooms are tiny. Hardly anything in the kitchen. Fridge that freezes everything. State of the walls trough out the flat are disgraceful. The person that my husband spoke on the phone was so rude. Instead of staying 3 nights, we only stayed 2 as the flat is so depressing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. The team was very good at communication, very quick to respond to messages, and when we asked for a travel cot and high chair, they provided them as well. That made our lives a lot easier, and we really appreciated this. The flat met our needs perfectly, and the stairs up were good warm-ups/cool downs!!
The city centre is very close, we walked there with 2 small children in approx 15 mins. There are some lovely restaurants nearby as well.
The flat is really well located.
I would be highly recommending this flat and the team as a destination for staying when in Liverpool.

It was just about passable cleanliness wise, a lot of dust on the stairs, under the beds and furniture. It was obvious that the apartment gets a very quick clean between customers . The table mats for example had stains on them that came out with a quick rub of a cloth. The tops of lockers etc…. Weren’t very clean, again they got a very quick rub. I went over everything with dettol wipes. It’s a pity because with a small apartment it shouldn’t be that much trouble to pull back beds , lockers etc…. Instead of letting dust just build up ! Under the mats were the same, some dirt and dust . I think people do notice under furniture and beds and expect everywhere to be clean not just the parts of the floor that can be seen.
There was a strange smell on the stairs and hallway and overall the stairs and hallway area wasn’t very inviting .

The apartment was amazing and was great for our time away, had everything we needed and was a lot bigger than we were expecting. It was very clean and the beds were so comfy. They had very good costumer service and answered the phone every time straight away and helped uswith anything we needed
When we arrived it said there was two keys in the lock box and there was only one, we didn’t think anything of it and went to the room to see people already in it, this was Because someone had given them the wrong key (our key). They were as confused as we were so we sorted it between us, and In the end we took their room. Overall they were very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was amazing and was great for our time away, had everything we needed and was a lot bigger than we were expecting. It was very clean and the beds were so comfy. They had very good costumer service and answered the phone every time straight away and helped uswith anything we needed
When we arrived it said there was two keys in the lock box and there was only one, we didn’t think anything of it and went to the room to see people already in it, this was Because someone had given them the wrong key (our key). They were as confused as we were so we sorted it between us, and In the end we took their room. Overall they were very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Location is good, only a short walk into the main city centre. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed as a family of four and had plenty of space. Everything you need for cooking etc. Easy to check in and out.

Wonderful place but I had trouble going up the four flight of stairs. This is a very nice place but not for older people. I would say, the host did not hind the fact that this flat was on the top floor and other then that, it was a wonderful place to stay in Liverpool.

Nice apartment. It was agood opportunity to discover the Georgian quarter that we probably wouldn't have visited otherwise. The two cathedrals are quite close and there are nice traditional pubs within walking distance. Cains brewery isn't very far either and its restaurants and bars are worth giving a try.

Nice apartment in a great area of the city close to nice eateries and pubs and in easy walking distance to town. Check-in was straightforward, the apartment was comfortable (great beds!) and had all we needed. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Our only disappointment was that they notified us of building works going on the block on the day before we arrived. Banging started at 8am on our first morning so not a great start. The hosts dealt with it quickly, offered us a late check out and we weren’t disturbed much more during our stay. However it did affect our experience and we feel we should have been made aware of these works at the time of booking or within enough time to make alternative arrangements.

The apartment was amazing, a good size, well appointed and in a quiet area of the city. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. The staff were very communicative, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of wardrobe, drawer space and it would be perfect for a longer stay. It is about 20 minutes walk from the centre and docks. We didn't use public transport but there seemed to be plenty of buses around. There were small Tesco, Sainsbury and Co-op about 5 minutes walk away. We didn't come by car but there was a parking permit in the apartment that could be used. We would definitely stay in this property or in another belonging to Host So Simple again.
Not a problem for us, but there is no lift so people with mobility issues would struggle if staying on the upper floors. It looked like there was a ground floor flat but I'm not sure about access.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here with our 2 kids aged 5 & 8. The apartment was spotless and had fantastic amenities. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Liverpool. The beds were really comfy and bedrooms had black out blinds. It was really quiet at night time too. Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent, all tourist attractions within walking distance, if you don't mind the exercise. The house was super clean, great theme throughout, comfortable and everything you need for a city break. A great base for explorers, families and those wanting to venture into new places. The rooms were all of great size, more than big enough to accommodate two adults and a baby. Having Netflix was a bonus and a kitchenette allowed for food freedom. Would visit again!
On our arrival there was some building works being completed downstairs, which although was not a problem (didn't start until 9am and finished around 4pm) it would have been nice to have been warned - as if we stayed in, the noise was very loud. Also, unfortunately the shower and hot water supply was less than satisfactory, the shower was of very low pressure and of varying temperature and I was unable to have a bath as, again, the water was not very warm - just enough for our baby to have a little splash. May have been something we did/ didn't do, but maybe something to be looked into.

Great location, beautiful to see the rooftops of Liverpool, far enough away from the city so it’s not noisy but close enough to walk to. All the kitchen appliances we needed were there. A perfect location for a night out of chilled night in. The price of the rooftop view is four steep flights of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues!

Très beau logement, très bien équipé et joliment décoré. L’appartement était très confortable et c’était un plaisir de le retrouver après nos longues balades. Les petites épiceries à moins de 10 minutes permettent de faire des courses ce qui est très pratique. Un arrêt de bus se situe juste à côté mais nous avons privilégié la marche à pieds jusqu’au centre ville.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful space, nicely decorated with beautiful high ceilings. It was spotless and if truly felt like home for my short stay, as it was so clean and they even had a a lovely Christmas tree which made us feel so cosy. Great attention to detail in a lovely area. sofa bed collapsed when sat on , still fine to sleep on, but panicked that deposit may have been withdrawn,,,,, on further inspection,,we could see it had already been fixed ,,, so thankfully already damaged , would have been appreciated if mentioned in the info booklet in the accommodation.

Very modern and welcoming, a good location and easy to access. The owners had left a little card and treat for our birthdays on arrival which was kind and thoughtful. The beds were also very comfortable.
They are only minor things but things that would’ve improved the visit would have been for the coffee machine to be working (although there was instant which was good), there was quite a bit of condensation and damp in our bedrooms from lack of ventilation and it felt like there was a lot of communication pre and during the visit on rules we had to follow. We completely understand that not all groups respect the accommodation but I think it would’ve been better to send a long list of expectations in a one off communication prior to the visit. You don’t usually get so much communication from owners prior to stays.

Location is poor, possibly one of the most deprived streets in Liverpool judging by the streets around it.
The property is in need of full refurbishment, paint, flooring, bathroom, kitchen.
Also property is situated on a main road where traffic at all hours of the morning sounds like it’s passing through your bedrooms.

Could do with better window insulation - noise from outside traffic not ideal for light sleepers.
should also indicate clearly which apartments are on the upper floors. climb up and down can be difficult to manage for some.
suggest a different method for returning parking label - quite troublesome to have to go all the way back to apartment to return parking label. maybe some sort of locked box downstairs?

we arrived in summer to find the blinds on 10 foot high windows had been left open.
the flat was roasting and only one fan. we requested another fan which didn’t arrive until our last evening! meanwhile we slept with windows open but were woken by seagulls crying!
then woken several times by the tenants of flat above us coming home, slamming doors, and partying until 5am!
this happened on second night too but stopped earlier than previous night after we complained to the hosts.
after we booked we’re asked several times who made up our booking, reminded of no parties etc. I wish they’d taken same precautions with flat above!!
third night we had the fan but were totally exhausted. next time we will go to a hotel!

the old single glaze window, although beautiful, provide no sound proofing what so ever. two poor nights sleep and that’s with ear plugs. this is the only thing that would prevent us from returning to this property.

Drop box and instructions were clear. Minor problem with the bath sorted quickly.
We were a family of 5. Its really only OK for 4.....tight if you want to spend any time there. Interesting we had dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher. It was surface clean but not thoroughly clean, e.g. very dusty under beds and a few other places too.

This is a superb apartment in a brilliant location. Lovely neighbourhood. It's a very walkable distance from the city centre but far enough out to be quiet at night. If you're a Beatle fan the location is even better, being right by Gambier Terrace, Ye Cracke and LIPA. Not Beatle related but would highly highly recommend the local restaurant called The Quarter, on Falkner Street. The only possible downside is the steep and narrow stairs up to the top floor. This is very clearly in the property description and not a problem for us, but do take note. They're not exaggerating. If you want to keep fit and healthy then it's brilliant!
The interior is really clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfortable, loads of storage space and very well equipped. When we had a minor issue with an electrical appliance it was fixed within 2 hours. Great communication and response.
Parking is easy. You are provided with a residents permit and we never had any trouble finding a space nearby.

I loved that parking was free, a whole book of things to do and now to operate items within the apartment. there was coffee, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and 3 TVs with Netflix. This place was a great stay and would definitely book again.
the windows in the two bedrooms were located next to the road and you would hear cars from 9pm-11pm and 7am until you woke up. if you sleep with earplugs or air pods, this would be a 10/10 spot.

This is a professionally run service. Communication was detailed and clear. My original booking required repair. The team messaged and even called 24 hours after when they realised I hadn't responded (I hadn't seen the message). They offered a suitable alternative which I took.

We loved our stay in this modern, well-furnished flat in Liverpool. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to get to. The hosts really thought of everything, even providing a few packages of milk and butter and plenty of tea and instant coffee. Their city guide was very thorough and helpful. Oh my word, the absolute lack of sound proofing from the bedroom windows to the main road. The first night was one of the worst I’ve had anywhere, ever. Cars every ten secs until about 4:30am. Hardly slept at all. Bought ear plugs the next day.

But these were corrected quickly and we continued our stay very happily. If you like Asian food there’s some great takeaway restaurants on the doorstep, they were so good we ate it both days of our stay. Would stay again.

It was a lovely gesture when we arrived to find a birthday bottle and card for our shared birthdays. This is basic but clean, functional and spacious apartment which is about a 20 minute walk out of the city but it is in a nice quiet area.
There are no staff on site which made our arrival confusing when having to call to ask how to get in ie having to use a code to access the keys from a key box. We also had an issue with our fridge not working so resolving this was difficult when having to communicate via the booking.com app and via our mobile phones. There were no maintenance staff available so we were left without a working fridge. It would be advisable for guests to be made aware when booking that there no staff on site and instructions sent ahead of arrival as to how to access the apartment.

The apartment is on the top floor of a house in the Georgian quarter. There is one main room with a kitchen area, dining table and also a zone with sofa bed, armchairs and TV. Then 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. Note there is no dishwasher at this property.
The location is great - within walking distance of both cathedrals, restaurants and the seafront with its museums and shopping areas. The beds are very comfortable. A parking permit is provided. The hosts are very responsive and check-in instructions were very clear.

Nothing, apart from leaving early and finding a better place to stay.
A 2 night stay, for 2 adults and 2 chiildren What was OK - location, communications with the hosts (entirely online but effective). The apartment itself was adequate, but tiny.
What was not OK - The apartment we had was on the top floor, after 3 flights of double-stairs we were confronted with a further narrow set of stairs, into a loft apartment. It was small, way too small for 2 adults and children. The door is thin, with a simple lock which looke feeble and did not inspire confidence that our possessions would remain in our possession. We could hear every noise from the apartment below, the apartment in the building to the side, in the hallway. We could hear every passing vehicle through the Velux windows. The heating was electric (Economy 7 style) heaters, which were noisy (clicking all night) and were either too cold or dangerously hot. One of the rooms had the boiler / water system for what I think was the flat below. Every time they used the water (hot water or flushing, not sure), it roared into life for 2 or 3 minutes, until the next time. All night. The beds smelled... used. The duvets were too small for the beds, so 2 people sharing a bed would end up cold, or fighting for the bedding. We did not use the sofa bed, but it was obviously broken (it could only be used as a sofa).
Don't get apartment on the top floor (I think it was apartment D). The apartment is just not suitable for, erm, sleeping in. 2 adults and 2 children completely failed to sleep all night. The next morning we booked a Travelodge for the second night. You should do the same.

The apartment was really beautiful, loved all the decor and little details everywhere and the sky lights in the bedrooms were lovely with beautiful views. It felt spacious enough for us as a group of five and had all the facilities we needed - coffee machine and pods were a bonus too! The location was also exceptional, close by everything - if not walking distance just a five minute taxi away.
The shower pressure was quite weak but wasn't a huge issue.

The apartment is lovely. Nicely decorated and with everything you need to have a home away from home.
It's located in a nice area in Liverpool. Quiet, but close to amenities.
It was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only critique is slightly small flat - possibly quite small if using sofa bed. But if out all weekend on city break, not an issue. Shower was slightly temperamental. Good value.

A very pleasant stay. 15 minute walk to Liverpool One. Not far from bars & restaurants. Nice compact well equipped flat, has everything for a short stay. Stairs up from the penultimate floor are quite narrow and steep for those with mobility issues.

The location was great. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. The property had everything we needed. Facilities allowed us to make breakfasts and cook dinner when didn't feel like going out.
The bedrooms faced the street and unfortunately the windows were not insulated properly. This meant that a lot of street noise filled the rooms when we were trying to sleep.

Beautiful old Georgian property divided into 4 apartments.We had Flat D - top floor. 10 minute taxi from the city centre, and 20 minute taxi from the airport. Spacious apartment. Very clean and warm. No outside noise.
Instructions for appliances easy to understand. Kitchen is adequate (no dishwasher). Very comfortable beds.
Apartment on top floor (Flat D), accessible by stairs only. 4 steep flights. Difficult to carry bags. May not be suitable for older or very young travellers.(or large bags).

We booked two apartments and they were fabulous! The collection of keys was easy and parking is right nearby. Location is fantastic, other than driving to Chester Zoo one day we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Facilities were great for what we needed, we didn't really use the kitchen other than to make coffee on the first morning as we ate out. The lounge is comfortable and TV is nice as one evening we did go in there to watch a film.
The only area we could see be improved was the shower. Understand water pressure can be hard to adjust especially in old buildings but the temperature did fluctuate a lot from too hot to too cold whilst using. Again this wasn't a huge issue but just the only area I could see for improvement.

We loved the location and having a parking permit included was so helpful. We were able to leave the car near the flat and walk everywhere. Flat was as described, clean and tidy. Professional, clear communication and easy check in/out. We would definitely stay at one of Katy and Joe’s properties again.

The location is very good - only 15 minutes walk away from the restaurants / bars and attractions of Albert Docks. The apartment was very comfy and well equipped although a little smaller than it looked in the photos. There is also a parking space across the road for an electric scooter that you can hire from anywhere in the city (Which my teenagers loved!) - Liverpool is a lot of fun!
Although we were on the forth floor and didn't have any windows open (Jan trip), the noise from the road below does carry up into the bedrooms.

We had fantastic stay, the apartment was beautiful and really comfortable. Bed was so comfy and large - had such a good sleep. We were with our 2yr old daughter who slept in with us most nights and the bed was plenty big enough. It was fantastic to have all you needed in the kitchen to be able to cook meals and even all the extras like the booklet of info for how equipment worked/local area. The service and communication throughout, from booking to checkout, was faultless and so friendly. Answered super quick even when it was a bank holiday. I would highly recommend booking through them and I would in future. Our only suggestion would be to families wanting to book this particular apartment; our daughter didn't need that much extra like travel cot etc, but this wouldn't be a suitable place for babies and needing to bring lots, or if you were traveling with pram that had to come into the apartment (we left ours in the car) as there are quite a lot of stairs and they become quite narrow towards the top.

Gorgeous apartment. Great location and everything was very easy with good communication. Only negatives- 4 flights of stairs and a very slippery bath which wasn’t ideal for my 71 year old mum. Otherwise positive and would stay again!

Nice top floor flat which is well equipped. In Georgian Quarter near to university/ cathederals, only a 10 minute walk into busiest parts of town (Bold St). Recommend.

Amazing apartments. Really spacious with everything you need. Apartments are well presented and everything is very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk into the centre and lots of shops around. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful
Nothing. Everything was amazing. We did have an issue with a chair breaking as one of us sat on it but the hosts were easy to contact and really helpful.

The flat is lovely and so is the area, the Georgian Quarter is to die for (thought I was in Oliver or something!) and a perfect stroll into the city. The flat is super modern and comfortable throughout. We had a few questions during our stay and had really quick replies from the hosts which was fab! Highly recommended 👍

Very stylish and comfortable apartment. Great location for walking into town and exploring the many historic buildings in the neighbourhood. Easy to park in nearby roads. Only downside was the 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, quite a challenge with baggage!

The stay was perfect! The flat is tucked into a quiet neighbourhood and you actually get a nice view from the flat.
The flat is very well cleaned, beds are very comfy! They also prepared extra beddings for a sofabed that can be opened up in the living room, nice touch from the host.
The kitchen is very well equipped that you have no difficulty making meals. They also provide espresso capsules, tea & coffee sachets even milk sticks for the morning coffee you always need!
Overall a very nice stay and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool

Booked for a quick weekend away. Couldn’t have been a more perfect location to either walk it use the electric scooters to scoot to Sefton park, into town and down to Baltic market. Very clean and cool. Loved it and will be returning.
