Great place to stay if you want something a little more quiet. Easy to access and also easy to find. Parking is a huge plus! The messages received felt slightly automated but overall apartment and location were great!

When my colleagues arrived the place wasn't cleaned from the last stay and we couldn't get in contact with anyone to have this dealt with meaning we had the inconvenience of having to book a hotel for the night. The property then wasn't ready until 15:00pm the following day, I then requested a refund due to all the added disruption this had caused for them to tell me that they could not refund me as the property got sorted in the end. I then messaged on the back of this for them to ignore my messages and I haven't had a response since.

Had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place is nearby to lots of great cafes and it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main area so getting around was easy. The place itself was clean and secure, and I’d strongly consider staying here again on a return visit.

After confirming our checkin time twice with the hosts & the management team when we arrived we still couldn’t get in as the cleaner had just arrived and we were told it would take 2 hours, 1 hour past the time agreed on & displayed on AIRBnb, said they’d let us know when it was ready, never did had to sit outside waiting in our car, wasn’t a great start to our stay. Apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed, but is up 3 flights of narrow stairs. On street parking is handy although you have to park in the surrounding area, not outside. We did have some noise coming from the apartment above too.

Everything was spot on except the pillows in all the bedrooms are really bad, each room / space could have done with two more pillows each. The sleeper couch and the smaller bedroom bed were shocking and definitely need replacing. The sleeper couch bed when sleeping on it feels like there is a dip in it and your feet are higher than your head. The small room bed is so uncomfortable and way too small for two people. Other than that the place was fantastic and had everything you needed, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.

This is a really nice apartment, as shown in the pictures, decorated with a stylish nice touch. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything works fine. The area is quiet, but it lacks shops nearby (there is only a Tesco 10m away and some Chinese takeaways...). We enjoyed our time in Liverpool and had a good relax in the house. The only point of attention, the apartment is on the second floor and you have to climb some steep stairs. I think that this should be mentioned in the listing, for those who have restricted mobility (or just huge luggage...), fortunately it was not a problem for us.

Lovely flat. It was ideal for five of us. Great location with walking distance to city center. Kitchen well equipped. Maybe could do with more coffee pods as there was only six, so not enough for the second day. Communication was great with lots of helpful information. Thank you Katy, Joe & Team

Flat is in the Georgian quater 15 min walk or 5 min taxi drive into town. Communal area is dark and tired. The ground floor flat was having a huge renovation and there were also builders on the roof behind the flat. We spent most of the day out of the flat in Liverpool so was not so much of an issue. The flat looked like the photos but was a bit worn. The beds were comfy and there was clean bedding. The Tvs were good and the wifi was excellent. We had an issue with the key lock box on leaving but this was remedied after a call to the office. Parking was easy on a street around the corner.

The property was spacious and clean. the location was good. No stores right nearby but definitely walkable. I don't recall if I read that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My only real knock on this place was that there was no coffee maker or even a French press. There was an espresso machine but the nearby stores did not sell additional pods. And as far as I could figure out, it only made expresso.

The Georgian Quarter location is absolutely amazing, it's walking distance to nearby areas of interest such as the Baltic Market and nearby restaurants and bars. Also, there are good bus links to other central areas. The house was exactly as it is in the photos - and was very clean when we arrived. There's a huge TV in the living room as well as TVs in both bedrooms, the kitchen is well equipped and the living room is very coasy. Will recommend this to anyone - it's a great place to feel at home, experience a beatiful residental-ish area and still be very close (walking distance) to the centre (also, Uber to all other places we needed to go was very cheap). Great value, highly recommended!

Spacious well furnished flat with plenty of hot water and was well equipped for visitors. Parking was plentiful and close to the flat. Good location and close to the centre.

We couldn't fault anything about the flat or Katy and Joe as hosts. The flat was exceptionally clean, everything was easy to find and easy to use. Even arriving and getting the key could not have been easier. The flat itself if very stylish and the various artwork around the flat is a wonderful addition. The sofa bed was incredibly simple to put and down too, which is great as these can often be a right pain. Everything from the communication, the location, the bedrooms, the decor was excellent and I would highly recommend this flat for a city break to Liverpool.

Nice flat. Great communication with owners. Provided an excellent travel cot for us. Be careful if with kids- not as safe as one would wish with the windows and the hot water in the bath could scald a young child.

A lovely property! Stylish and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location, away from the tourist crowds but walking distance to all the main spots. A short walk to some great restaurants. A little noisy at night, but not bad enough to deter a return visit. Hope to return again soon!

Apartment was immaculate, clean and beautifully furnished and is in an incredible location for access to Liverpool. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and booking and check out were effortless. My only critique is that the bedrooms have single glazed windows and front on to a busy road so a lot of traffic noise comes through.

Great flat in an ideal location, just a 15 minute walk into the city centre and plenty of shops, bars and cafes closer than that. Flat is a good size (6 of us fit in with no issues) and well furnished. Only slight downside was noise from upstairs - when people walk down the stairs for example it’s quite audible in the flat but this wasn’t really a big issue. Would stay again

This was my first time booking through Airbnb and I wasn’t disappointed! The apartment is beautiful with stunning decor. The communication from the hosts leading up to and during our stay was great and the check-in process is simple - just needing to retrieve keys from a dropbox. A parking permit is left inside the apartment on arrival for use on some of the nearby streets (unable to park on the road outside as this is double yellows but parking is a minute’s walk away). There’s shops and pubs close by and the walk into town is around 30 mins. The living room and both bedrooms have great smart TVs, all pre-logged in to streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, NowTV, etc.), and the bedrooms have a lovely view of the Cathedral. The only thing I can really fault is the cleaning could’ve probably been a bit more thorough. The coffee machine had not been cleaned out and one of the chairs in the living room had what looked like crumbs on it on arrival. I would still stay here again without a doubt, but for the cleaning fee paid at the point of booking, I wouldn’t expect these things to be overlooked. This is not intended to detract from what is an amazing apartment though, just constructive feedback :) It’s also worth noting that the apartment is up two flights of stairs so bear this in mind if you have certain access requirements.

Perfect flat in a lovely part of the city. The Georgian quarter is a great area to stay, some excellent bars, restaurants & coffee places within 5 mins walk & only 15 min into the main hub of the city centre. The apartment is really stylish & was more than well equipped for our city break. Communication with Katy, Joe & team was faultless, we wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thanks :)

The flat was so clean, the location is amazing and the beds were so comfy! Communication was great, so difficultly in finding the ironing board was no problem as Katy, Joe and the team were so easy to contact. Absolutely gorgeous view of the cathedral which is amazing! Other flats in the building are also airbnbs so little bit of noise, however could barely hear this in the flat. Thanks will definitely be staying again/recommending!

Flat C was spacious 2nd story apartment accessed by relatively steep stairs. Mattress really comfortable so good night's sleep from that perspective though earplugs are useful to counteract relative noise from Catharine Str. Good location with reasonably priced parking secured at Larch House Car Park.

We had to come to Liverpool on business and this apartment in the magnificent Georgian quarter was absolutely perfect and within walking distance of the centre of town. The apartment itself is a great size, spacious and airy, the furnishings are lovely, the kitchen is small, very well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. The TV with a guest Netflix account was a welcome bonus as was the nepresso coffee machine. Katy and Joe were perfect hosts, their communication was fantastic, they sorted out any queries really quickly and provided comprehensive information on everything we could possible need in the area, we will definitely come back when restrictions ease and we are able to travel for leisure.
