This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (up 3 flights of stairs).
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

This was a lovely apartment. Clean and stylish. Great kitchen facilities - nice pans, coffee/tea, lots of crockery. When I arrived the electric heaters had been turned off (and I felt I should do this when going out too), so it was quite chilly at times. But other than that, we thought it was a lovely space.

When my colleagues arrived the place wasn't cleaned from the last stay and we couldn't get in contact with anyone to have this dealt with meaning we had the inconvenience of having to book a hotel for the night. The property then wasn't ready until 15:00pm the following day, I then requested a refund due to all the added disruption this had caused for them to tell me that they could not refund me as the property got sorted in the end. I then messaged on the back of this for them to ignore my messages and I haven't had a response since.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
