**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to both apartments, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
Other things to note
The apartments are located within a residential building, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at these properties.
The apartments are located on the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) and 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs).
Please make sure to return the parking permit to the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
The check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 10 am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check-out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.

Lovely accommodation in a nice area. We had the 2nd floor apartment & my family had the first floor apartment. You can’t hear any noise from inside which is great. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen small but served its purpose. All clean & tidy. Parking is via a permit in the streets just nearby. Only 5mins in an Uber to the docks. Host & stay were very responsive although didn’t always have the right answers, for example, I asked about the coffee machine before we came so I could bring pods. I was told it was a drip machine that takes coffee grinds however turned out it was a nespresso.

Need’s a good deep clean and update. Host did not communicate re front door being broken, which meant it was open for anyone 24/7, made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. 1:30am - the buzzer for all the flats was ringing - and the front door was open for this unknown person to enter.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £50 per key. • Collecting the keys before 3 pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10 am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit to the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
