Initially, we booked an apartment close to town on the understanding the accommodation could be accessed via a functioning lift. When it turned out the lift was broken, Joe and Katy's team found us new accommodation immediately, in a lovely part of the city. A good service, however it could be improved by more focus, awareness and information regarding disabled access.

Lovely apartment! Looked like the photos, lots of space and well worth the money. Great, quick communication to answer my questions and the check in/out was very easy. We’d recommend both the apartment and these hosts!

We booked this Airbnb for my daughters graduation, it was less than a 10 min walk to the cathedral and was on a lovely street. This is a great apartment for any future graduates and would definitely recommend. The apartment was clean, had lots of natural light and the big TVs were a plus, not forgetting the coffee machine also. Would have loved a full length mirror but besides that it had everything we could have wanted. Due to the apartment being on the first floor we did hear the cars clearly driving past but this did not prevent us from a good night sleep. Would definitely visit this apartment again. 10/10 stay.

Spent two nights at Katy & Joe’s apartment. Had a great time! The house is super nice, clean, comfortable and very well located near all points of interest in Liverpool. Instructions for check in and check out were super clear, and the street parking permit was a big advantage. Definitely recommend.

This place is convenient if you want an out of town place, 30 minute easy walk to the centre. Easy access to the beautiful cathedral. But.....it isn't quite as se*y as in the photos, and much noisier than described as it is right on the main road, downstairs hammering before 8.30am was not a welcome sound albeit temporary I'm sure. Unfortunately too many details were missed and with such a small kitchen and insufficiently furnished bathroom this should be a 2 bedroom place and not advertised with 3 double beds. Unfortunately this is not family run but management out of house operated and this really comes across, they were excellent to satisfy when faced with a problem but there should not have been problems in the first place - no hot water (apart from electric shower), 3rd bed not made up as requested and there wasn't a dish cloth or sponge for washing up.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful location within walking distance to Liverpool city centre. Coffee machine and supplies to get you going on arrival. Hosts very responsive. We’ll be back 😊

Family weekend break- the property was ideal with a lovely additional touch of a Christmas tree being put up and decorated. Perfect location and well furnished. Will book again in future

Nice flat but ear plugs most defiantly need to be worn for both bedrooms as the road noise was extremely loud! Great daytime pad but we all struggled to get to sleep & got woken up early by traffic/busses & every conversation cld be heard from the street….. Not ideal having bedroom windows facing a dual carriageway (which the flat is on). Tried sleeping in lounge which was also noisy from neighbours….

Our stay at Katy and Joe was really lovely. The check in was simple and well explained. The airbnb is very modern and clean. However, it’s a bit noisy in the bedrooms.

A nice apartment, stylishly decorated and well appointed with good security measures but it was a little noisy at night from the main road it faces so maybe not the most suitable for light sleepers or young families. The communication with the host was really good throughout and they appeared to genuinely care what their guests think. That is very valuable.

A* probably the best Air BnB I have ever stayed in. Location 10/10 - incredible views out of every window and the stroll down the hill through the Georgian Quarter is beautiful. Apartment 10/10 - it's so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Proper master bedrooms with comfy Simba type mattresses. Couldn't recommend more highly.
