A great location with easy parking outside - just near the Cathredal and easy walk to City Centre. Well appointed and spacious with lots of amenities

Lovely flat in a convenient location. Good communication prior to and during stay. The flat is on the middle floor, so some noise from the flat above, though this did not spoil my stay. The parking permit is a bonus.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful area in easy walking distance from central Liverpool. but also in a quite area so no noise at night. A good size for four people but a bit of a squeeze for 6, perfectly ok though if you’re happy to move furniture around and put the sofa bed up and down. The sofa bed was apparently very comfortable. Check in was really easy with great communication and the expresso machine was a welcome addition. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a Liverpool stay.

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
