The place is very well situated, is decorated well and clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, and the TV didn't work . Above all there was an overwhelming smell of drains coming from the bathroom, which filled the whole place, which was a great shame. it did lessen when we ran the bath taps for a while

Great flat that is full of character, spacious, and quiet. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Very well located for docks, museums and tube.

My stay here was lovely for its location and the loft was beautiful with all its features. The flat was clean, tidy, and presentable, with all working appliances, but there were two issues that would make me never book this again. The first was the bed - it was one of the most uncomfortable, broken, sprung mattresses I have ever slept on and my back has paid the price, except the one night I slept on the sofa. The second issue was the smell in the toilet - even leaving the door open and windows open there is always this awful smell from it.

Stunning apartment that has been beautifully and cleverly renovated with an awesome focus on the original features. Certainly has the "wow" factor and would recommend.

Although the flat was charming and warm, it was a bit unsetteling to see dust and what not under some furniture. Also, there was only instant coffee available and some of the kitchen pots and pans were old. Not the most confortable bed as well. On the upside, the host's indications and instructions were very clean and easy to follow.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a shame I felt ill during our stay there but stayed all day in bed & was comfortable. I’d say we felt at home & everything basic that we need is there and it helped a lot. Thanks so much Katy, Joe & Team. Wish we could’ve stayed longer x

10/10, fabulous apartment!! Flat was lovely, looked just like in pictures. Walking distance from everything in Liverpool City Centre. Super easy check in and out with very clear instructions sent out from the host! Had a great stay and absolutely would stay again when coming to Liverpool!

The loft stile of this apartment style is great and looks like advertised. However, the checkin was terrible as the building key was wrong. It took almost 1 hour with frequent phone calls and checking out several key boxes around the building to find the emergency key. After that, it turned out that the spare keyset inside the apartment was wrong as well. Next disappointment was the cleanliness: Glasses and plates have been sitting with stain inside the cupboards and the cupboards have been dusty. And finally the bathroom was in bad condition: Water intrusion and large brown stains on the ceiling, extensive mold and dirt on the window, spiderwebs at the mirror and the plug for the bathtub was missing. So the bathtub was unusable. Overall the maintenance and management of this apartment is very bad.
