The apartment retains the original wood floor, metal beams and brickwork offering an ambient sense of character amongst the modern fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and clean contemporary bathrooms. Ideal for both leisure and business travellers!
The space
Originally a fully operational warehouse, this 2 bed apartment offers one of the most unique and luxurious stays in Liverpool. The apt. has a great spacious feel to it with high ceilings in every room.The master bedroom has tall original windows, a 43" wall mounted TV & a comfortable double bed. The generously sized kitchen island separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living area consisting of a corner sofa coupled with another sofa bed. 5, large windows allow plenty of natural light into the room which enjoys a huge 55" TV.
The island boasts three roll top bar stools and a rustic five bar pendant light offering an ambience come night time.
Please note the TVs in this apartment have Smart TV features only such as iPlayers. We do not have terrestrial channels currently.
This building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind, additionally we do only manage the apartment and not the communal areas.

Other Things to note:The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building - please keep this in mind when booking.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Sofa bed was broken and absolutely filthy, the whole place is in a desperate need of a deep clean, I never complain about a stay but in this occasion I felt the amount we paid £462 was a rip off. I don’t blame the cleaners, I blame the hosts.
You have to collect the key from the small newsagent and need a code but this wasn’t sent to me. I called the company from the shop they told me the code but this never worked and had to phone them again.
On checking out we handed the key back and the next day I received a phone call asking where the key was!
Maybe I should have taken photos but I never wanted to put a damper on the stay with my friends and tried to ignore the state the place. We were told later if you do not complain during your stay you will not be compensated which I doubt we would have been anyway.
On reading back on the reviews one person had added a photo of the broken sofa back in 2022 and when I checked again on the review (after I complained to the company) the photo isn’t shown.
We have been offered 15% off our next stay from host&stay but sadly no mention of them checking out the apartment to change the sofa and a deep clean the place for any future guests.

Well, where to begin? I’m not one to complain (honestly, I’m not!), but let’s just say this place could use a visit from Kim and Aggie. None of the floors were swept when we arrived, so we got to experience the joy of playing housekeeper on holiday. Out came the hoover, followed by the mop—which was black with dirt. We ended up washing the floors ourselves because, frankly, the amount of grime under the bed when we moved it was enough to start a compost heap.
Speaking of surprises, we discovered some delightful socks (not ours, by the way) hiding under the fold-out bed. Bonus points for the fridge—who doesn’t love finding sour milk spilled all over the shelves? Of course, I cleaned that too, because why not at this point?
Oh, and cutlery? That’s a strong no. Not even a spoon to stir a coffee, unless you fancy using your finger. The cupboards were as clean as a teenager’s bedroom and let’s not forget the mold in the bathroom—a charming touch for that rustic vibe.
To top it all off, the wrong key pickup number made for an exciting game of “Where are the keys?” The TV had no channels and there wasn’t even a sweeping brush to tackle the dirt carnival.
On the bright side, the location was good.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. Location was good.
Communication was poor. There was no proper notice about key collection to get into the proper. No one answered the phone when called needing several calls and emails before anyone responded.
There was no cutlery in the property and not enough cook wear. There was not enough bedding for the amount of people.

Late responses, terrible front door, had to push it open and there were water leaks when we checked in. When we told this host, they went ahead and cancelled our reservation leaving us stranded at night with no where else to go. Airbnb support was no help and this is a disaster

Location was central
It wasn’t really clean and was very damp. Two of guests were asthmatic. You could smell the dampness as soon as you walked in. Although the apartment was modern in design, the building was very run down and didn’t feel very safe.
An open crack in the bathroom door so wasn’t private. The bedding was feathered and two of the guests had allergy to feathers.
Although the floor looked clean? There were still broken plugs, packets, hairs on it. The worktops looked ok but all the mirrored furniture full of dirty smears. Just generally felt unclean.

The location was great and very central with a Tesco 1 minute away.
The property could do with a deep clean as some rooms were quite dusty and the floors need cleaning as whilst they were hoovered they were not clean.

Top location.
Тhe кeynest I was supposed to get the keys from was closed for repairs. I learned about this when I went there - no one warned me. I called the host on the phone - they didn't know about it either. They explained that I would be getting a new address to pick up the keys from very soon. This phone call was at 10am. By 4pm I had no email from them. In the morning when I called them I asked them to accommodate us as soon as possible, since our flight was at night and I was with a small child - absolutely no interest and responsibility on this occasion from their side. At 16 in the afternoon I called them again, went to a new address to get my keys, where it turned out that there were NO keys. I called them again - the keys were in the maid and she was waiting in the building...complete mockery. I was walking in the rain for 2 hours, and my child was sleeping in a restaurant on a chair, along with my mother. All day.
There is no sign on the building, it was very difficult to find it. The maid threw the keys at me, she was annoyed - quite rude.
About the apartment: the sofa in the living room was broken, the back of it was falling backwards. The first night we had NO hot water. I tried to call, I wrote through booking, but they didn't contact me until the next day, at noon, when there was already hot water. The tv in the living room didn't work either.
Prior to check out I wrote them that due to an early flight we would be vacating very early in the morning and leaving their keys under the doormat, which they confirmed was no problem. Then at noon their employees started calling me asking if we had released and where the key was. I explained to them that there is written communication through booking, etc. They apologized, but there is simply no communication between them, very disappointing behаviour.
The location is really great, but that's all. I wouldn't stay there again.

The location is in the centre and key pick up arrangement was easy. Then there was a car park in front of the building (don't forget to contact the car park company to get a discount). The house was big enough for 3 adults and 4 kids, it was clean and cosy. The staff was helping when we make a call. I couldn't find any fault. I will definitely go back again.

Well situated apartment and pretty quiet even though it's in central Liverpool. Comfortable beds and good shower. The weather was really cold when we were there but the radiators quickly heated up the apartment.
We couldn't get the TV to work, but this wasn't an issue as we were out most of the time. Reported it and received a quick response.

Location was fantastic and key collection and drop off was super easy! Apartment was decorated beautifully and communication with the host was quick, efficient and consistent.
The TV in the living room did not work properly due to broken buttons on the remote. I reported this straight away and the host confirmed they would report it to the maintenance team.

The first apartment booked had a water leak but another was provided, perhaps the first was larger but they where equivlent in bed spaces etc. Had no issues with the apartment, getting the key etc.

Lovely flat with a great location to explore the city centre by foot. 10-12 minutes from most touristy things eg Albert Docks etc. Good size flat, but would say 4 people max for it to be a comfortable fit. Very communicative and the recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful as it was our first visit to Liverpool.
Re: check-in - ensure you give an accurate ETA so that the keys are available from the pick-up point by the time you arrive.

Great apartment, close enough to The Cavern etc for a 5 minute walk, and far enough away to avoid noise in the evening.
Secure car park right across the road, and handy supermarket just around the corner. Plus nice friendly pub across road.

Lovely apartment, enjoyed the stay. Close to places. Only issue we had was getting in as key wasn’t at location point, don’t think it was your fault as don’t think previous people dropped it off there. Was eventually sorted after we contacted number.

Everything was great and as described. Location was really useful. The key / lock are dodgy and could do with fixing, we did get locked out once. But they were very responsive and it was resolved within 45 minutes.

The good things about this Airbnb are the central location, easy check in, character of the building and modern furnishings (and nice white towels and sheets - always appreciated!). The hosting team were also very accommodating and provided us with a travel cot.
The not so good is that it really needs a proper clean, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen could be better equipped (e.g. dish towels and oven gloves). On balance, if I was back in Liverpool, I’d probably try somewhere else.

Roomy enough for 5 adults. Decor appealed to all of us (some in our 50s, some in our 20s). Clean.
Comfortable beds . Spacious bathroom. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see during our short stay- Albert Dock and the Cavern. Excellent communication with hosts.

We had a wonderful stay for our Mums birthday treat. A cosy, comfortable and perfectly decorated apartment with lots of character! Location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the amazing Cavern Quarter. The only negative was that we struggled to find the £12 per day parking as written in the description and the staff inside the newsagents where you collect the keys from were rude. That aside, we throughly enjoyed our stay and want to thank Katy, Joe and the team for a wonderful stay in Liverpool!

Very good location. Easy walk to all the main attractions. Clean apartment with comfy beds. Had 2 keys which was helpful. Was left dishwasher and washing tablets. Bedroom TV would not connect to netflix or tv ariel. En-suite very tight fit to use toilet.

Veldig sentral og fin leilighet som er som på bildene. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk, og hostene er veldig tilgjengelige hvis det skulle være noe. Man kan bli litt skeptisk når man kommer til gatene det ligger i (mye søppel og kan virke litt «shady») og gangen når man kommer inn i bygget, men selve leiligheten hadde en bedre standard enn omgivelsene! Funket veldig fint for en litt større familie. Eneste som var negativt med leiligheten var at det trakk litt fra vinduene og at det ikke var noe varme på badene , så vil anbefale tøfler og varme klær. Når ovnene hadde stått på en stund ble temperaturen i de rommene de var i bedre :)

Absolutely amazing apartment located quite centrally for all that Liverpool has to offer. Really great communication from hosts could be contacted 24/7. Apartment is spacious and spotless . Was noisy when bottles were emptied in nearby pub and the view of the surrounding area was just rubbish bins and alleys but you didn’t need to sit looking out of the windows as the apartment had everything we needed and we had so much to do there. Netflix didn’t work in the master bedroom but they did tell us how to sort this out which we didn’t try as we sorted something else out anyway. Bedding fresh and clean, beds very comfortable and easily slept the seven of us. Ten mins walk from LLS railway station, pickup keys across the road and a Tesco extra make this an absolute gem of a place. Real value for money. Thanks we had a great time will definitely be back.

We had a nice stay in this Liverpool apartment .. the key pick up from the local shop worked well. The apartment was very nice and clean but lacked some 'Airbnb Host Charm' .. no milk in the fridge or a little welcome cookie which given what we paid after a very long journey from London would have been welcomed .. that being said Tesco is around the corner so we were soon stocked up and ready to roll. The communal entrance and staircase could do with a good clean but that does not take away from the apartment once you are inside. The advert clearly states no TV channels but does have Netflix so one evening we watched a movie. This apartment is hosted it seems by a business .. when I asked if we could arrived a couple hours earlier than planned it was possible for a £20 supplement. 10am check-out is pretty early, there is an option to pay a supplement and leave your bags in their office. It was cold when we arrived and took us a while to figure out the heating.

We booked this apartment and were told a week before that the apartment was flooded so we were offered another apartment and took that one. That was fine. Leaving this review here as I think it’s still relevant since this property is managed by the same people and it’s the one we initially booked. The location of the alternative apartment was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not good. There was a bad smell coming from the downstairs bathroom. The bed in the first bedroom had some makeup stains under the throw and the other beds had hairs both outside and inside the bed which made us wonder if the sheets had been changed between guests. It was also clear from the carpet that it had been a while since the bedrooms were vacuumed. Disappointing overall. To be fair, we didn’t mention these issues to the hosts as we weren’t sure how they would react so perhaps they would have been solved right away.

Well presented apartment in a lovely old building it is on the 2nd floor so there are quite a few steps to deal with if you have any mobility issues. great location for the bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to Mathew Street. Tesco supermarket 100 metres from the apartment including free withdrawls cash machine.

We had a lovely stay at Katy & Joe’s apartment. The team was super quick to communicate with us and gave really clear and helpful advice about check in (which was super easy), where to find things in the flat, and things to do in the area. The location was perfect - 5-10 min walk into central but not so close that it was noisy. The apartment is well stocked and we appreciated the tea & coffee, dishwasher tablets etc. The beds were comfy although the room with a double bed and sofa bed was a bit of a squeeze for 4 people - but that was fine for us as we just used to flat as a base, and the living area and other rooms were spacious. We would definitely stay again - thank you!

Not great. More property management vibe than genuine Airbnb host experience. Have to pickup keys at the shop across the street. Parking in the area is very expensive. Slow communication. Bed configuration not accurate, they ignored the question until the morning we checked out (not helpful at that point). Refrigerator didn’t work and smelled terrible. Bad odor inside the building as well. View is of close adjacent building with graffiti and broken windows. Area not quiet at night and pipes rattle.

Location was great
The day prior to arrival we were told the sofa bed was broke, they would replace this with blow up mattress, which wasnt there, alot fuss with getting sorted, only a single mattress was supplied. Also alot of messages saying we were above noise level during the day, which we were not made aware there was a noise detector in the apartment, we were told no loud noise after 10pm which was no problem but at 2pm it was picking up people laughing, was a lovely decorated apartment but would not stay again due to alot of stairs to get to the apartment and we were left staying there due to short notice of broken sofa bed and not being able to book another place in the same location, lastly the £70 compensation for the price we paid for the broken sofa bed and guests sleeping on a blow up mattress which was more like a lilo which was very uncomfortable for a 50 year old

We staying in apartment are so lush and spotless and cleanliness look like New York style, We can’t find where is cutlery found hide in the drawer when we was desperate for cup of tea, enjoying in Liverpool weekend lots of outings, thanks for everything let us staying in your property no problem at the all but we find little disgusting when we return from alma de cuba saw mess food on the floor from stair at the hall by front door, glad that all gone in few hours later thanks for whoever clean this mess we love to come back liverpool next year for deaf event take care Natasha

The apartment was gorgeous. Everything was very clean. Shower and bath separately was great. Kitchen had all amenities if you were staying for a few days. Great Heating after coming in from chilly Liverpool weather. Wonderful customer service you can call, very helpful. We were able to get the bus to lime street station from airport and walked to apartment, maybe 15 20 min walk. Great location!! Would happily stay again!!

men vores manglende service i forbindelse med afhentning af nøglen til lejligheden var under al kritik.
vi skulle have haft modtaget en mail 3.04 med en 6 cifret kode, således at nøglerne ville blive udleveret til os.
Denne kode var IKKE blevet sendt til os, trods påstanden om andet fra "Charlie".
manden som skulle udlevere nøglen til os, så også alle mails/beskeder igennem, og han kunne heller ikke se nogen 6 cifret kode.
han ringede til selskabet og de kunne ikke hjælpe,
og vi ringede selv til det af jer oplyste nummer, hvor der heller ikke blev svaret.
vores tlf løb herefter tør for strøm kl 22,32 så vi var rimeligt lost, og fik ikke mulighed for at benytte vores første overnatning.
Næste morgen kunne vi konkludere at koden var sendt til os, og vi kunne afhente nøglen.
Der provokerer mig sindssygt meget når "Charlie" skriver at koden blev sendt 3,04.
1) 2-3 dage før vores ophold skriver jeg netop en besked, hvori jeg beder om oplysninger for at modtage nøglen. Det ville ikke kræve meget selvstændig tankegang at sende koden der.
2) Når 2 voksne mennesker ikke kan se at have modtaget en kode, og jeres egen sammenarbejdspartner (fyren som skulle udlevere nøglen) heller ikke kan se koden, og samtidig oplyser at det er en "hyppig" forglemmelse, jamen så har vi ikke modtaget koden!!!!
At jeg så efterfølgende også skal dokumentere hvornår jeg har ringet over for "Charlie" og mistænkeliggøres som om at jeg LYVER, så virker det ikke serviceminded over mig som
kunde.
Det ville klæde jer og erkende fejlen refundere den overnatning vi aldrig fik.

My team and I went for work purposes and it couldn’t have been better. It was well priced for the location and duration we were there for. It is very central so everything was close by and in walking distance. The space was not only beautiful but had a very warm feeling to it. The responses were quick and the host team was very accommodating.
I can definitely say my work team and I had such a great trip and left with many great memories to take back. I would definitely stay there again :)

A lovely apartment smack in the middle of Liverpool City Centre. A few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, Albert Docks, museums, river cruise etc. Apartment was nice and clean and we had excellent communication from the host. We booked this so that my family and my sister and her family could explore the city together.
The building doesn’t have a lift so you do have to carry your luggage and yourselves up the stairs to get to the apartment. There is no on street parking and the one we used across the road costs £25 per day, which added another £100 to our mini stay as we took 2 cars for the 8 of us. The sofa bed in the living room isn’t the most confortable for sleeping on but serves it’s purpose. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped throughout.
All in all, this is an excellent apartment in a prime location and we would definitely rebook next time we plan a mini break to Liverpool.

This is a stylish apartment in a fantastic location, with a huge number of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk, and a Tesco Express only a few seconds around the corner. It's an ideal apartment for a night out in the city, particularly for anyone for whom a bit of late night noise isn't a problem. We were in Liverpool for a quieter, family weekend away so the noise from the street was a bit of a problem for us and at times the windows seemed not to dampen the voices of people outside whatsoever. However, that could maybe be expected to a certain extent given the location and the age of the building, so is just something to bear in mind depending on the reason for your stay. The team was fab with answering questions and providing helpful and specific instructions for checking in, and although we ended up not using it, the luggage storage option is a very welcome idea and one that will surely be invaluable to lots of people. All in all, it was a good stay in a great location.

The flat itself looks great when you first arrive, clean and well presented, but the longer the stay goes on the more you realise why this is a holiday apartment rather than where someone lives. No major issues at all, rather that there are a number of smaller issues that make the stay less enjoyable. For example, noise is an issue at night as it is a very old building with very little sound proofing, but then this is the price you pay for being so central so can’t be too harsh about that. The wifi and tv situation was the most frustrating issue as the wifi was very low speed and the tv wouldn’t pick up signal for 90% of the channels on offer so you were left with very little to work with in your down time. On the plus side, communication was great, very quick responses at most times of the day. All in all, a reasonable option as a base for your stay but I’ve stayed in other apartments in Liverpool around this price range that I think are much better options. Not bad, but not great.

Our stay was almost great! We would probably suggest that the apartment would be better suited for 4 people maybe 6 at a push if the sofa bed in the living room was replaced. The apartment was in an excellent area, key collection was close (although stated we couldn’t check in early, I’d say it’s worth just checking with the shop if they’re there early because there’s a good chance they are!)
The apartment itself was clean and well presented and the communication with Katy and Joe was incredible!
I would definitely stay here again but with a smaller group :)

It is a perfect place for travellers coming to Liverpool. It is convenient- located in the heart of the city, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Hosts are also extremely swift with their replies. Great flat, in a great location. Tesco metro 2 min away and main shopping area 10 min walk. We also walked to the docks which were about 15/20 mins away. 5 of us stayed. I think if there were any more than 5 staying it might be a bit of a squeeze with regards to beds / sofa beds etc. There are stairs to the flat and no lift , so I'd say this flat would not be suitable for those with any mobility issues. Responses were quick.

The only thing I would say is that if you had 8 people staying in the apartment, then there’s insufficient crockery (only 5 mugs, 1 wine glass, 3 champagne flutes etc).

What a great stay to kick off the New Year in Liverpool! Myself and 2 others really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property. The apartment was extremely clean before we checked in and each room was super stylish and comfortable. Hot water and heating were plentiful for this cold December/January. It was also located in the heart of everything! All attractions we visited were walking distance. The Team were also absolutely great in their communication with us prior to and during the trip. They provided us with utmost accurate information and tips for Liverpool, we couldn’t have asked for a better host(s).

A really stylish beautiful apartment in a great location. The location was quiet despite being walking distance to everything and was perfectly located for us working in the city. The beds, bedding, towels were all great and the bathrooms lovely. There were just a few lapses in attention to detail/management of the property. There were four of us, but only two cups, the sofa bed wasn't functional and other little things like bulbs out etc. For us, the check out procedure didn't work well, as you had to take keys across town to the station. There is no parking to drop them off quickly, so if you are not on foot this is not great. Also we were in Liverpool working and the station was not en route, so this wasn't convenient for us. I did message the hosts about this twice but did not get a response, so that was a little disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and I would definitely recommend the place, but like any city centre apartment there would be wear and tear so the management needs to keep on top of this.

This place is good for a short stay. A well configured and stylishly decorated apartment. The check-in process (having to go to Lime Street) is annoying, and only two of us could have a morning cuppa due to the lack of crockery, but on the whole we enjoyed our stay - and the beds are really comfy, with nice linen.

The key had to be picked up and dropped off at left luggage in Lime Street - 15 min each way - not at the flat as the website says. The place is touted as “super luxury”, it is definitely not.

We had a great time in Liverpool (our first visit) made all the better for having such a nice apartment to return to at the end of the day. The apartment is centrally located making it possible to walk to most places of interest. We had a self-check in which worked perfectly. The apartment is very well equipped, sparklingly clean with very comfortable beds and linen. Although centrally located, it is very quiet at night enabling a good night’s sleep every night. Communication with the Team worked very well and instance responses. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit which I hope will be soon.

Ever so slight negatives were - the 2 flights of stairs needed to climb on arrival with a lot of luggage and a toddler plus the noise of the seagulls at night! what a racket! we had to close the window which was hot and stuffy.

The Apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay in liverpool. The apartment is very central so it was a little bit noisy. To Check-In/Out we had no problem. PS. We didnt find the remote for the tv in the bedroom with the couch. PPS. We used some nespresso capsules and left 5 pounds on the kitchentable. Thanks a lot it was a great experience in liverpool!

4 of us stayed in this very stylish apartment close to all the action in Liverpool. The apartment is big and very modern. There was 4 lads and we all had our own bed and the 2 bathrooms helped. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time staying in this lovely, modern apartment! It is situated perfectly and allows exploring the city centre by foot, while also being very quiet at night. The check in with the lock-box felt very appropriate for the hands-off approach Katy, Joe and Team are taking with this appartment, we could arrive anytime after 3pm. The apartment was really clean and equipped exactly as stated on the website, the only thing we had to buy were some kitchen paper towels. You will also find a short guidebook on how to access the wifi and work the stove, and for further question you might have, Katy, Joe and Team were always super fast to respond. We were three people staying in the apartment and had plenty of space, why, everyone even had a TV to their own! The couch in the living room also pulls out for additional sleeping space, should the English double-bed be too cramped for continental-european guests ;).
There really was nothing we would have changed about the apartment, everything was perfect as is and we would be happy to stay there again and recomment it to anyone visiting Liverpool.

A lovely stylish apartment in a great location. Up two flights of stairs so best for those with good mobility. Comfortable beds and a good lounging area; kids loved watching Netflix in bed in the morning! Couple of minor niggles with the finish/maintenance but overall good value for money and a great base to explore.

Os anfitriões são muito rápidos e prestativos nas respostas. A comunicação é muito fácil. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Acomoda muito bem uma família com filhos ou dois casais. O apartamento é silencioso, muito bem equipado e possui todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. O sistema de aquecimento é muito bom, o que é muito importante no inverno. A localização é excelente, com supermercado a um quarteirão. Você poderá ir a pé para alguns dos principais pontos turísticos, como o Cavern Club. O prédio não possui elevador e não é recomendado caso você tem algum problema em relação a subir alguns lances de escada.

Very central location, Tesco express less than a minute away. Close to restaurants and about 5 mins from the train station. Home is in very good condition. A bit cramped with 4 beds down but for a weekend it was fine for us.

A great place, located centrally within a few minutes walk of the city centre, with comfortable beds, luxurious towels, good amenities, and lovely and clean on arrival. Highly recommended for a short stay in the city. Katy, Joe and team were really good communicators before and during our stay.

This apartment is really wonderful. There is a design of the decoration, two separate toilet is very suitable for a family to live together. The kitchen and living room have everything you need at home. The apartment is close to the city centre and is within a six-or seven-minute walk. The only problem is that I have to take the stairs to carry my luggage to the second floor. The carpet stairs are too tired to move up. All in all, my family and I spent four very good nights here. I highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed here with a small bunch of responsible mates and Katy, Joe & the team trusted us that we weren't a nutty stag party (we weren't), so I'm grateful for that. Also I'm grateful for the quality of this apartment - it's super stylish (the kind of place I imagined Robbie Fowler lived in as he was breaking into the LFC team!). It's really high spec and they've gone further than you might imagine with a rental in buying loads of lovely stuff and design touches to equip the place. The location is great for a weekend trip too, minutes walk from the centre plus loads of good places to eat/drink on your foorstep: coffee at Moose, a craft beer bar and bottle shop a few blocks away, the Ship & Mitre might be Liverpool's best good old boozer and I'd recommend breakfasts at One Fine Day and the Castle St Townhouse. Best of all they operate a totally fuss-free lockbox system with very clear and nicely laid out instructions, which takes the stress out of check in and out.

It is centrally located with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
The communication both prior to our stay and during our stay was excellent.
There are lots of little added extras in the apartment that make for a very comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at Joe and Katy’s apartment. The lockbox was easy to retrieve keys. It took us a minute to work out that the modern silver key is for the main door off the street and the old fashioned key opens the apartment. Once we were in the lobby and up the two flights of stairs, the apartment was as nice as we had imagined from the reviews. It was the perfect place for our family of four, including our two grown children, to gather and relax. There is a nice pub across the street but we did not hear any noise and slept really well. The location is fantastic. We were able to hang out, watch TV, make a meal together and relax. So much nicer than two hotel rooms when traveling with family. We all agreed that we would stay there again if we return to Liverpool.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location - walking distance from all main attractions. The check in was very smooth thanks to the lock box and the hosts were very kind to send us all the needed information in advance, in addition to a guide on the city. The pictures are accurate and we definitely recommend this to those looking to stay close to Liverpool’s main attractions.

Great place, looks exactly like the photos. Good location, walking distance to most places and having a Tesco a minute away was very handy. One little thing: The flat was really cold when we arrived and as it’s pretty big, it took quite some time to heat it up. Apart from that (and one heater not working in the bathroom - which is meant to be replaced), we had a very nice stay!

The apartment is great! It’s spacious and super clean and has everything you need for a break away. The check in was really straight forward and all of my messages were replied to really promptly 😊
The apartment is really close to town so it’s easy to just walk everywhere and despite no allocated parking the car park about three mins walk away is only £12 for 24 hours.
We had a great stay and would definitely go back! Highly recommend 👍🏻

A really lovely place to stay, ideal location to stay if you want to see Liverpool. The flat is beautifully clean, well equipped and was ideal for our family to stay in. The new NCP car park directly opposite the flat is very useful (pricey at £20 per day) but perfect and safe to park your car if needed.
My husband was delighted with the coffee machine - nice touch!

This property is posh! Walking up to the building, it looks a bit run down, but the apartment itself is immaculate. Modern furnishings and completely remodeled, I would live here. It's also 1 minute walking distance to a tesco for any grocery needs. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will be back next time I am in Liverpool!

A great space, high spec re furnishings, kitchen utilities etc. Entry security was superb as was communication with the agency team prior to our travel. A few internets links were sent to us which we found very helpful. I suggest that perhaps the team could print this updated information re places to visit, restaurants etc and leave in the flat for future guests to have at hand. More attention could be paid to hanging space for clothes in the ensuite bedroom if you weren't planning on living out of your suitcase: the second bedroom housed a wardrobe and chest of drawers which was more than adequate.. We travelled by train and the apartment was within walking distance of the station and so convenient for everything a first time visitor to Liverpool would want to see. Being a party of four [two couples] we thought the space more than adequate: anymore we think would have been a squeeze.

This is a great flat in a good location about 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre. Access arrangements and contacts with the hosts were excellent. There is a carpark directly opposite the flat. Our teens loved the loft living vibe. The flat is well supplied with all essentials and was a comfortable and flexible space for a family of 4.

Clean and tidy, well equipped place. Wouldn’t recommend for 8 people though personally, biggest room with a double and a sofa bed double is way way too cramped. The location is awesome though, literally 10 mins walk from everything!!! We think Liverpool ROCKS!!!

My family and I stayed in the apartment for two nights and couldn’t recommend it anymore highly. Not only is it furnished beautifully, but every amenity imaginable was provided. The location is ideal being really close to Lime Street station and Castle Street area (which is a particular favourite of ours). Even though the apartment is so Central it’s still quiet enough to have a perfect nights sleep. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

This apartment is lovely. Very clean and contemporary but also very comfortable. It gave me ideas for my own home refurbishment! Kitchen was well stocked with pans. Location fantastic for sightseeing. Nearby shops and restaurants were very handy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Everything was great, amazing apartment and perfect location to walk everywhere. However, the issue with the check in and the keys not being in the lockbox for over an hour after the specified time that had been agreed was the only issue. Luckily it was a nice day but we were stuck outside for all of this time which was naturally quite frustrating after a long journey. Hopefully there will be efforts to prevent this in the future.

This Merseyside apartment was fantastic! It was just as pictured and was spacious and stylish. As some others have noted, the front entry downstairs is a bit ratty, but the apartment itself is very clean and well equipped. The location is safe and close to shopping (with Liverpool 1 close and a Tesco right around the corner) and attractions. The only thing the apartment did not have was shampoo, conditioner, and soap for all bathrooms, so make sure to bring some or pick up at the Tesco. We would stay there again.

Brilliant apartment in an ideal position for everything. It is very comfortable and stylish. Parking in a secure carpark directly opposite. Katy, Joe, Louie and Katie communicated well and sent a very helpful guide for checking in and guidance for getting around and what’s around. Made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location. Extremely close to Moorfields station (about 1 minute walk).
The entrance is quite dirty and unpleasant but the flat is generally of a higher quality. The cleaning in the flat wasn't good enough for us as there was some dust and dirt present on the floors and the kitchen equipment.
The flat is a good size for 4 adults with 1 large bathroom and 1 wet room. If you add extra people to the rooms it becomes quite cramped with little space to get dressed etc.
There is good parking options over the road (Q park and NCP) but they are very expensive so book ahead or park elsewhere.

Fantastic place to stay!
This flat is very centrally located, with all the shops, restaurants, galleries, and museums within easy walking distance.
The flat is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It’s new, modern spacious, and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, and utensils, and lots of extras you don’t often find in rentals - coffee, tea, sugar, spices, sauces, even a Nespresso machine with lots of coffee pods.
The living area is spacious and comfy, and the beds are super comfy, with high quality linens.
The hosts are super easy to work with - they respond to any enquiries very quickly, and are in touch at each step to make sure everything is going well.
I highly recommend this flat for your visit to Liverpool.

This was our first time using airbnb & being the organiser of a party of 7, I was feeling the pressure!
The communication ahead of our arrival was great & the instructions on arrival were really simple to follow.
We loved the itinerary & took a visit to The Baltic Fleet as suggested...lovely gins!
The apartment is lovely, uber spacious , spotlessly clean & walking distance to the Albert Docks.
Overall it exceeded our expectations & we have decided airbnb is the way forward for our group.

You could not get a better location, the train station and all the galleries are a 5-10 minute walk away. Even better, although you are in the middle of Liverpool, once inside the apartment it is very quiet and there is no noise from outside. The hosts made everything easy and we particularly appreciated all the nice little touches such as leaving a plentiful supply of pods for the Nespresso machine.

아늑한 분위기의 집이어서 좋았습니다 :) 다만 조금 지저분했던 욕실과 먼지가 있는 침실이 아쉬웠어요. 인테리어도 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있었습니다. 아마도 새로운 집을 단장하는데 조금 미숙한 부분이 있었던 것 같습니다. 하지만 리버풀원이나 각종 펍이랑 가까운 위치의 편의성이 너무 좋은 집이 였습니다!

This is apartment you can really enjoy: clean, newly refurbished, equipped with everything you need.
Kind hosts provided even some small things, you do not carry, if you travel by plane: salt, pepper, sugar...
and you can use well equipped kitchen.. 2 bathrooms? Complet luxury!!! Highly recomended!!!

The property is brand new! A great space for a group of people. We had 4 people sharing and felt like we had lots of personal space and room to cook, eat and relax. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot and walking to the Exhibition Centre or Echo Area.
Our hosts were contactable whenever we needed anything and very helpful.
