The original metal beams coupled with the beautiful exposed brickwork - offer an ambient sense of character amongst the modern fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds & bathrooms.
The space
Apartment Sleeps 6:

Living room:
• Fitted with a Double sofa bed for 2 Guests.
• Open plan living/dining with a large Smart TV. You can stream your favourite shows on your favourite streaming apps with the group.

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double size bed for 2 guests.

Bedroom 2:
• Also fitted with a double size bed sleeping 2 guests.

Kitchen:
• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!

Bathroom:
• Fitted with a shower over bath, toilet, and sink
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We had a good stay except for a few things. The key was not in a lockbox like we thought, we had to get the key from a corner store nearby which was not clearly instructed before check in and it took a while to figure out since we couldn’t find any information about that. There was also a bad smell from the kitchen sink whenever we would turn on the tap.

Nice place in a good location, be aware not to leave belongings behind as you will not get them back, even after contacting the host.

The apartment was a perfect base for a weekend in Liverpool. Next to Moorfields station and easy to walk to Lime Street and shops. The apartment wasn’t ideal for a 2yr old, having to carry pushchair up a few flights of stairs and there was no cot or highchair available. I would stay here again. I liked the industrial history to the building. The decor was nice. .

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
