The original metal beams coupled with the beautiful exposed brickwork - offer an ambient sense of character amongst the modern fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds & bathrooms.
The space
Originally a fully operational warehouse, this 3 bedroom apartment offers one of the most unique and comfortable stays available in Liverpool.A wonderful space with plenty of room to relax, the apartment oozes quality. Whirlpool bath, 4K TV's and an integrated coffee machine await.
We also have a Tesco on our doorstep as well as two large multi storey car parks literally seconds away. Liverpool One shopping centre as well as the bustling Castle Street and its famous restaurants are just a short stroll away.
The apartment was converted in 2018, and is fitted with a fully furnished kitchen, offering fantastic cooking space and perfect for socialising.
Please note the TVs in this apartment have Smart TV features only such as iPlayers. We do not have terrestrial channels currently.
This building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind, additionally we do only manage the apartment and not the communal areas.
Note: The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, hence we expect our guests to be respectful of our noise policy, however, please note that there is a bar close to the building and noise may be expected from there.

Other Things to note:The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The floor plan for a family of six was great. Heating worked well, and the property is close to supermarkets, entertainment, hotels, restaurants, the docks and central Liverpool.
The property was neglected. Badly stained soft furnished lounge. Found a saucepan in the kitchen that had burnt egg stuck to it. Unswept dining area. Freezer needed defrosting. Glitter strewn everywhere. Chewing gum stuck to 3 different locations. Kitchen bin without a lid. Broken clothes horse. Bedroom cupboard littered with random rubbish. Cracked/chipped crockery and 1 fork for six people. Smeared cooktop.

Easy to collect keys and check in there was a good area to sit round the table. Bedrooms were big plenty of room
There was a very strong smell of weed. And music was very loud . Also there could be a extra toilet not sure if that is a big ask as I wouldn't know we're to put one. .the area outside coukd do with a good tidy up there was a few sighting of vermin

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

The WiFi wouldn’t work, it wasn’t very clean (grime all on the shower hose, someone else’s lashes left on the bedside table, dirty cups etc) and the sofa bed in the lounge wouldn’t open leaving two people having to sleep on the couch as it was

Great location, no more than 5 minutes walk from The Cavern Quarter. Convieniance shops and pubs near by. Room was very spacious, we were a group of 6 and easily comfortable. Property was clean and facilities were as described. Bonus was the property was on the Ground Floor. Easy to pick up and drop off property keys.
Shower in the ensuite was a bit small.

The accommodation was large and airy
. But the mattress covers were all stained.
We are an older group of friends who travel together. We had no peace and quiet we were kept up.until 4am one evening and 6am the second evening.
The group above us were loud and out of control.

We all want a good time away from home. We had no rest we appreciate people go away to enjoy. But have a little decorum PLEASE.
It took us one hour to find the accommodation as there was no signage, the agents who I spoke to did not help in anyway....disappointing as I go to Liverpool often and this is the only time I have had to complain.

The Apartment itself was great, great location in the centre ,
Loads of space and great beds and all clean.
Key collection wise unfortunately the local collection was being refurbished so we had to go 20 minutes out the way to get the keys.
We were told the apartment was a quite one with people who live there and to keep noise low past 10pm , we understand surrounding pubs and bars etc so didn’t mind that , but there was a group of lads who were VERY loud in the building. Running up and down the stairs and in and out and on the 2nd night at 4am one of them was obviously locked out and continues to BOOT the door for a good 45 minutes. It was quite scary as didn’t know who it was and didn’t want to go out there and let some randomer into the building
Besides the issues with the boys who were obviously here for a good time and didn’t want to respect the building rules we all had a lovely stay in the property.

On the Friday night the noise from the apartment above kept us all awake until after 5am! Screaming, shouting, doors slamming. We ended our night early on the Saturday as we were all too shattered only to be awoken again after midnight yntil the early hours! The car parking on the NCP opposite was £49 not the price advertised outside so beware! Key collection not good as newsagents was closed when we had arranged to collect them so waiting outside with no answer and rude when they finally opened up.

Easy check in process,
Bath and shower has a lot of damp around the seal.
Think the apartment needs a good clean and a few things fixing..

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accomodation. Especially not suitable for larger groups. During our stay, which included six adults and two children, we encountered several challenges. Firstly, the host provided only one key, significantly impacting our experience. Additionally, the washing machine & coffee maker malfunctioned, warm water was insufficient for eight individuals, the place was messy when we arrived, the kitchen lacked essential equipment, beds were uncomfortable, and the key system proved inconvenient. While the location is excellent and the aesthetics are pleasing, it falls short of the promoted "luxury stay" standard.

We had a great stay and the place was really good value. Very central for everything. Cleaning could be a little more thorough (windows and units in kitchen, shower cubicle,lights above dining table) just little things. Will definately be staying here again.
Highly recommend Casa Italia restaurant great traditional italian food and The Philharmonic Dining Rooms is a must!

Very central. Easy system to pick keys up. Lovely sitting area and kitchen and the main bedroom is a lovely size.
Not the best first impression as the corridor area at the entrance is not very clean/tidy. The windows could do with being cleaned and the 2 bedrooms are very small.

The location is really convenient because TESCO is within 2 minute walking distance. The room is spacious for our group (7 people) the kitchen is really modern and fully equipped so we really enjoy cooking there.

This is a lovely apartment within walking distance of the city centre and all attractions.
The property itself is stunning, very spacious and all furniture/beds were very comfortable and clean including the sofa beds.
Collecting the keys were simple and there’s parking opposite at Q-Park
The hosts were always on the end of the phone or responding promptly to emails with any quires I had.
I’d definitely stay again and would recommend.

Location just off Dale St was ideal for tourist sights, shops, Station.
Stylish, spacious apartment, ideal for the 5 of us, but would be less comfortable and lacking enough glasses, pressure on bathrooms etc if there were 12 persons.
A line of overspilling smelly wheelie bins outside, and some inside the communal hallway was not a great first impression. Also exterior sides of windows were dusty and dirty.

Thanks so much for hosting us in your lovely home! We all had a fantastic time. Upon walking in, our group were gobsmacked with how the apartment looked; it was brilliant. I would highly recommend! It was clean, spacious and family friendly.
Parking was a bit of an issue if you are going to drive, there is parking next door but it is almost £25 for 24 hours. Make sure to plan parking well in advance!

The apartment itself is stunning and a central location. It was easy to collect the keys. But that would be it for me. The rest of the stay was satisfactory at best.
I raised issues with a number of facilities. Bath plugs not working properly, door handles broke or faulty, piping broken and lights not working. Although they offered to fix these things. I felt that they should’ve been checked properly prior to our check in. These things were obviously faulty from the get go. The Wi-Fi also does not work throughout the apartment which made working from the end bedroom difficult.

when walking into the apartment building I almost thought I made a mistake because the hallway was really dirty. it had mole on the floor which looked unprofessional.
I booked the apartment for 12 people but there wasn’t enough duvet and pillows for everyone as well as towels.

Check in is quite difficult. Picking up a key from nearby shop is not really comdortable, for such a class of a renting place. Nearby free parking is missing, so therefore it requires additional payment and as it is city centre. Its not cheap.

Lovely spacious and modern apartment, well equipped and very quiet, it easily accommodates 4 couples in separate rooms or 6 couples if you share.
There are 6 or 7 steps to the apartment from street level once inside the building, which we didn't realise when we booked, as we had 2 disabled people in our party. also, the apartment is split level with the lounge and bedrooms being 2 steps higher than the kitchen / dining and entrance hall, so if you have difficulty with steps you may need help.
There is NCP parking on the corner 2 min away, a lovely pub opposite, a little tesco just around the corner and all of the tourist attractions are close by. The Cavern is only a couple of streets away. Key pick up and drop off was simple from a newsagents, 2 min walk away by Tesco. We had an issue with tripped out electric, but called the help number and they were able to sort it very quickly. I'd be happy to stay there again. My elderly parents also had a great time but couldn't get in or out without our help as it is a historical building without a lift for the steps.

Excellent apartment and as per the description, finished to a very high standard. With the 3 bedrooms plenty of room for myself, girlfriend and two teenage sons. About 5 minute walk to everything - Liverpool One for shopping and the same down to the front where you can walk across to Albert Dock. Communication from the hosts was excellent and we will definitely be booking here again next time we come to Liverpool.

Six of us stayed here (three couples) and we found the apartment to be spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Checking in and out was efficient, communication was prompt and friendly and we had everything we needed for a fantastic couple of days away. Our stay in Liverpool was nice for the most part, but not thanks to the property or its host. Upon arrival, check in was swift and the property initially looked as advertised. This was until we found crisps under the sofa among other mess which we had to vacuum and clean ourselves. Although a small issue like this could be overlooked, this was just the beginning of a plethora of issues which ensured our 3 day weekend away was ruined. Around 8.30pm, on our first evening at the property, we decided to venture onto the balcony for a view of the road before heading out into town for the evening. This was without the knowledge that there was a pre-existing fault in balcony door handle. The pulley system was unlatched and far too loose to be opened from the outside. Finding ourselves locked out on the balcony, with the single set of keys inside the property (the fact that there was only one set of keys for so many guests was a surprise from the outset), we contacted the host expecting guidance on how to solve this issue or at least advice on the location of a spare key. We thought that this must have happened previously to other guests. Instead, we were met with an extremely apathetic, unhelpful and frankly indifferent response from the host. We were told that their faulty balcony door was our issue to deal with and that we would have to contact a locksmith to regain access to the property. We were offered no help from the host. What if we had a baby alone inside the property? After a 3 hour wait in the cold for a locksmith, and a consequent £150 fee for his services, we regained access to the property. Upon informing the host, we were met with no apology or concern for our well-being. Instead, the host was more concerned with whether the locks had been changed and whether there had been any further damage to their already faulty door – with a warning that there would be costs for us if this were the case. Subsequently, the host continued to pester us throughout our stay for answers to their concerns with no regard for our situation. The extreme and flagrant lack of due diligence and customer service exhibited by the host is astounding and I have never witnessed anything like it before through Airbnb or any stay for that matter. To have the balcony door in such a state of disrepair is wholly irresponsible. Future guests may not have circumstances as fortunate as ourselves and the lack of regard for our situation could have been extremely dangerous had we had young children alone in the property for example. In the future, this issue could result in forced entry to the property which is a peril for the guests and appears to be a cost to them also in the host’s mind! The faulty door is a very serious issue and the host’s indifference and disregard for guests compounds this problem. We were appalled by the host’s behaviour over our weekend away and we will be seeking compensation from Airbnb for the unnecessary costs we incurred and the time of ours that was wasted. “Inconvenienced and disappointed” is an understatement!

Location was as good as it gets. Lots going on in the ammediate are. Multi story car park across the road. Camra pub across the road Good beer clean and freindly. Dale Street Cafe 200m away and very very good. 2 Italien restaurants 5 mins walk. Cavern club 5/10 minutes walk. Liverbuildings 15 mins walk. Good facilities at the apartment. Would go again.
The showers need a bit more water flow.

Incredibly dissatisfied with our experience and the customer service we received – recommend that you avoid as it is not clean and therefore not Covid secure. Be warned, it is not a luxury apartment as described, it requires significant general maintenance and it was not cleaned upon our arrival. We arrived at the apartment late on a Sunday evening, tired and looking forward to being able to go to bed, however on arrival noticed immediately that the apartment was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. The kitchen floor tiles were filthy, covered in footprints and had a visible sticky residue all over on the surface. The kitchen surfaces were also uncleaned and covered in crumbs and the kitchen sink had old food left in the plughole. Moving into the dining area, there were food crumbs and confetti from balloons left under the dining table which clearly hadn’t been brushed or hoovered from the previous stay. Indeed, the confetti was left all over the apartment floors in the hallways and in the living room. The bathroom sinks and taps hadn’t been cleaned either with dust all over the sink surface in both bathrooms and watermarks from previous use left on the taps. Corners of rooms had a collection of dust and crumbs, carpets in bedrooms had visibly not been hoovered and surfaces (mirrors, skirting boards etc) had been left uncleaned also. On top of the uncleanliness of the apartment, there are general maintenance issues that need addressing including flickering lights, missing ceiling lights, broken bathroom tiles and broken blind cords (not safe for children). Directly outside the internal front door of the apartment are the communal bins which stink and are unsightly. We contacted the host to advise them of the issues, in particular the uncleanliness of the apartment and they advised that they would send cleaners around the following day. Not wanting to follow their suggestion of sleeping in a filthy apartment for one night before they attempted to rectify the issue, we decided to cancel our booking and had to find alternative accommodation last minute. We understandably had concerns about their cleaners ability to thoroughly clean the apartment to a satisfactory level given they had not been able to do this the first time around. We also firmly believe that the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly given the current climate, should not be something that needs to be rectified and should be a guarantee ahead of guests arriving. Although after pushing, we did end up receiving a small refund in excess of what they originally proposed, it was not close to even 50% of what we paid leaving us significantly out of pocket. Apparently we should have given them the chance to rectify the issue the following day but I doubt anyone would have been willing to stay in such a dirty unclean environment for any period of time before they eventually sent someone over. The request that we should stay in an unclean apartment for any duration is unreasonable and demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of concern about guests health in light of Covid. They simply do not care that their apartment was unclean and unfit for guests to stay.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos and is located in the ideal location for sight seeing and nights out. With Cocktail, Sports and Irish bars along with Pubs (One situated directly across the street), Clubs and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walking distance. And shops to by food, toiletries and other items you may need are right on your door step. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Liverpool. The hosts provided a detailed information on how to check in and how everything works along with a helpful guide they have created highlighting potential areas of interest. I will defiantly be using them as hosts for future breaks away.

The apartment was great. Centrally located with access to everything you’ll need during your stay. May struggle to find parking if not wanting to pay £40 per day for multi-storey car park. Had issue with fridge not being cold during our stay but still had a great time whilst out there and would definitely book again!

We booked this property after reading reviews on airbnb. This was a great value for money. The apartment was spacious and was very comfortable even though we were 10 of us. It had all the amenities needed. There was a slight issue with the kitchen sink and this happened during our stay. But Joe and the team did everything possible to have it fixed. They checked in on us regularly to make sure it did not inconvenience our holiday in anyway. Location wise the apartment was walking distance from the city centre and the docks. There were loads of restaurants around. Overall we did enjoy the stay. The accommodation and city were both fantastic.

We had a nice stay, check-in and out went smoothly. Were a couple of things that could do with attention, but slept well, comfy bed, nice space, and is in a convenient place as can walk through town. Hosts put a lot of effort into good communication and local recommendations.

This is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. So close to everything but so nice inside it’s hard to leave. It’s spacious and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Liverpool

Great appartment with a lot of space. We were 7 and had a great time. Location is excellent and the host is very helpful. Communication is easy and response time is short. Guides to the city and instructions for the aprtment are very good. I really recommend this apartment.

I would definitely recommend booking this apartment in Vernon Street - it is really comfortable and very quiet, has everything you need with plenty of space for everyone - very central for shopping and lots of good restaurants and bars close by.

Got to say this place was spotlessly clean and was a fantastic modern space We were using it as a base for some golf in Liverpool and enjoyed the central location (good parking options) and sizeable rooms Hosts were also quick to respond to questions and the instructions on finding/entering the property were fantastic Recommended

We found mold in all of the bathrooms. There were food wrappers and dead bugs on the floor. Stains on the bed sheets. The mold smell triggered an allergic reaction and my wife and my father-in-law, and we had to vacate the property earlier than we wanted. It was a very bad experience and the landlord took zero blame and did not offer to reimburse. In fact, they blamed us for not giving them a second chance to clean the property, as though they could’ve removed all of the mold while we were away at lunch. Very disappointing.

This is a beautiful listing which was ideal for our girls weekend! The location is central - you can walk to the attractions and restaurants so easily. It's tastefully decorated and slept 12 of us between bedrooms and the living room - the sofa beds were comfortable too! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is in great location, walking distance to the famous Cavern and other great restaurants and pubs. The apartment has plenty of space for 5-6 people. The living room and kitchen could use a little more privacy as the kitchen has huge windows but no blinds. But we would stay here again.

This place is amazing!! It’s right in the centre of Liverpool! We walked everywhere and didn’t have to pay for taxis as we were so close to everything. Where to start, the apartment is lovely big lounge and dining area, kitchen is amazing, 2 bedrooms are decent size with Tv in all of them, the master bedroom is huge and has settee in it with a bathroom. Can’t fault the place and if their are any problems they have a team looking after things.

My only improvement would be to suggest more saucepans are provided in the kitchen as there are only 2 relatively small induction pans provided which doesn’t go far when cooking for a group of upto 10 people. This place is a diamond located in the heart of the city near all the old buildings. It is very spacious, modern, clean and totally ideal for a family to spend time together in a comfortable open plan area. You could entertain and host for a big family or just chill out. I love every aspect of this apartment and would be back in a flash. Beds are comfy and linen and everything is clean and really nice quality. Don’t look any further than this apartment. I have spent hours looking on this site and I think I found the best value pad in Liverpool for a large family group. Thanks heaps!

Absolute belter of a flat, I would really recommend it. It looks as lovely as the photographs and was spotless. One thing to be aware of if you're planning on cooking is that there's very few pots and pans (we brought a couple of our own).

Such a beautiful place to stay. Huge modern living area with touches of what it used to be in the past. Excellent location- short walking distance to the Liver building and castle street. The hosts answered loads of my questions super quick prior to my stay. Made my graduation that extra bit special! Will definitely stay again!

A nice apartment in a great location, exactly as it looks in the pictures. Unfortunately my family and I were disturbed on both nights we stayed there as there is little insulation/sound proofing between this apartment and the one upstairs so you can hear every footstep and our neighbours were up on both nights throughout the small hours. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment for a long weekend at the end of September 2018. It is close to all major attractions in Liverpool which is great. We were traveling with young children so picked this place for its proximity to the city center and to a Tesco Express. On the downside, or upside depending on your reasons for visiting Liverpool, it is located opposite a pub/bar and the music and patrons are very loud on Friday and Saturday nights - fine if you are there to party but not so great with the kids. The apartment is nicely furnished and can sleep up to 12 people, but the kitchen was not properly appointed for that many guests if you plan to cook during your stay (we were provided one small pan and one small pot for a family of six). We did contact the hosts about this and although the problem couldn't be remedied for our stay, hopefully it has been now taken care of for future guests. All in all it is a beautiful apartment and we enjoyed our stay in Liverpool.

Everything was spotless and clean. The apt was modern and wonderfully refurbished yet had a lot of distinct features. Loved the coffee machine. Only problem was the wifi which was quite slow, and made it difficult to work out of the apt.

I wanted to write a good review because the apartment was lovely and hosts were helpful when the sink leaked (already a problem and broke again while we were there!). However we reported a broken dishwasher which was not fixed meaning we spent the weekend washing dishes as well as various other issues which may not seem a bid deal but did take the shine off our weekend. I did submit a complaint after our stay and this has been completely ignored. Nice place but lacks those finer details you would expect for the price. All fur coat and no knickers as they say!

We all loved this place as our favorite! It was so nice and were right near everything we wanted to be near in Liverpool. In fact my kids who are now in their late 20s said it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb. They want an apartment just like it. It was so modern in a very old building, they completely redid the whole thing inside it was so beautiful. We will be back there for sure!!!

We all loved this place as our favorite! It was so nice and were right near everything we wanted to be near in Liverpool. In fact my kids who are now in their late 20s said it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb. They want an apartment just like it. It was so modern in a very old building, they completely redid the whole thing inside it was so beautiful. We will be back there for sure!!!

I would highly recommend this apartment for groups looking for a luxurious place to stay in Liverpool. All of the hosts were extremely helpful throughout our booking and provided great information about the area for our sight seeing. Stay here! This achingly hip apartment is the perfect base for exploring this fantastic city. It's close to the shops, the bars and museums. Nothing is really much further than a flat 10 min walk away. The apartment itself is just great - very clean and with everything you need for a bolthole in the City. The whole place has been thoughtfully designed; the kitchen is superb, the beds are comfy and you'll want to grab a book and a glass of wine while sitting in the hanging seat! Katie, Louie and Joe have made sure the whole process of checking in goes without a hitch. We had a great time. Perfect for a family like ours (2 adults, 3 kids) or for couples wanting to spend time here. Recommended!

We used the accommodation for a work trip. It was right in the heart of Liverpool a walk away from our conference. I thought originally that this place was not going to measure up to the images (to the point of thinking this must not be real) but it was exactly how it looks. Great apartment, spacious and pleasant. All mod cons available The building was a converted warehouse and the modernisation was to the highest spec. Bigger than we expected so there was plenty of room. Convenient location. Parking is right opposite the building. We enjoyed staying in Liverpool. Thanks!

This amazingly beautiful apartment is everything you see in the pictures and more!!! Very large apartment happily accommodated 10 ladies! The location was amazing,5 mins walk to the cavern and other bars and restaurants. The hosts were amazing with there quick response to answer my questions before we arrived, all amazingly organised for arrival. We didn’t once have to contact the hosts for anything. All 10 of us plan on another trip separately with our partners and will without a doubt be booking the apartment again. It was very chic and modern-It had that loft apartment decor and feel!!

Beautiful flat, great central location but not too noisy. Lovely well equipped kitchen. We used the sofa beds and they were so comfortable - great nights sleep. Extra duvet and pillows were provided for them - no bottom sheet but they were nice and clean so no issue.
