It was a great experience. The house was practical, with clean rooms, a kitchen, and other facilities. It was in a great location (all sites were within a mile radius) and had a car park, so we could not ask for more.

Location was fantastic as a base to walk Liverpool for a few days; great pub close by as well as a tesco express for any last minute items; parking was a bonus and dealing with Charlie was professional and very easy. Would love to stay again if/when back in Liverpool.

Apartment block is a little dark so we needed to keep the lights on much of the time

Sadly the only thing was the location

Vastly overpriced

Worse place we’ve stayed via booking.com - and we’ve used the service a lot

Flat was ok but not top quality - should have stayed in a 5 star hotel for the money

Carpets and flooring tatty. Damaged toilet cistern probably full of germs. Stains on cushion on master bed and stains on curtains. So generally the glat felt unkempt and grubby

A lot of time wasted getting keys, parking and getting permit - and then the same in reverse on exit.

Homeless person gained access to the building and spent the night in the lobby - he was noisy so disturbed us and another resident we met

Fridge didn’t appear to work properly - condensation inside and our wine didn’t chill

Bed too soft

Carpets didn’t fit properly so looked scruffy

Constant messages from the agent were annoying and patronising.

Building entrance was a mess - boxes for collection and litter

Sofa sagging and not comfortable

Only realised after booking there was a hidden charge of £25 to cover possible breakage or leave a big deposit was a final insult. It appeared a fee generating exercise given money needed investing in the flat

All good but could have been my fault about accessing the flat. I am not used to flats and was pleased I saw other tenants who explained how to use the fob and how to find the car park.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it, you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
