Location.

The apartment was tired. Cracked WC cistern. Cover off alarm at front door and exposed wires. Curtains not fully fixed at head rail. Floors in hall and lounge/kitchen worn to destruction as was skirting.

Lovely central location, easy to walk to the docks and town. Host was very responsive, great communication. Lovely flat, just what we wanted.

Great location and well equipped apartment. Parking space very useful.

The radiator in the smaller of the 2 doubles wasn’t working. Also couldn’t get the overhead shower to work in the main bathroom. The water was exceptionally hot.
There was a smell of weed in the communal area outside the apartment.

It was a great experience. The house was practical, with clean rooms, a kitchen, and other facilities. It was in a great location (all sites were within a mile radius) and had a car park, so we could not ask for more.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it, you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
