The space
Richmond Place 103 is the perfect base for exploring all that Liverpool has to offer. Ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts, it's just a stone's throw away from beautiful parks in Everton and a short drive to Anfield Stadium and the city centre — there's plenty to do and many places to visit.
Head home to a tranquil space and be greeted by the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
The kitchen is immediately on your left as you enter the apartment. Boasting an electric hob and oven for homemade meals, an electric kettle for your afternoon tea, a Nespresso coffee machine for a delicious sip of coffee any time of the day, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster, you have everything you need for your home away from home. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
A wooden dining table is right behind you, complemented by six velvet grey chairs.
Fitted with a sofa that easily converts to a double bed, an accent chair, and a huge wall-mounted TV, there's plenty of space for bonding with your group in the living area just around the corner.
The bedroom to your right, facing the living room windows, offers a double bed, a mirror, and a wardrobe. It boasts a white interior and a grey feature wall, along with a large bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower, a WC, a washbasin, and a large mirror.
The second bedroom is similar, featuring a double bed, mirror, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin by the mirror.
The apartment's white interior is perfectly complemented by the white and wooden furniture, along with the laminated vinyl flooring.
Richmond Place 103 features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of light to create a bright atmosphere. The apartment is also fitted with blinds for privacy at any time of the day.Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place 103 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.Show more
