The space
Ropewalks Quarters VI is an astonishing and newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment with an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

Beautifully designed with a white and grey interior and decorated with a calming blue furnishing pallette, Ropewalks Quarters VI is a bright space with a welcoming, homely feel!

The living room is furnished with a double sofa convertible to a double bed with a deep sprung mattress, comfortably sleeping two guests. Enjoy a relaxing time by streaming your favourite apps through the Smart TV in the lounge.

Just on the back of the sofa is the kitchen and dining area. Whip up a hearty meal from the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the wooden dining table in the dining area, complete with matching benches to comfortably accommodate everyone in the group.

For added convenience, a washer/dryer is placed in the kitchen and is available for complimentary use during your stay.


Ropewalks Quarters VI offers two double bedrooms accentuated with stylish blue divan bases, blue stools, and lovely frames in each room. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with private access to a WC and shower.

The main bathroom is furnished with a modern design and has a WC, basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

A bonus feature is the balcony area with outdoor furniture - perfect for enjoying coffee or a sip of your favourite beverage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.

If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.

The apartment was exactly as the photos. Clean, modern, un cluttered with toiletries and coffee/tea/sugar/milk provided, which was a bonus. It was located just off the main road, but was lovely and quiet. Fantastic location that was in walking distance of the docks, shops, museums, cavern club and train station. There was a good sized, individual parking garage under the apartment. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by...Two pubs of note were The Munro on Duke Street and The Vines. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Liverpool. We will be back!

Fabulous place to stay. Central close to Albert Dock and shopping areas. Very comfortable clean beds. Kitchen lovely well equipped. Host communicated really well would help in anyway he could. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Liverpool. Car parking space too although we didn’t need it.

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a 2-night stay in Liverpool. The host was excellent at communicating, though at times there were a few too many messages — one clear set of instructions would have been preferable. The only feedback I’d give is that the beds are on the smaller side for doubles, and the lack of insulation in the walls and windows meant you could hear street noise and footsteps from the neighbours above. That said, the location is fantastic — just a stone’s throw from the city centre — and I’d still recommend it for a short stay.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
