The Bridewell, an iconic pub converted from a Victorian police station, is only a minute's walk away! Newly refurbished to the highest standard, you'll have full use of the apartment which includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Whether staying for business or leisure, Ropewalks Quarters II is the perfect base for you and your group!
Ropewalks Quarters VII sleeps up to 8 guests and features an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Perfect for home-cooked meals, the kitchen and dining area features all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and plenty more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. A double sofa bed is also provided in the lounge sleeping up to two guests comfortably. Free WiFi and a Smart TV is provided for streaming your favourite shows.
A private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers a bistro table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee or pre-dinner aperitifs.
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed and it also comes with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a comfy double bed.
The main bathroom is equipped with a WC, a basin, and a shower over the bath.
Please note:
- The property doesn't use gas, therefore, there is no carbon monoxide detector installed. We value safety and have prepared a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the apartment and send out a guide with safety information.
There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.
If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
