The space
This homely 2-bedroom apartment boasts a modern open plan kitchen/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows - ideal for taking in the views of the baltic triangle, a large flat-screen TV and a cosy kitchen/dining area that has all of the essentials you'll need to cook up some delicious meals!The blue bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two large clothes rails, a spacious chest of drawers and a full-length mirror. The green room offers a small double bed, a full-length mirror and a roomy chest of drawers. Both rooms are perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Liverpool!
The modern bathroom has a full bath tub and overhead shower. We will provide x1 bath towel for each guest and a hand towel in the bathroom, along with complimentary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The living area of the apt features several unique and quirky lamps, adding to the trendy feel of the apartment!
Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There are stairs going to the apartment building and lift.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 9 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This is a great apartment 10mins walk from Liverpool One. It has everything you need for a weekend away. The Baltic Market is just around the corner, a great spot for something to eat and a drink. The team were very responsive when I requested new pillows, delivering them the same day Picking the keys up from a convenience store a few blocks away isn't very convenient if you have a lit of luggage.

The apartment was very clean and bright and in the perfect location. We could walk to shops and restaurants in five minutes and the city centre itself was fifteen minutes walk.
Despite being fairly central, the area is very quiet and so we had a great sleep while there! I would recommend this apartment as a base for visiting the fabulous city of Liverpool.

Great stay here for a few days- had everything we needed and was a perfect location which was in a quiet area yet still super close to the centre! Very clean and comfy beds with a great shower. Would definitely recommend if staying in the centre.

A good clean property . Two bedrooms and a good kitchen/ living area. Perfect for what we needed.
We had to wait in a Local Shop to collect the keys the shop was busy at the time so took approximately 10 minutes. Keys needed to be dropped back to shop on leaving also, so add a little time for your departure.

We enjoyed our stay at Baltic Quarters. The apartment was clean, stylish and comfortable - ideal for a couple or small group.
Good location with it being a 5 min walk to the docks, however it was a bit far from well-known supermarkets.
Katy, Joe & team provided very clear instructions on where to collect the keys, how to go to apartment and how to use the utilities.
The apartment was definitely value for money!

The stay was amazing! In such an ideal occasion about a 3 minute walk to the ghetto golf which we loved the city centre was a short 10 minute walk away. We stayed as a group of 4 and it was the perfect size, everything was amazing apartment was spotless and modern and I would definitely return

The apartment was just like the pictures advertised. The property was within walking distance of Albert Docks, whilst also being very close to the Baltic Market. The location couldn't have been better, and the accommodation was spotless. Would recommend.

Small double beds with 1 flat pillow each. It was strange to receive emails asking us to say we’re staying with a friend if anyone asks and we felt uneasy about being in the building given that we paid a substantial about of money to stay there.

A brilliant apartment, really good hosts with clear communication and a good check in set up, collecting the keys when ready and having the place to yourself. Location was great. 5minutes on the 82 bus into the city centre. Few minutes the other way to the docks and brewery village. Reasonable price for 3 of us . Would definitely return if back in liverpool

The flat was a bright, modern and clean place to stay! Bedrooms were a good size and the living room was a great communal area. The flat was also only a 20 minute walk from the docks but we opted to use Uber which only cost £5 for the short distance. We really appreciated the list of recommendations that was sent over to us before we arrived with restaurants and places to visit. A few minor comments - there was no hand soap supplied in the flat which would have been appreciated. Similarly, more than a mini bottle of shower gel and shampoo to share between 3 people for 2 nights would have been a bonus. There was also only 1 hand towel for us to share between the 3 of us and we would have preferred 1 each. Lastly, one of the towels was quite heavily stained with yellow. These things are all just preferences l and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, it is a typical short-term rental apartment, it lacks maintenance. Also, please add a hairdryer (if there were, I did not find it).

Really nice location, stylish apartment. Check-in is at a local corner shop and they were not particularly friendly, but I appreciate this is outwith the hosts control. Good facilities within the flat. I will say lots of the dishes and the iron/ironing board were visibly dirty and we therefore avoided them.
Beds are quite small for 2 people. Would only recommend 1 person per bed unless you don't mind a bit of a tight squeeze.
Got a confusing email from the host on the day of arrival stating not to talk to the concierge and to claim we are friends of the owner. This was a bit concerning as a last minute email, but turned out not to be a problem.
All in all, otherwise friendly communication from the hosts who were very helpful and attentive. Would recommend for a short stay.

The location was great, for where we needed to be (near the ACC). Parking off road but plenty of spaces. Flat was tidy, clean and well presented. Coffee machine with pods stocked too. Good communication, I left an item at the flat and was able to arrange for a Royal Mail collection easily.

We really liked the apartment as it was spacious, extremely clean and very peaceful during our stay,. It’s located in the Baltic Triangle where there are a number of good places to eat close by and you can walk into Liverpool city centre. Katy, Joe and the Team were very responsive to any questions we had and also contacted us to make sure we had no issues during our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Very nice place, comfortable, cozy, clean and very modern. The host team was very friendly and helpful. The location is ok but 15 minutes from the city centre. The only issues were that was too hot inside because of the heat wave in the UK so I think it should have some fans available for the guests, and on Saturday there was many parties going on in the area so it was a little bit noisy until late evening. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was well equipped very, very clean and decorated beautifully. We were very comfortable while we were in the apartment. The location was great because it was near to the harbor where many museums and restaurants are located. It was easy for us to walk there from the train station and to walk to the ferry.
It was very easy to communicate with the team, which is always important. You have to pick up the key about a 10 minute walk from where the apartment is located. That went very smoothly.

The Baltic Triangle apartment was great. A little walk to some of the main Liverpool attractions, but the Baltic area had some cool spots to check out too. There is some construction in the area, but nothing that caused us any issues.
Only items that were a bit of a hassle-the nearest grocery store, that we found, was a 10 min walk- just plan ahead of you like to have stuff at the house. Also, the apartment was a little warm- July stay- could use a fan to move the air. That is most apartments in the UK though.
All in all a comfortable apartment in a up and coming area.

We had a lovely stay as the apartment, it was a really nice space with plenty of room and very clean. Several things to be aware of is the key collection isn't where the apartment is so if you don't have your own transport this isn't great (or if you are arriving late it's from somewhere different). We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and it's in the student quarter so it's pretty noisy, even with the windows closed and ear plugs.

The location and apartment were amazing and all instructions were clear.
Checking in and out (key pick up and drop off) is a 10 minute walk from the apartment which makes it a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
Overall, a great place to stay.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb in the city. I find it very eaysy to check in, and communicate with the host. They are very caring and make sure you are happy with the check-in. The place is very peaceful and lovely to stay. It is also easy to travel to the centre of the Liverpool. I will definitely come back again!

Really modern decor and looks just like the pictures! Smart tv or fire stick was good to watch Netflix and stuff.
Location was good, close to the docks and about a 20 min walk from Liverpool One in the centre. Communication with the team was good during my stay when I had an issue with a cracked glass in the cupboard.
