The apartment was in a great location. Right near Liverpool One and Albert Docks. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The Booking.com facilities list states that there is free parking. This is misleading. When you read the further information, it states that the garage will only fit a compact car and gives the dimensions. We don't have a massive car, but couldn't use the garage due to size. We booked this apartment based on the free onsite parking and rejected other cheaper apartments without free onsite parking. In the end, we had to pay an extra £85 on car park charges. When I reached out to the Host and Stay Customer Service, they were not helpful. The Booking.com facilities description should be updated to state "Free parking (size restrictions apply)". That way the customer knows upfront and can see the further information for specific details.

The online guidebook for the apartment states that if multiple showers are taken in a short space time, then we would need to wait for the tank to heat up the water. However, i ran a shallow bath for my daughter and then had a shower after. The water was lukewarm. We managed, but it is something to note. The bath/shower controls in the main bathroom are displayed incorrectly. The hot water sign is on the left, but in fact you have to turn the handle to the right to get hot water.

The apartment is comfortable, however, if anyone has to use the sofa bed in the living room, they should be mindful that the traffic from the road can be heard during the night.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
