The apartment was in a great location. Right near Liverpool One and Albert Docks. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The Booking.com facilities list states that there is free parking. This is misleading. When you read the further information, it states that the garage will only fit a compact car and gives the dimensions. We don't have a massive car, but couldn't use the garage due to size. We booked this apartment based on the free onsite parking and rejected other cheaper apartments without free onsite parking. In the end, we had to pay an extra £85 on car park charges. When I reached out to the Host and Stay Customer Service, they were not helpful. The Booking.com facilities description should be updated to state "Free parking (size restrictions apply)". That way the customer knows upfront and can see the further information for specific details.

The online guidebook for the apartment states that if multiple showers are taken in a short space time, then we would need to wait for the tank to heat up the water. However, i ran a shallow bath for my daughter and then had a shower after. The water was lukewarm. We managed, but it is something to note. The bath/shower controls in the main bathroom are displayed incorrectly. The hot water sign is on the left, but in fact you have to turn the handle to the right to get hot water.

The apartment is comfortable, however, if anyone has to use the sofa bed in the living room, they should be mindful that the traffic from the road can be heard during the night.

It's is right on the doorstep of Liverpool one and a short walk from the docks.
The apartment was very spacious for a family of four and was in immaculate condition.
The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with a welcome pack which was emailed to us prior to our stay which contained all the information we needed. We were in touch at various times during our stay and they were were prompt with their responses.

Lovely flat suited for up to 6 persons with two bathrooms and kitcheneries so one can make breakfast inside. Nice little teracce to enjoy morningcoffe while city is awakening. Central downtown but in the same time away from most of the citynoise nighttime.

Property is exceptionally clean and fantastic location, spacious and quiet.

They require £250 deposit in advance for accidental damage, which is not returned until two weeks after your stay. Also I received conflicting messages via text and booking.com regarding checking in. I was ask to state time off arrival, when I said I would be arriving in Liverpool around mid day I got a message back from booking.com to say I could check in at no extra cost. This was also confirmed by text, however then the text when on with a generic arrival message that check in is at 3pm.
When we arrived at the property there was no key and when I rang they said there is no facility for an early checking.

Great location for access to all city attractions and shops on foot.
Loved the little covered balcony area for a wet Sunday night on arrival!
Kitchen well equipped and provided with just about everything you would need.
Bedrooms and bathrooms all well presented, clean and comfortable.
And the integral garage was great! Saved us loads in parking fees! Don't be misled by dimensions and description for smaller car... I got my Jaguar XF Sportbrake in no problem!

Not a lot..... just the spring-loaded fire doors crashing shut behind you every time you walk thru!
Acknowledge necessary, but would be good if were soft closing action.
Beware over zealous traffic wardens will not tolerate stopping outside to drop off bags / pick up keys etc! Advise to get garage open as soon as you get keys and stick car in there as soon as!
Other than that.....all perfect. Well done.

I would really rather not leave a negative review but it's important other guests are aware of a few points before it's too late.
- the apartment itself is lovely & extremely central, 30 second walk from John Lewis
-it was not the cleanest, I would take slippers because our socks were filthy
- I will not be booking with Host & Stay again, they made the process so unnecessarily stressful & were not at all kind. They demand a £250 deposit to realise check in details, air b&b advises against this. Despite having agreed with the host that I would not be giving them any money outside of the app, they left me waiting 45 minutes stood outside the apparent waiting for a manger to call me, who never did.
-if they had simply been upfront about asking for external waivers & deposits I would have cancelled & booked somewhere else but they left it late enough so that would not be possible.
-communication is pretty rubbish, they just send automated messages

Location was superb. The communication with host was wonderful. There were enough comfy seats for the four of us. Balcony was nice (only two chairs) and kitchen quite well appointed. It's a nice apartment.

The large bedroom has an ensuite that smelled really horrible throughout our stay. The doors bang very loudly and are on springs. The second bedroom is very small with bed and space too small for the other couple. They had no shelves nor drawers for clothes and wished the bedside tables were replaced with small drawer units.

Great apartment, 10 minute walk to albert dock and close to Liverpool one. Apartment was spacious and clean, great balcony to relax at the end of the day. Everything seemed new cushions/bedding etc all in good condition. Great to have an en suite, lovely toiletries provided. Kitchen had everything you need. Having a garage was the icing on the cake 👌

Maybe a dishwasher would be more useful than a washing machine and it would be nice to have a small amount of washing up liquid provided but no biggy 😄

The apartment was absolutely amazing. It was so modern, spacious and clean. The facilities were fantastic and the size was great for a group of people. The beds and sofa bed were really comfortable and everyone we stayed with couldn’t fault the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect and directly in the city centre. The open kitchen living room was so useful and the added extra of a balcony was lovely to sit out of an evening. The property was easy to access via a lock box and the car park space was huge. We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough!!

The only negative was we had to chase the hosts for answers to questions and for check in information, including waiver deposit money for the second apartment. We rang and spoke to people, who never responded and then we were passed from person to person. What was being said on email was different to on the phone so it wasn’t the smoothest stay possible, especially when people never got back to us regarding information after ringing numerous times.

Location was close to everything. It was clean and airy with good bathrooms. Garage for a car

No dishwasher, noise from substation and streetlamp made balcony unpleasant.
Very few dishes for serving or making food. Sofa was uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person. No doorbell made deliveries difficult. You couldn't let people in from upstairs meaning you had to walk down two flights of stairs to let people in. Very poor internet and TV reception via its aerial got few channels.

Fab apartment in a great location. There were 6 of us staying as part of a University reunion after leaving Liverpool 25 years ago. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Great living space and large table to sit and chat. Balcony also nice to sit and soak up the city vibes! Really central with everything on your doorstep and really close to the Docks, bars, shops etc. Quite noisy at night but as you would expect staying in such a central location. Would definitely stay again. One minor piece of feedback: there wasn’t any washing up liquid or tea towels which is a bit strange when there is a request to leave the flat clean and tidy so we had to purchase our own which was a bit annoying.

The property was clean and spacious and exactly as pictured. It has everything you need and is right in the centre of town. I had read on a review that the garages were tiny and would only fit a smart car but this could not be further from the truth…we had a van and had no issues getting it in.

Modern and clean spacious

Booked 3 apartments for 16 people but booking only gave me code for one lock box with one set of keys. Spent an hour trying to ring booking.com host and stay to find out other keys and was raining and locked outside. Wouldn’t give me the codes even though I’d spent over £2,000 on this booking. When I finally got through to an operator they said this was because I only paid for x1 damage waiver fee despite a previous member of staff telling me I only needed to pay 1 for the whole booking not x1 per apartment. They didn’t email or contact me to tell me this but instead just didn’t provide any keys leaving us stood out in the rain for over an hour 8pm at night trying to gain access. I then had to pay a further £50 before they would verbally tell me the codes which I had no choice but to do. In addition you had to use fobs to access the buildings and they gave us 4 apartments across 2 seperate buildings with different fobs so because there was so many of us trying to take luggage and food etc up to apartments we had to hold the main door open to prevent it from shutting behind us as we kept getting locked out! I then got 5 missed calls voicemails and messages on booking.com saying the owner was watching us and that other tenants had been complaining about us for doing this. Also the Fridge didn’t work for 2 days, none of the doors would stay open and banged shut really loud, dark room with tiny window in one of the bedrooms. One of the apartments smelt very foisty and damp. None of the sofa beds were made up.
Lock boxes where keys kept very temperamental and couldn’t always open them. Plugs not near the bed so couldn’t charge phones. Lighting very dark could hardly see myself in mirror.

The location was excellent, very close to Albert Docks and John Lewis / shopping centre. The layout of the apartment was great, worked well for three sisters staying there. We loved sitting out on the balcony at teatime before going out to eat locally. The property company was great and provided us with lots of very helpful information - the app was good and easy to share between us.

The apartment was excellent overall. We felt it would be improved if the window in the ensuite bathroom could open and a towel rail would be useful here too.

Good design, space & comfort with high quality fittings. Superb location combined with a quiet off street view from the bedrooms. Beds & bathrooms clean & new. The balcony was a real bonus when the sun came out.

The garage is really small so only suitable for a smartcar or similar but nearby car parks are secure. The only quibble was that the WiFi was a little unreliable, maybe needs a more powerful router?

Almost everything. Comfy beds. Good supply of hot water. Nice kitchen. Location very convenient for central Liverpool shopping and entertainment. Good guidebook and clear information. Generally a very nice set of rooms.

Bit noisy in the main room until very late on Friday night. Could do with better sound insulation.

Lockbox clear button was a bit stiff and caused everyone who used it a problem. I expect easily solved.

It states in the welcome pack to maybe take your rubbish home with you but we were on the train. Couldn't find the bins to dispose of it. Yes we did look. But couldn't find it

I liked the comfort and security of the apartment, the closeness to the M & S Arena and the city center. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It also had a really nice balcony, if the weather was nicer it would have been lovely to sit out. Very quiet apartment, bedrooms are at the back into a courtyard therefore it was very quiet.

We missed having a dishwasher, we cook in the property. It is not a major issue, everything else was perfect.

Clean and warm. Balcony with two comfy seats. Well equipped kitchen but bring own milk. Coffee and tea supplies, sugar. Plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Bring own toiletries especially if staying longer than one night and extra toilet rolls and tissues for longer stays

Early check out time! 10 am too early especially on a weekend break. Having to access information on the mobile. Would have been nice to get a welcome pack on arrival. The information link didn't work on phone so had to phone the company several times to ask how to get into the garage. There is no lift so for older people it's quite a haul carrying suitcase and provisions up two flights of stairs for flat 4.

Heating in this property was poor. It felt cold all the time. It was a shame there were no coffee pods for the Nespresso. Annoying to have to sign in to every app on the TV.

As a visitors from UAE we can say this experience was not good for us, it was hard to find to find the key and at the end after 1 hour and maybe more someone from your staff came to help us. in addition to that, how come that you dont have elevator?!!!!

we had 7 big and heavy bags, you cant imagen how was that hard for us to take the bags to the third floor.
I will never book again here and i will write my experience in booking.com also.

Location was perfect and everything new and clean in the flat.

We did not get correct info how to dispose the garbage that was piling up. Would also be good to separate the gabage in classes. This was however minor issue.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the property is centrally located for Liverpool City Centre

The water did not stay hot, so it was impossible to have a hot shower. The towel rail was constantly on with no off switch in the bathroom. Only one of the windows in the small bedroom opened, all others in the apartment had been painted shut. The apartment had a terrible Wi-Fi signal scrambling the TV channels

the apartment was in a fantastic location for all of Liverpool's attractions. Instructions for check in were really easy to follow. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and quiet despite being so close to the city centre!

Location and convenience. Secure car park. Showing overseas family the sights of the city nothing could have been more convenient and knowing the car was secure because we didn’t need to use it everywhere on foot. Plus for a central location it was peaceful, just tucked away enough

Loved the property, it was fresh, clean and comfortable. Centrally located which was great and there was a garage for parking the car.

There was not enough towels. Fine for those sleeping in the bedrooms but none for those sleeping on the sofa bed. The bedding for the sofa bed could have been doing with a refresh. Nothing major as thankfully I had packed towels etc. Other than that I would have scored the property a 10.

We stayed at these apartments for a two night stay .The apartment had excellent decor throughout to a very high standard. Easy access to city centre (2min walk)
Waterfront (5min walk).Theatre's, Cinemas, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We stayed here as we were doing Christmas shopping and visiting a local Theatre. We will definitely be returning in the near future to this apartment as we had a really enjoyable stay. Also there was good communication throughout the whole process.

the apartment is beautiful so clean and beds very comfy and the location is brilliant good for shopping,eating out and entertainment all on the doorstep would highly recommend to family and friends excellent stay

i had bother getting a link to get the keys it kept coming up error i had no wifi so i had to get my daughter to travel 10 miles to sort it out on my computer at home after 2 hours we got them but i think it would be better with a key safe outside the property, as we were all over 60 and it was quite a walk with cases apart from that a brilliant stay in luxury aparment
