I would really rather not leave a negative review but it's important other guests are aware of a few points before it's too late. - the apartment itself is lovely & extremely central, 30 second walk from John Lewis -it was not the cleanest, I would take slippers because our socks were filthy - I will not be booking with Host & Stay again, they made the process so unnecessarily stressful & were not at all kind. They demand a £250 deposit to realise check in details, air b&b advises against this. Despite having agreed with the host that I would not be giving them any money outside of the app, they left me waiting 45 minutes stood outside the apparent waiting for a manger to call me, who never did. -if they had simply been upfront about asking for external waivers & deposits I would have cancelled & booked somewhere else but they left it late enough so that would not be possible. -communication is pretty rubbish, they just send automated messages

Fab apartment in a great location. There were 6 of us staying as part of a University reunion after leaving Liverpool 25 years ago. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Great living space and large table to sit and chat. Balcony also nice to sit and soak up the city vibes! Really central with everything on your doorstep and really close to the Docks, bars, shops etc. Quite noisy at night but as you would expect staying in such a central location. Would definitely stay again. One minor piece of feedback: there wasn’t any washing up liquid or tea towels which is a bit strange when there is a request to leave the flat clean and tidy so we had to purchase our own which was a bit annoying.

Such a good central location. Really lovely air bnb, perfect for a group, comfy beds and host communication was great. Super cute balcony/ terrace bit too.

Apartment was lovely and exceptionally clean. Location excellent. Communication was good. We could not get the tv to work and was disappointed that we missed the grand national. I reported this and they gave instructions but still did not work. Thought that this should be checked before arriving considering we paid treble the normal price for race week.

Amazing location, so close to everything and yet not loud at night. Couldn’t recommend more. Looking forward to returning!

Clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the docks, with easy access to museums and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

the apartment was in a fantastic location for all of Liverpool's attractions. Instructions for check in were really easy to follow. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and quiet despite being so close to the city centre!

Overall a good place. The main AC unit in the living room was not working when we arrived so the living room was un-usable the first day but got fixed the next day

Very nice impeccable apartment,tidy and very comfortable , the location is excellent near restaurants , shops and tourist spots not to be missed in this incredible city, thanks to the hosts for the concern that guests feel at home !!!! I recommend it 100%. 🤗 🤗🤗🤗
