The space
Ropewalks Quarters III features a modern style with a grey and white interior, wooden laminated flooring and carpeted bedrooms. Boasting a stylish finish, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inviting space.The open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining and kitchen. The space is fully kitted with a dining table, a Smart TV and kitchen equipment such as a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, fridge and more. You'll also find a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen so you're in for a perfect morning coffee.
We also provide a washer/dryer inside the apartment so whether you're here for leisure or for a longer corporate trip, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Enjoy access to the balcony which is fitted with a bistro table and chairs. The perfect spot to unwind any time of the day, you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning or a little tipple in the evening.
Boasting two bedrooms with a double bed in each as well as an additional sofa bed with a full deep sprung mattress in the lounge, we have plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.
One of the bedrooms is an ensuite providing private access to a shower, WC and basin.
The main bathroom is accessible for everyone and is fitted with a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and a basin.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.
If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.

This was one of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. The place was spotless and appeared to have undergone recent renovations. The space was very comfortable and exactly as described and appeared larger than the photos showed, great spot for two nights for my mom and I who were visiting from the states. Beds were comfortable, living room was great for hanging out and the balcony was nice added bonus. The location was very convenient to restaurants and a great little pub was right around the corner only one minute away. The private parking space was amazing and felt very safe having a private garage. I would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient spot in Liverpool!!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
