A fantastic apartment offering stunning views across the Three Graces and River Mersey. This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Liverpool, with the Albert Dock & Liverpool One right on your doorstep.
Boasting a bright open plan living/kitchen area, a comfortable king bedroom and a brand new bathroom.
The space
Occupying a high floor, this apartment offers amazing views as well as a handy roof top bar! Open between April and September (weather permitting). The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor. Kindly visit their website for more information.This lovely one bedroom apartment boasts a kingsize bed, modern bathroom, an open plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.
The lounge has a double sofa bed with full sprung mattress, sleeping two guests, a large TV and a electric keyboard!
With a cosy dining table seating four guests, this is ideal for families looking for a homely apartment from which to explore the city.
The kitchen area has a washer/dryer and dishwasher for convenience.
Please note that this building is located on a very high floor, and whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held liable if this is out of service.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the whole apartment with no one else present - offering complete privacy. A beautiful, cosy home away from home!Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant city atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Flat was nice. light and airy living space and decent size for the bedroom and bathroom. location very handy for getting around town on foot.
The flat was fairly clean. some minor stains/wear and tear. Fuse had gone on hot water, but sorted that ourselves. The hallways and lifts are the biggest issues. Bit like other reviews. only one lift worked for us and would only work from the ground floor up. Won't go down if called from 7th floor. Youre stuffed if you have big bags and the lifts are out of action. The hallways are a bit like student halls that have never been maintained so walking up and down to the flat isn't particularly pleasant, with a strong smell of cat litter that seeps in to the property.
We stayed over a summer weekend and unfortunately there were weddings both nights which meant we couldn't use the roof top bar which was a shame as missed out on the views.
Probably would wait for the maintenance issues to be fixed before staying here again

Quatre jours sans eau chaude, c’est long. L’électricien est bien passé deux fois, mais sans réellement trouver de solutions. Très contente d’être partie et d’avoir retrouvé un bain chaud!
Un accord sur le prix a été trouvé avec airbnb et le propriétaire. Donc fair play.
Les deux autres points négatifs sont la télé et des prises électriques à des emplacements peu pratiques.
Mais des points positifs: la vue (si les vitres sont nettoyées…), la proximité du centre, une très bonne literie et le calme.
A voir quelles sont vos priorités dans une location. En cas de problème, appel sur une plate-forme avec un code, très impersonnel. Mieux vaut privilégier les mails en cas de questions.

PROS:
1. Great location!

3. this unit has been lovingly renovated & decorated.
4. prior to our check in we had ample communication from the owners about check in, weather & even a guide to the area.
5. Great hairdryer provided.
CONS:
1. our early check in was cancelled w/out notice & our check in time was pushed back to 30 mins after regular check in time - it took owners 40 mins to respond to our message seeking info about this.
2. Elevators: 1 of the 2 were inoperable the entire time we were there. 1 worked going up from the lobby but it NEVER worked going down from the 7th floor which left us walking down 7 flights to exit -however if we walked up to the 8th floor the elevator would come.
3. Hot water heater: there is something wrong w/ the hot water heater circuit breaker as it would not stay on. We had to be hyper vigilant about checking it regularly to keep it switched on.
4. Bedroom: the bedroom is an interior room with no exterior windows & it was stuffy.

I was really enthusiastic from such a great communication with Katy and Joe and theirs team. Everything corresponded to the description on the Airbnb webside. The apartment was clean and really beautiful and located at a good place nearby the centre. Instructions for everything and a lot of useful tips for staying in Liverpool. I really enjoyed this accomodation. I can recommend for 100%. Veronika

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. My wife and I enjoyed a three night break in ‘The Three Graces’ apartment. Its location was excellent, so close to all the activities we had planned for our break. Super views of the Liver and Cunard buildings and a short stroll to brilliant restaurants, bars the Cavern Club and the docks. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and quiet. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool.

Central location and a lovely view of the Liver building. The apartment is modern and clean.
Slight downside was that when we went to check in at 3pm the keys hadn’t been outside a newsagents for them to be delivered. However, the team were very responsive and offered us a late checkout as an apology. Additionally, one of the lifts was broken which made it impossible to get the other one and the apartment is 7 floors up: this was fine as we are fit and healthy but someone else may find this an issue.
Overall a lovely apartment, would recommend and would happily visit again!

The best part about this place is its location. Walkable from iconic Beatles Statue, Waterfront, Albert Dock and many restaurants. Stagecoach bus service is good in Liverpool.
The apartment was great and spotless. I would have wished kitchen to be more filled with basic items like oil, etc. but this is a recency effect of Airbnb experience and not a complaint.
Check-in is slightly tedious and time consuming but instructions are crystal clear. Good view from apartment window.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

Great location! Very clean and stylish apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately the lift didn’t work most of the time so be mindful of this if you have mobility issues as the apartment is on the 7th floor.

If i could give them more than 5 stars i would, as not only are they very helpful, but also the apartment was emaculate. I am very picky about dust and this apartment was dust free.
The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the waterfront area and the shopping area (Liverpool ONE etc.) My family and I enjoyed our stay here and regretted not staying here longer.

Superb place to stay, location is perfect to walk to all the main places in the city.
We highly recommend this top floor apartment.
Be savvy with your parking, it’s free street parking after 6pm until 8am and right by the building.
Then there’s a small underground car park for up to 24hrs on the next street.
Would 100% come back here next time.

Great location, great views from the apartment especially at night. The place was spotless. However hot water ran out in the shower after a while which can be a problem if there’s multiple people showering after eachother. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect and view out the window amazing! It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. The only thing we never quite figured out was the combination washer/dryer, but that may have been more user error on our part (we couldn’t quite get things to dry). I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool.

The walls are paper-thin. We could literally hear someone next door stirring the tea. If someone will sleep on the sofabed in the livingroom, it's no fun. Especially if your neighbour is used to doing so at any hour during the night (1am, 3am).
We had an issue with the boiler (no hot water the second night) and got no help, even though I even phoned them. The hot water was back next morning though.

PROS: Clear instructions for check-in. The place was clean & clutter-free, oat milk and 4 coffee pods were provided which was really nice. Lots of pots/ pans and cooking oil. There's a sofa bed in the living room which means you can fit 3-4 people in the flat or mix up where you sleep.
CONS: The flat is advertised as having 5* views and a roof terrace - however the roof terrace bar is not operational at all during winter (it is only open during April - September) which seems like really false advertising during other times of the year. The doors to the roof terrace themselves were locked as well so you can't enjoy the view. There is not really any view from the flat as it's obstructed by another feature of the building itself. The TV is not a smart TV (no apps & cannot connect to wifi) and is extremely high up on the wall - absolutely impossible to watch TV sitting on the couch without breaking your neck! We couldn’t even plug our chromecast in due to how high the TV was positioned.

Great location & view. The place where you pick up your keys is a random convenience store so it feels like the wrong place, but it’s right. The key place is also about a 7 min walk from the actual Airbnb so take that into account when you have luggage. Appreciate that there are 2 levels of secured entrances before getting to the room.

A fabulous location with brilliant views. Easy to walk anywhere in Liverpool city centre from this base. The apartment itself is roomy and clean with a comfortable bed and good black out blinds (essential for a good sleep!). The building itself however looks a bit run down, which we noticed one day that we didn’t take the lift.
Unfortunately the advertised roof terrace is owned by a neighbouring bar/restaurant and isn’t open all year round. This wasn’t clear from the listing and we didn’t find out until we made enquiries (and even then, Katie Joe and Team didn’t seem to know this).
However, communication was excellent - prompt, friendly and helpful and efforts made to make up for the lack of access to the roof terrace. This was very much appreciated.

You cannot beat the location! We were very close to everything which was super convenient. The space was very comfortable and quiet for the four of us and the hosts were very responsive. We actually locked ourselves out one day but the hosts had it sorted in about 30 minutes! Highly recommend.

The flat was as described in a historical building. It was great value, comfortable and despite the hot weather, the flat was reasonably cool. With the windows open, there was street noise (to be expected) but none from the rooftop bar, which was good.

Great location close to all of the shops, restaurants and sites liverpool has to offer. would recommend for sure.

Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and have no complaints. We used the apartment as a place to base ourselves and due to the great location we could walk to almost anywhere.
The apartment was great, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay in Liverpool.
The rooftop bar was a bonus as we didn't realise it was there with great views across the Albert Dock.

Great little apartment near the waterfront. Everything you would want to do in the city is easily accessible by foot. Anfield is just a shirt bus ride away. Communication with the hosts was amazing. They are very quick to answer any question you might have.

We are a couple in our 40s visiting just for 2 days. The apartment is super easy to find and in a great location for everything. The apartment was spotless and has everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen. All you need to buy is milk so you can make a cuppa when you arrive.

A brilliant apartment, super clean and modern in a great location. Lots of messages with questions and instructions so really confident we had everything we needed. It was a bit of a pain needing to get the key a 5min walk away but it was a really easy process. A very easy walk to the station/city/docks - it felt very safe too.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a really good quality place for a city break - definitely a cut above!

Unfortunately I had a few issues while staying at this apartment:
• The instructions I was given to access the building were wrong which resulted in me, a single female, being stuck outside for 45 minutes at 10pm. The front door to the building was broken for the duration of my stay and was propped open with a planter.
• The people in the neighbouring flat were extremely noisy on both nights I was there, making considerable noise until 2am on both nights
• It was hot during my stay and the bedroom does not have a window you can open so I struggled to sleep in the heat
• General cleanliness was good however there was a toenail/fingernail in my bed when I got into it
• No soap provided in the bathroom for handwashing
On the more positive side, the apartment is well decorated and in a good location, however I personally wouldn’t stay here again due to issues listed above.

I will highly recommend this apartment for a few delicate reasons. So here we go:
Immaculate location
Located very close to Royal Albert Dock, great coffee shops (Lucaya, Moose, Rough Made, Costa) best restaurants in town (San Carlo, Rudy and many more) only block away from main bus station, and short walk away from Liverpool One and the rest of the City Centre. Peaceful and roomy, very quiet 7th floor apartment overlooking “three graces”.
Communication
You will be greated, welcomed, introduced with city, guided, informed so good that you’ll have anxiety-free stay throughout your entire visit. They provided me with written guide (I printed and brought with me) of liverpool, check-in, check-out…,
Value for the money
No need to stay in expensive hotels when you’ll have very comfortable bed(s) and very roomy living room, amazingly stacked clean/modern kitchen.
I will be back soon. Great job!

The location is perfect and check in was a breeze. We had a small issue with the hot water knob on the shower not working but Katy and Joe had someone in quickly to fix it. Very clean space and would definitely stay here again!

An okay stay. The apartment is situated in an ideal location in Liverpool and was clean on our arrival. The listing had signs of frequent use - scuffed walls, broken light and glued shower head which have all been commented on in previous reviews. Overall it takes the shine off the apartment.
Fine for a quiet and clean stay. If your looking for something special/trendy/above basic this isn’t the place.

Well this is not 5* flat. Could be nice, perfectly central, some nice fournitures but a little bit worn out, stains on the couch and armchair don’t help, very poor lighting in the main room.
The bed was comfortable and clean though.

What a view, we stayed for the weekend in our home city but seeing the Liver building from this vantage point was amazing.
If you have never been to Liverpool before we would recommend a stay here, you will fall in love with the city and the apartments are just in the right place for everything. Well equipped, comfortable, clean and spacious. Would recommend.

The location was perfect and the apartment great for what we needed. I’d say that it could do with a bit of touching up as some parts are beginning to look a little grubby and the bulb needs replacing in the bathroom mirror (we did see the note regarding the bath panel) also the shower part was slightly loose so we couldn’t adjust easily.
The first time we went to the roof garden the door was locked but we did get a quick look on checkout.
The “roof top bar” wording is very misleading as it consisted of a small closed up area that certainly wasn’t a working bar. I appreciate our visit was in January but it didn’t look like it had been open for a long time, so maybe some amended description would be a good idea. Also a pint of milk or some uht milk alongside the tea and coffee would have been nice.
On the whole though, it was comfortable and clean and a great place near the Liverpool Docks for a city break.

The apartment very spacious with everything needed for our 3 night stay over in Liverpool. Location was excellent for all of the city’s attractions, bars and restaurants. The view from the living room was great.
The check in process could have been a bit easier as you need to collect keys from a newsagents prior to entry and also return them on leaving. But the hosts gave us a late check out free of charge which was a nice touch and their communication was first class.

Absolutely fantastic apartments we absolutely loved our stay after a busy Christmas. Lots of shopping a 5 minute walk away which is always a bonus. Views were stunning and lots going on around you! We will be back!!

Comfortable space for a short stay in Liverpool. Located within walking distance to Castle street, Liverpool Museum, Royal Albert Dock, Beatles Story and other attractions in Liverpool. The hosts provided us with a very useful guide on things to do, restaurants/bars to try out, etc. This was super helpful.

The apartment is superbly located with a great view of the iconic Liver Buildings, and is a short walk to lots of bars & restaurants, shops and entertainment. It was clean and well equipped, spacious and very quiet considering its city centre location.
The team were very responsive to messages and very helpful answering any questions.

Great location.
The lifts were a bit temperamental and although they were fixed after the fault was reported it may be an issue for anyone with limited mobility and / or when taking luggage up or down.

Location cannot be beat… HOWEVER
Pictures make this place look new and clean but upon further inspection , dirty and needs maintenance.
Check in process is silly, key should be in a lockbox way closer to apartment.
Check in time was 3 pm, keys weren’t available until after 3, so really not ready upon arrival / check in. We contacted them and they said cleaner was still there and had the keys, which whatever, but honestly don’t know how much the cleaner cleaned. Upon arrival there was garbage from previous stay and extra linens were stained and had a plaster stuck to them..
In this Covid world and cleaning fee you’d expect a diligent clean.
Upon further inspection, the bathroom needs work. Shower pressure non existent and shower head broken. Light in mirror doesn’t work, Heavy tile panels falling off bathroom could cause an injury..
also for 2 nights 3 days we were given 1.5 rolls of toilet paper.. no backups!
We’re happy to have a place to rest our heads after exploring the amazing city!

The apartment was great. It’s was comfortable and cozy in a great walkable location with a view of the Liver Buildings. It has everything you would need for a birthday stay or even a longer one.
I communicated mainly with Charlie who was helpful and prompt with his responses. Could not have asked for better customer service.
Overall I loved it here and would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic location - right in the centre yet quiet at night. The apartment was very clean (and as described) and the bed was comfortable. We parked nearby in an NCP car park less than 2 mins walk away although £18/24 hours until sat when £12/24 hours but that is consistent with city parking. There was some tea and coffee provided (no milk so do take some with you). We didn’t use the sofa bed although there are no curtains in the lounge - lovely as not overlooked and beautifully bright but if sleeping in there, something to be aware of. The roof top bar has stunning views and is an added bonus!
All in all thoroughly recommend and we would stay here again.

An amazing flat with an amazing view adds up to an amazing time in Liverpool...How amazing is that? I stayed in the flat for two weeks and can highly recommend it for a short break as well. The location is just perfect. There is a lovely roof top bar on the 8th floor which is an added bonus...plus you don’t hear a thing...the flat is very quiet. I loved every minute of my stay in the cute, stylish apartment and didn’t want to leave it.

If you’re looking for a cosy apartment in an amazing location then this place is perfect for you. Views out the window of the world famous liver buildings and literally a stones throw away from the river.
Great amenities in the apartment and although some parts were dated it served as a perfect base for us during our stay.
Lastly if you’re here during the summer I would recommend popping upstairs to the rooftop bar and enjoying a vino and amazing views.
Perfect and would definitely stay again!

This is a great flat in a really great location. It’s high up with views of the river and the Liver Building and you can walk everywhere.
Just one thing - it’s a bit cold. There is no central heating so it is relying on electric heaters. Having said that, it’s worth it for the location and the hosts were excellent - really great communication. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Liverpool. Katy, Joe and Team's place is very central, some great places to eat right on the doorstep. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The large windows give a great view but are draughty! An extra heater was needed at night. Check in was very straight forward even with the pick up of keys at different location. Its easy to locate both places. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time at the place, it's really very central you can walk to everything. Despite being in the middle of a great area it's also very quiet and the views are amazing. The space is also much larger than expected with a full-size living room and kitchen kit. Highly recommend and we will hope to stay here again next time we are in Liverpool!

El sofà llit es força incòmode i està una mica brut, i al no haver cortines, entra molta llum per a les persones que dormen allà . En general, a la cuina hem trobat a faltar utensilis. Els gots, coberts, plats son insuficients per a 4 persones.

Amazing place with gorgeous views in a great location. In walking distance to everything you could want and great amenities. The check in process is strange, is a bit of a run about, and the floors are quiet slippery even without socks on so that is also something to keep in mind, we slipped over and almost fell several times. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Apartment is perfect, big, clean and excellent location, but i strongly suggest review your process to get informed about messages through airbnb, none of them were answered. Also, i suggest to request better facilities to building management, as i can see in precious comments, this is not the first time that lift is not working, and for sure, go up 7 floors with luggage is nor easy or comfortable. Thanks to Jack for follow up lift issue and offer refund of reservation due this problem, we decided stay despite this issue because good location and short notice of lift problem

Great stay in Liverpool! Perfect location, easy check in and nice bedroom. The living room, however, had no curtains and an uncomfortable sofa (we were two couples). Nevertheless, they are quick to respond and very welcoming. We have stayed with them before, and will probably again!

Le logement est bien situé et propre. On a regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre directe dans la chambre. De plus, dans la douche, le robinet d'eau froide ne fonctionnait pas (on nous a dit que ce serait réparé pour les prochains hôtes) et dans l'immeuble, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas (l'appartement est au 7e étage!)

The location was great, but unfortunately the start of our stay wasn’t as hoped. The key was not in the key box as described, so we had to wait for nearly as hour while the key was sent to the location in a taxi. Not exactly the arrival we hoped for after driving all day to reach Liverpool!

Lovely wee, clean apartment to yourself which is great for privacy and Tesco couple of minutes away if you want to get some food in and save on eating out all the time.
Views from the apartment were fantastic as on the 7th floor. Only issue with this was that the lift regularly was stuck on the ground floor which could be problematic if one / all of your party have problems with stairs - we walked down each time this happened.
Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

The apartment is situated in the center of the city, by the Liver and the Cunard buildings. It’s easy to get here on foot from Lime street station or on Merseyrail underground train till the James Street station, which is nearby the West Africa House. All the attractions are very close to the place.
The apartment is very bright and has everything you need for the living. There is even the piano in it. Our stay at the apartment was very positive and nice. The hosts were very helpful, attentive and kind. We are thankful to the hosts - Kate, Joe and Team, for our nice time at the apartment.

This is a stunning flat, with fantastic views (and access to a shared roof terrace with even better views!) The location is excellent- five mins from the city centre shops and bars, and five minutes from the Albert Dock. Facilities are good, the flat was spotless. I hope to stay again!

We booked the apartment for a ladies weekend away and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very well located for parking in the 24 hour secure parking and amenities. Great facilities and the little rooftop bar was a lovely treat for us when the sun was shining after our shopping trips. A great place to stay at the centre of Liverpool. The house is exactly as described, it is clean, tidy and spacious. The host provides self-check in service which makes check in time more flexible. We had some minor problems while check in and the host team replied prompt and everything else went well. We will definitely stay here again even if it cost a higher price.

We had a great stay at this apartment, which is in a really fantastic location - everything is on your doorstep. The flat itself was clean and comfortable, and communication with the team that own it was great (clear check in information, very quick responses, lovely guide to Liverpool provided in advance). We had a bit of a problem with the hot water while we were there, and the team responded almost instantly to messages about this - unfortunately it couldn't be resolved as the handy man wasn't available at the time we had the issue (in the evening) and we were leaving the next morning, but the communication was excellent and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in their apartment for a weekend and it was perfect! Very central location in what seemed like a nice and safe area! We were able to walk to absolutely everything in a couple of minutes. Katy, Joe & Team emailed us a short guide to help us with our stay that proved very useful. The space is petite and quirky; with enough room for four of us to stay comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope Joe & team would have us back!

The accommodation is exceptional, very clean, great location for all central Liverpool sights. Just a few minutes walk to Cavern Club, city centre, museums and art galleries. Would definitely stay again. All the communication was first class, responded quickly to queries and offered great advice.

This flat was fine, the best part was it's location which is central city so very easy to walk everywhere. We had a few issues which were not good. Firstly the check in details were incorrect. The lock box with the key was in a different place to the instructions so it took us 40 mins to find the key (with help from local bar manager). Secondly, the bath and shower were blocked (would not drain for ages) and the shower was luke warm at best. Also the living room with the pull out bed had no curtains, so the third guest did not sleep well. We definitely expected more for the money as it was not cheap for Liverpool. The flat is fine but I wouldn't stay there again.

Stay here if you go to Liverpool! I booked the apartment for a museums conference to share with a colleague. everything we needed was at our fingertips including location and all the amenities. the apartment was lovely and so quiet despite being on a main road. Will definitely book again when I visit Liverpool.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 3 weeks. The location is brilliant. The apartment is clean, modern and has all the conveniences of home. It sleeps 4, 2 on the sofa bed. Which I was assured by my guests was very comfortable, but as the kitchen is an open plan part of the lounge, having it also used as a bedroom could be an inconvenience. The main bed was comfortable, bedding was plentiful, and very clean, the bathroom is huge ! A couple of issues I had, were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction, communication was excellent. It’s wonderful looking out the window to the Pier Head and the world famous Liver Birds. Proximity to everything is brilliant. James St station is a stones throw away, buses available from Liverpool One, the world famous Albert Dock and all that the City offers is within walking distance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful property to anyone considering a stay in Liverpool, it made a fantastic base for me.

Great communication from start to finish with some really useful tips on where to eat/ drink/ shop.
The apartment is in an excellent location, a stones throw from the Albert Dock and with a direct view of the liver building. Excellent price too!
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Liverpool.

A lovely flat which felt very private and secure. The location was amazing. Perfect for seeing everything the city has to offer. The guide sent out by the hosts is a lovely touch and we followed a lot of their recommendations and weren't disappointed!

The location and space were quite wonderful. Clean and modern. In general the hosts were very responsive prior to arrival. The one downside is locating and returning the key which you have to obtain from a lockbox a few blocks away. The info on where to find the lockbox needs to be updated as we were given directions that were approximately 1/4 block away and on a different side of the street than where it actually was.

Perfect location. Excellent facilities. Very clean. Easy check-in. I definitely recommend this location to anyone travelling to Liverpool who wish to be close to Museums, Mathew Street and the docks. If we ever have the chance to come back to Liverpool, I will book this location again.

This apartment is ideally located, literally 2 min away from the docks and 10 min from Liverpool one. Prior to our arrival, we were provided with some comprehensive and extremely useful information, and the communication has been very easy and smooth all along.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views across the Three Graces and River Mersey. Nicely decorated with good amenities, bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Very well organised, constantly kept updated through texts and emails. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is nice and communication was good. But the ikea style is shoring a little wear. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the apartment was very hot - a problem made worse by the lack of fan or AC in the bedroom and the fact that there were no shades on the windows to limit the sun. I know that this was during a heatwave so perhaps this was unusual. The location by the docks, a few minutes walk from Tate Liverpool was great.

The apartment is compact and comfortable- 4 of us stayed and there was room for us all- one nice double bed in bedroom, one comfortable pull out couch bed which folded back in easily to free up the living room space again. Hosts had removed their own stuff from bathroom/wardrobes so gave us lots of space for our things. Bathroom had soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner- these touches were very helpful. View from apartment was very nice. Top floor of building (with lift) so there was a nice breeze when the windows were open.
Building itself is only a few mins walk from shopping at Liverpool One etc, and a few minutes to night life and areas such as Temple Court- so taxis etc were not required- keeping costs down once in Liverpool.
Highly recommend this for friends or small family group going to liverpool for work or play.

The apartment is very cute and you can't beat the location! We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the lockbox being several blocks away and we spent along time trying to unlock the wrong box at 1 am. Other than check in and check out the apartment itself is fantastic!

The stay was pleasant and good location. However there was a lot of amenities that didn’t come through. For example the apartment looked like a 2 bed in the picture but once we arrived we found that it was one bed with a sofa bed in the living room. As well as this when we arrived we started having issues with the TV as there was no channels working, plus once we figured out how to get the tv working there wasn’t any proper signal service. the remote had no batteries and we felt this should’ve been checked prior to our arrival to see that everything was functioning correctly. Another issue was there that there wasn’t any NOWtv as suggested in the guide book which limited us to what we could watch. We feel things that are mentioned in the guide book should be there upon arrival.

The stay was good but unfortunately there wasn’t any bath suppliers, when we arrived the flat was freezing and the heating has a timer. Not a simple bottle of water to welcome us.
It is not a cosy flat, it looks more of on an empty flat which has been bought to do Airbnb, is not a local/cozy experience.

Perfect flat in the perfect location. If you are looking to be in a trendy and want to be close to everything in Liverpool then this is the place to be.
Also, I found the host did their best in making sure my stay was comfortable by providing the basics (milk and water) and also left me 6 bottles of beers.
