Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with large walk in shower.
Guest access
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.Other things to note
We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available from 15€ per night.
once you get here you can walk everywhere
From the airport you can catch a bus (ask me for the timetable, as it varies throughout the year), a taxi or order a transfer (ask me for the details).
If you decide to rent a car you may consider renting a parking space near Skol from 50€ per week, I'll provide direction to Skol and to the parking place.

We wanted to express our sincere thanks for hosting us at your wonderful Airbnb. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches you’ve added to make the house feel so welcoming and comfortable. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
We especially loved beautiful view, a comfortable bed, or a well-equipped kitchen, which really made our stay special. Your hospitality made our experience even better, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
Thank you again for making our trip so enjoyable. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Daniela a été une excellente hôte, quand nous sommes arrivées nous l’avons croisé à l’accueil et nous avons été ravies de faire sa connaissance.
L’AirBnb était très propre et complet et conforme aux photos et à la description.
L’emplacement du SKOL est juste parfait, de nombreux bons restaurants se trouvent juste à côté, il suffit de sortir du SKOL et vous avez la mer avec des transats que vous pouvez louer.
La piscine est vraiment très belle et grande avec plusieurs espaces

Communication was great with Daniela. I had to cancel the entire trip due to Covid, and Airbnb is no longer helping renters with understanding trip cancelations are sometimes beyond our control. $1000 spent that the host and Airbnb took with no offer of a partial refund or a transfer to a different date. Business is business and money comes first.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
