Nice house, but poor management company. The town is wonderful and the house was very spacious, including big comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. However, we had a poor experience with the management company and there were details about the property that had been neglected which impacted our experience. Prior to arriving we clarified with the management company that the travel cot would include a mattress. When we arrived it didn't, which was stressful, and the initial response we received from the host was effectively "tough luck". Generally their replies were robotic and unhelpful. The wifi details also didn't work, and the management company's response was that the property didn't include wifi (when it did). We also noticed some bolts missing on the spiral staircase, and there were plug sockets in one of the bedrooms that didn't work. Overall, it felt like the attention hadn't been taken to make sure this house was ready - a shame, because it could be a great space.

The property is in a great location in the town. It’s spacious, light and contemporary with extremely comfortable beds. I would definitely go back.
