We had an amazing stay, Cromer is a great beach holiday if you can time the weather right! The cottage is on a fairly busy road, but at night the traffic is basically non existent so it's probably quieter than a flat in town. The beach is easily walkable just 5 mins away and morrisons just up the road as well. The cottage was clean and they had some board games and DVDs to keep us occupied in the evening. I can highly recommend driving 30 mins up the coast to see the seals via a boat trip from Blakenly Point. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos and a great central location in Cromer, easily walkable to the town and the beach that’s five minutes away. It all felt very clean and I was very impressed with the useful essential items which included tea/coffee and such. There was a welcome pack explaining the property’s info as well as another folder with useful ideas/days outs and local food menus which is handy. After reading the folders I noted that they ask that dogs are not to be on the furniture something that the online listing lacks to inform you and should be mentioned under the rules section - Not a problem for us but may be for others. The courtyard is cute but be careful with more lively/jumpy dogs as they could escape the small fence We requested the sofa bed and I was a little disappointed that at the end of a long day I had to dress the pillows and duvet as I would assume this would of been done ready for me to make the bed in the evening.
