The space
A just-refurbished studio on the 2nd floor of the Skol A block. Queen-size bed in the studio space, single sofa bed in the lounge — sleeps 3. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher (rare in a Skol studio), coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge. Air conditioning + heating. Super-fast fibre WiFi throughout — the east-facing terrace makes a good morning office.

The east-facing terrace catches the morning sun and looks out over the sea, with an al fresco dining area and a separate lounge area.

2nd floor with lift. 24/7 reception on the ground floor — actual humans, not a code on a key safe.

Three pools in the tropical gardens: kids' (40cm), playing (140cm), and a 2m one for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3/day.

You'll have the whole studio to yourselves. The building has a lift, 24/7 reception on the ground floor (real humans, not a code on a key safe), and direct access to the three pools, the tropical gardens, and Marbella's Paseo Marítimo promenade. Parking available nearby from €15/day.
Other things to note
Sun loungers €3/day. Pets welcome — please add them when you book.

Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at ~21°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on the beach 23 June, Starlite festival running at the old marble quarry from 19 June. Quieter than August, but the town is already in summer mode.

Eine sehr schön gelegene kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer über den Balkon. Unweit entfernt ist die Altstadt von Marbella und es sind sehr viele Restaurants in der Gegend. Die kleinen Supermärkte haben teilweise bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We had a fantastic stay in Skol apartments, the location on the beach front is great with restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, we loved the balcony which although only 2 floors up felt very private and had a brilliant view, would definitely recommend staying here!

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
