Eine sehr schön gelegene kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer über den Balkon. Unweit entfernt ist die Altstadt von Marbella und es sind sehr viele Restaurants in der Gegend. Die kleinen Supermärkte haben teilweise bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We had a fantastic stay in Skol apartments, the location on the beach front is great with restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, we loved the balcony which although only 2 floors up felt very private and had a brilliant view, would definitely recommend staying here!

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement, cette fois ci avec notre bébé, et comme d’habitude tout a été parfait, appartement hyper propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer un bon séjour, emplacement de l’appartement est parfait.

A fantastic stay. Great location and only a short walk away from Marbella Old Town. The apartment was well equipped and instructions on checking in/out were very clear. It was very clean and the balcony with a sea view was such a lovely addition.

Super séjour, nous reviendrons ! Très bien localisé et très propre ! Idéal pour profiter du centre de Marbella et de la plage. Vous avez de nombreuses places de parking en bas de la résidence (les places sont payantes mais ça vous coutera une misère à la journée). Salle de bains très jolies, le balcon est sympa également

Pequeño estudio recientemente reformado con todas las comodidades y su hermosa terraza para tomar el desayuno en el sol de la mañana. Una estancia muy agradable, lo recomiendo.

Super Apartment, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und toller Ausblick aus dem Balkon. Innen gepflegt alles wie auf den Fotos. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. :)

A bit older building, but apartment itself is very new and modern. Very nice renovated apartment with amazing tv, dishwasher, kitchen, mirror, lights, ac, heating, window covers. Clean apartment with clean sheets and towels. Nice balcony with beach view. Everything was very clean. Close to beach, shops and old town. Would recommend, if you want fairly priced, comfy, clean and modern apartment with balcony and sea view.

Virkelig et dejligt ophold.
Lejligheden passer fint til os to.
Flot ren, skøn terrasse.
Så helt ny renoveret ud. Flotstort badeværelse der fungerede.
Fint nyt køkken med alt vi skulle bruge.
Dejlig seng. Skøn terrasse ud til Strandpromenaden, en park og ikke mindst havet.
Terrassen var to etager over en resturant, ingen problem- fra terrassen oplevede vi flamingo dans , spansk guitar og jazz gennem glastag 😀👍🏾( absolut ingen mad os).
Daniel var en god vært, mødte ham ikke, men han var altid hurtig til at svare.
Han hjalp med lidt billigere taxi til hjemrejsen søndag.
Trygt med en receptionist.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis vi får mulighed for det.

We were very pleased with our visit in Marbella. The apartment was situated in the best location and we experienced very good service. Even though we arrived in the morning we were able to leave the luggage and go take a swim before our check in. The apartment in renovated and very fresh and clean. Really felt at home and I will definitely come back here when I visit Marbella!

The apartment is in a great location with a sea view and has the extra touches of modern decor, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas and beach towels for use, but unfortunately without the basics that is irrelevant.

It is with regret that I need to write a review with negative comments but to me an apartment should not be rented out when there is a known issue of the water not being hot enough for a shower or to wash the pots but least with the pots you can boil a kettle!! The apartment just had a shower so could not use boiling water for a bath!!

On the evening of arrival we went to shower to find the water was cold. I rang the number given if there were any issues and told a maintenance man would be sent.

The maintenance man when he arrived said there is a known issue on that floor that the water is not hot enough and so we had the choice of having the cold water switched off so we could have hot water to be able to shower which is what we did and then he came back 30 minutes later to switch the cold water on.

When this is the procedure that needs to happen to enable a hot shower I would question if the apartment should be rented out like this in this modern time.

We were told this would be fixed the next day so we were hopeful having missed out on a morning shower that when we came back that we would have hot water to shower but again when going to shower it was colder than the day before so we had to go without a shower as we were both not prepared to shower in cold water.

Having rang the number again I was told maintenance had been out to change the shower and she had been told the water was now hot enough to shower however when I told her this was not the case and was still cold and what would be done as we needed to go out and had missed out on a shower she said my word against hers so I asked her to come and see for herself which she was not prepared to do. I asked if there was any compensation for the issues and inconvenience as feel when paying out money to rent an apartment you are paying for hot water to which she said no it’s hot enough of which I again disputed as I was there and it wasn’t no where near hot enough to have a shower.

All of this would have been easier to contend with had I got an apology rather than having the phone put down on me.

Lieu très agréable, j'y suis allée avec 3 de mes amies et l'espace était correct. Le balcon est indispensable ! L'appartement est très propre.
Il y a des choses dans l'annonce qui ne sont finalement pas présentes sur place mais des petites choses non indiquées qui y sont. Bon compromis

Schöne kleine Wohnung mir allem, wad man benötigt um sich auch mal selbst zu versorgen.
Ideal für Paare oder zwei Freunde.
Der Balkon mit Morgensonne und Meerblick war ideal für ein schönes Urlaubsfrühstück!
Die Lage ist perfekt für Strand und Stadt, alles zu Fuß machbar.

Our stay in Skol was very nice! A balcony with seaview, an apartment with a separate bedroom, a nice kitchen which suited all our needs. We really had a pleasent stay here. They even ordered good weather 😁for us so what more could we have wanted...
In short, a place to go back to!

A great location just off the beach. Rather than hiring a car we took a bus from Malaga airport for 8€ each rather than 70€-80€ each way in a taxi.

From the apartment the old town is a ten minute walk away and Puerto Banus was a lovely 1 hour walk west along the promenade which ran uninterrupted the entire distance.

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We didn’t use any cooking facilities preferring to eat out.

The area and apartment block felt very secure. No concerns on our visit whatsoever.

The key pickup and drop off was very easy. No issues whatsoever.

La casa es más pequeña de lo esperado, pero muy buena ubicación, pero también el agua de la ducha salía súper fría. Un poco angustiosa por el poco espacio, ah, y no hay sofá cama , son dos colchones supletorios.

Great spot for a beach getaway. Bright modern space. Best for up to two people. Close to everything with views of the adjacent park and beach, but nicely 100m or so from the noisier/crowded section. Beach chairs are nice if you don’t want to pay for the various hammacas. The chiringuito at the end of the building has great breakfast!
