Great stay, we will come back! Very well located and very clean! Great for enjoying the center of Marbella and the beach. You have many parking spaces at the bottom of the residence (the spaces are for a fee but it will cost you a misery for the day). Very nice bathroom, the balcony is nice too

Newly renovated small studio with all the comforts and its beautiful terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. A very pleasant stay, I recommend it.

Super apartment within walking distance of everything and great views from the balcony. Inside, everything is well maintained like in the photos. Definitely recommend. :)

A bit older building, but apartment itself is very new and modern. Very nice renovated apartment with amazing tv, dishwasher, kitchen, mirror, lights, ac, heating, window covers. Clean apartment with clean sheets and towels. Nice balcony with beach view. Everything was very clean. Close to beach, shops and old town. Would recommend, if you want fairly priced, comfy, clean and modern apartment with balcony and sea view.

Really a lovely stay. The apartment is a good fit for the two of us. Nice clean, lovely terrace. So brand new renovated. Nice big bathroom that worked. Nice new kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely bed. Lovely terrace out to the boardwalk, a park and not least the sea. The terrace was two floors above a restaurant, no problem- from the terrace we experienced flamingo dance , Spanish guitar and jazz through glass roof 😀👍🏾( absolutely no food us). Daniel was a great host, didn't meet him, but he was always quick to respond. He helped with a little cheaper taxi for the return trip on Sunday. Safe with a receptionist. We will definitely come again if we get a chance.

We were very pleased with our visit in Marbella. The apartment was situated in the best location and we experienced very good service. Even though we arrived in the morning we were able to leave the luggage and go take a swim before our check in. The apartment in renovated and very fresh and clean. Really felt at home and I will definitely come back here when I visit Marbella!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Marbella, opposite the sea. The residence is really nice with 2 swimming pools and a restaurant. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
