South-east-facing terrace with sun all day and a 180° sweep — sea, beach, park, promenade and marina from one continuous view. Most apartments face one direction. This one faces five.

Sleeps 3 (queen made from 2 singles + sofa bed). Pets welcome. Two minutes to Fontanilla beach, 10-minute walk to the Old Town. No car needed.

The space
A corner studio on the 2nd floor of the Skol A block — recently refurbished in light, calm tones. Two single beds in the studio space (push together for a super-king), sofa bed for the third guest. One bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge. Air conditioning + heating. Super-fast fibre WiFi throughout.

The south-east corner terrace catches the sun all day and gives a 180° view — sea, beach, park, the Paseo Marítimo promenade, and as far as the marina. The view is essentially what you came for.

2nd floor with lift. 24/7 reception on the ground floor — actual humans, not a code on a key safe.

Three pools in the tropical gardens: kids' (40cm), playing (140cm), and a 2m one for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3/day.

You'll have the whole studio to yourselves. The building has a lift, 24/7 reception on the ground floor (real humans, not a code on a key safe), and direct access to the three pools, the tropical gardens, and Marbella's Paseo Marítimo promenade. Parking available nearby from €15/day.
Other things to note
Sun loungers €3/day. Pets welcome — please add them when you book. Baby high chair already in the apartment.

Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at ~21°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on the beach 23 June, Starlite festival running at the old marble quarry from 19 June. Quieter than August, but the town is already in summer mode.

Wir hatten wunderbare Abende auf dem schönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Apartment ist auch zu dritt mit Kind ausreichend und gemütlich.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Mooi uitzicht en prima appartement. De gang naar het appartement was wel wat vies door werkzaamheden. De douche was 2x koud maar voorderest was het een top accommodatie.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
