We had a last minute change to itinerary, when our original accommodation became unavailable. Norfolk Properties were excellent in their service provision and were proactive is finding alternative accommodation that net our needs. The substitute property was clean and spacious and well placed to give easy access to the local area.

It was large clean and comfortable. Lovely private garden space for relaxing. Short walk to local shop, a couple of pubs and a couple of takeaways.

Minor comments but the windows could have been cleaned, and the front door needed a hefty push to open/close.

Great spot to walk to and from the river and the lovely village of Coltishall. Great pubs nearby for food and to sit and watch the world go by.
The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very disappointed the cleaners had not picked up on the infestation of weevils!
Took hours to clean and by the ends of the week they were all back!
