The location was good for the hospital which is what we needed. Everything we needed in the kitchen for self catering. Communication from the management team was good.
Check in was easy.

The heating went off at 10.30. it was chilly as a draught blew through the old windows. and not enough curtain covering to keep it warm. Just old office type vertical blinds. Which were not very good from a privacy point of view. No lamps in the living room so we sat under LED lights. And why not put wall lamps in the bedroom?..we had to climb over the bed to turn off the lights. The bathroom has a tiny cloakroom sink. Husband had to shave and wash in the kitchen. The apartment also needs a refurb. Paint work is dirty in places. The floor also needed a good sweep and clean. There is no parking in apartment 3 which was not made clear when we booked but I believe this has now been rectified after bringing it to the attention of the management team.

  • If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
