Le logement est très bien situé et offre une superbe vue mer. Tout est accessible à pied (front de mer, commerces, restaurants, vieille ville…)
Daniela est une hôte très réactive.
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité du logement.
Seul point négatif, l’insonorisation insuffisante de l’appartement.
Malgré tout, je recommande !

**Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung**
**Positiv:**
Die Lage der Wohnung war top, nur wenige Schritte von der Strandpromenade entfernt und die Altstadt war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
**Negativ:**
Die Wohnung war kleiner als erwartet und die Raumaufteilung war unpraktisch. Beim Betreten stößt man direkt auf das Bett im Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren sehr klein.
Das größte Problem war der fehlende Komfort. Die Geräuschkulisse durch die Hauptstraße und Renovierungsarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung waren störend. Entspannung war in der Wohnung kaum möglich.
Zudem wirkte die Wohnung stark abgenutzt. Es wären einige Ausbesserungen nötig, verbesserte Fugen, ein neuer Anstrich, neue Handtuchhalter, eine Verkleidung für das Schloss an der Wohnungstür, use. Für den Preis fanden wir die Wohnung absolut nicht angemessen und waren sehr enttäuscht.

Vi hadde ett supert opphold i den lille stilfulle studio leiligheten.
Den inneholdt alt vi hadde behov for. Det er tilkomst via parkeringsplassen direkte til strandpromenaden.
Flott beliggenhet med utsikt til stranda, mange restauranter rett i nærheten og gangavstand til gamlebyen.
Daniele svarer raskt på henvendelser både før og under oppholdet.
Vi fikk mulighet til tidligere innsjekk siden leiligheten var klargjort til oss når vi ankom Marbella.
Ville nok ikke bodd 4 personer i leiligheten siden den er veldig liten. Vi var 3 voksne der i en uke og det gikk fint.
Vi velger gjerne denne leiligheten ved en senere anledning.

We had a beautiful stay with unreal views from the balcony looking out to the sea. A real modern apartment which was very cosy and easy access. Location was perfect right off the seafront with restaurants and shops nearby. The walls are very thin and at nighttime the noise can be very high from the street which wasn’t ideal but other than this we really loved our stay.

The apartment is centrally located and easy to get around. The apartment is a little smaller than the pictures suggest. For example, the entrance is directly into the bedroom. Direct sea view only from the front of the living room. The overall impression is clean and modern, but with time you will notice dust and stains here and there. The water pressure and heat control in the shower is good but the shower itself is small, as is the size of the bathroom. The internet connection is very good. However, I would stay again.

Väldigt trevlig och seriös värd som var enkel att kommunicera med. Bättre läge i marbella finns Inge och boendet motsvarade beskrivningen. Allt bra! Litet minus då städningen hade kunnat vara bättre men helt okej ändå.

A super flat, quite small with limited storage but excellent as a 1 bed flat right on the beach. The flat is airy and light and is well equipped but has a cosy feel too.
My query was answered immediately and I could not have asked for anything more. It was so good I wanted to stay another week but sadly it was not available!
I would definitely stay in the flat again and also would use Daniela Vincenzo again - I am using them to hire an alternative flat for my second week.

La ubicacion es estupenda, la deciracion super cuidada, estaba limpio y ordenado. Si tuviese que poner una pega es que no tiene parking, pero ya en el anuncio se avisa. Para repetir seguro!

We stayed for about a week and loved the apartment. Daniela was very responsive and had a lot of local recommendations. The location is perfect and the neighborhood has tons to do. We will definitely be back and would book this place again

Ho portato la mia ragazza a marbella per il compleanno. L’appartamento era stupendo curato nei minimi dettagli ottima zona vicino a tutto gli host cordiali e disponibili. Lo consiglio davvero.

Rented Neptuno 501 studio apartment at Skol Marbella for six nights.

Check in could have been better. The man who handed us the keys to the apartment was very little helpful about what aparment building we had to go to, seemed grumpy, and the map inside was very little helpful and too simplified...

Pros:
When we came to the apartment you come straight into the bedroom, there is no hall, a bit surprisingly. The Apartment is however very fresh and has everything you need for shorter stays. Good views over the ocean from the balcony, and its walking distance to everything. Many nice restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets around.

The cons: The apartment next door was being renovated and also the pool in the garden. During our stay we woke up to construction workers 8:30 every morning, and it kept on both from the apartment next door and from the pool area during the (Website hidden by Airbnb) is not very fun when you roadtrip around Andalucia and come back 1 at night after a long drive and want to sleep out the next morning... We would never have booked this apartment if we knew this and that we couldn't get the relaxing holiday we wished for....The water was gone two days because of the construction working, so we could neither shower or flush down in the toilet.... not very fun. Also its quite noisy at the bedroom from the mainstreet, you hear very good if people drink late at bars at night...

I booked this apartment because it had a pool very prominently listed in the photos. When I arrived I saw the pool was dirty with rubbish and pigeons floating in it . It was closed and unusable. I contacted the host straight away and checked out and returned the keys to the concierge. The host took a long time to get back to me, the next day. They kind of said too bad we unticked pool from the amenities list 2 weeks ago, so we can't cancel , no apology just 'Have a nice day'. I found out from a resident that the pool had been closed for a year. I contacted Airbnb who were brilliant and refunded me very quickly.
Good ending but I would not recommend this host who I thought was very dishonest. It's not like they unticked kettle from the amenities list.! The apartment was very expensive for what it was. I have noticed that they have removed the pool photo but not reduced the price.
Having had to spend time afterwards looking for alternative accommodation I can guarantee there are much nicer places for less money.
