We had a great stay in the small stylish studio apartment. It contained everything we needed. It is accessed via the car park directly to the seafront. Great location with a view to the beach, many restaurants right nearby and walking distance to the old town. Daniele responds quickly to inquiries both before and during your stay. We were given the opportunity for earlier check in since the apartment was prepared for us when we arrived in Marbella. Would probably not stay 4 people in the apartment since it is very small. We were 3 adults there for a week and it went well. We are happy to choose this apartment in the future.

We had a beautiful stay with unreal views from the balcony looking out to the sea. A real modern apartment which was very cosy and easy access. Location was perfect right off the seafront with restaurants and shops nearby. The walls are very thin and at nighttime the noise can be very high from the street which wasn’t ideal but other than this we really loved our stay.

The apartment is centrally located and easy to get around. The apartment is a little smaller than the pictures suggest. For example, the entrance is directly into the bedroom. Direct sea view only from the front of the living room. The overall impression is clean and modern, but with time you will notice dust and stains here and there. The water pressure and heat control in the shower is good but the shower itself is small, as is the size of the bathroom. The internet connection is very good. However, I would stay again.

Very nice and serious host who was easy to communicate with. Better location in marbella is Inge and the property corresponded to the description. All good! Small minus as the cleaning could have been better but perfectly okay anyway.

The apartment was perfectly located for a relaxed holiday, the sea view was beautiful, and the apartment was even better than in the photos! I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again!

A super flat, quite small with limited storage but excellent as a 1 bed flat right on the beach. The flat is airy and light and is well equipped but has a cosy feel too. My query was answered immediately and I could not have asked for anything more. It was so good I wanted to stay another week but sadly it was not available! I would definitely stay in the flat again and also would use Daniela Vincenzo again - I am using them to hire an alternative flat for my second week.

The location is great, the decision was super manicured, it was clean and clean. If I had to put on a catch, it does not have parking, but the listing is already notified. Repeat for sure!

We stayed for about a week and loved the apartment. Daniela was very responsive and had a lot of local recommendations. The location is perfect and the neighborhood has tons to do. We will definitely be back and would book this place again

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
