Was a nice place. Five star cleanness. Parking not the best. That’s only thing that let’s it down

Great location and has everything you need for a short stay. The interior is just a little bleak with outdated furniture and little decoration. This isn’t somewhere to stay if you plan on being indoors much, but is a good base to explore Norfolk. We love Wroxham so we had a great time, we just found being in the house a bit depressing relative to other airbnbs we have stayed in in Norfolk.

I especially liked that the kitchen was well equipped with more than the minimum amount of cutlery and crockery so it was worth using the dishwasher. Also that there was more than one tea towel and in addition to personal hand and bath towels there was an extra hand towel in each of the bathrooms.

Lovely cottage, well equipped to cater for six people and with a small welcome pack with essentials, coffee tea, sugar, milk and biscuits. Plenty of towels for everyone and beds were comfy too! Shame there wasn’t a coffee table for your drinks, but that’s just a personal preference. Nice little patio area overlooking the broads which was a bit obscured by the hedge surrounding it. Also shame the view was spoilt by a huge new building being constructed opposite side of the broads and we were woken 7.30 in the mornings by the noise from machinery, drills banging etc. I wouldn’t let it put you off though as it won’t go on forever, just wish we’d known. We had a problem with one of the toilets but it was quickly sorted and we really appreciated that. All in all we had a great week at Quayside cottage. It’s in a ideal spot a few minutes walk to everything you need, nice pubs, shops, restaurants, take always and of course the broads where there’s self drive boats, canoe hire or trips. It’s got it all. Some of our family came over from America and they loved it so like they say “we’ll be back” x
