Second year in a row staying here. Fabulous location. Great apartment with beautiful views. So nice to be remembered by employees of El Sombrero restaurant. Love their food! This apartment is located exactly where you want to be. Old town is within walking distance. Amazing restaurants and supermarkets close. Nail salon as well. Host is super fast in replying to any questions and very accommodating. We absolutely love this apartment and Marbella. Bo complaints ever!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement propre, bien agencé, lumineux et agréable, avec une belle vue mer. Le véhicule n'est pas indispensable car logement bien centralisé, proche des commerces et restaurants, ou alors possibilité de laisser la voiture dans le parking souterrain avec abonnement, à 150m. Merci à vous pour votre réactivité à nos messages !

The apartment is very nice and cozy for a couple people. We really enjoyed the waterfront balcony. Location is near many restaurants, shops, water sport rentals, cycling. We would definitely stay here again.

Small clean beachfront apartment. The shower was exceptional. The kitchen area had everything you would need for your stay. Located on the beach with a good supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Начну с минусов: заселение организовано плохо. Вам надо получить ключ на стойке консьержа, находящегося в совсем другом здании, и вы получаете инструкцию к заселению на бумаге, вместе с ключом в конверте. То есть, вы не можете скопировать эту инструкцию в гугл-перевочик, если вы что-то не поняли. Там много текста, и в моём случае были перепутаны буквы в моей фамилии и указан 5 этаж вместо 1, но с этим было просто разобраться. Сложнее было с описанием куда конкретно идти. В итоге я зашла не в то здание и звонила по телефону просила помощи. Мне не понравилось, что хозяин - фирма, и всё обезличено. Никогда не понятно с кем вы будете контактировать. Рядом с номером телефона на инструкции о прибытии написано женское имя, трубку берёт мужчина. Никто не спросил меня в итоге, всем ли я довольна, и всё ли хорошо у меня проходит. Никакого общения, никакого airbnb - каким я его помню и знаю.
Другой большой минус: в апартаментах были муравьи, и мне приходилось постоянно беспокоиться о том, чтобы нигде не оставить ни крошки, ни капли, чтобы они не искали еду.
В остальном это хорошая студия, с красивым видом на море и удобной кроватью. Отдельный плюс - кухня обособлена от комнаты и вы не слышите звуки холодильника и т.д. Очень хороший душ и горячая вода.

Daniel is a very friendly good host. He braucht me more towels, a new lightbulb and explained me the heating System and shows nw unter the bed more wärmer rugs.
it is a wonderfull south balcon with view to the sea and boardwalk. The furniture are modern style and in sideboards and in the wardrobe was enough place for all.
Also the parking place was difficult to cone in( must be a very good driver) and often. o chance. Had to wait.
But I hope to return next year in November too. Soo much sun and the beach in front. Cold, but went swimming several times. The Pool is only open in summer.

Great location on beach front with restaurants nearby. We stayed in October so quite quiet but might be noisy in summer. Old town is nearby and well worth a visit lovely bars and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay and the terrace with the ocean view was the highlight!
The flat was immaculate and wouldn't hesitate to return. Everything you could possibly want, restaurants, shopping. supermarkets and of course the sea just steps away. Awesome stay!

This apartment has it all. It's location is perfect and is of a very high spec and in immaculate condition. Daniel is a great host and so helpfull. I would highly recomend this property and it will be the first on my list when I return in the future.

L’appartement de Daniel est vraiment idéal pour passer un séjour à Marbella, idéalement situé on peut tout faire à pied.
L’appartement est très fonctionnel propre et la vu du balcon est magnifique.
Notre seul regret est que la piscine était fermé durant notre venu à cause de la crise sanitaire, mais la plage se trouve à quelques mètres de l’appartement.
Daniel est un hôte très accueillant et qui vous donnera pleins d’informations sur Marbella et ses alentours.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour de 10 jours chez Daniel et l’appartement est vraiment parfait.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Daniel sent multiple comprehensive instructions including photos on how to access his apartment and park our hire car within the complex. This would have been easier if it had of been in daylight .
The access is behind locked gates which means a few keys or codes to negotiate. Daniel responded very quickly if required to phone or messages.
The Apartment has a superb location and has amazing views right on the golden beach mile. However inside it is basic with no frills. Lovely awaking to the sound of the sea and opening the curtains to a sea view. We both loved
Marbs. The evenings go quite chilly so the quilts in the bed drawer were handy and the on wall heater was used.
Lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Loved Blue palm for breakfast.

Sweet liitle appartment in gorgeous location. We were staying here in the week after christmas where Marbella is not that crowded. The view from the balcony alone is worth a stay here. Also Daniel is a great host, super accurate and responsive, all went according to plan. Can only recommend this place, especially when you are travelling outside the main season and alone or as a couple.

Daniel is a very good host, always ready to answer our questions, to give us priceless suggestions.
Very nice studio, full of light, with a wonderful view to the see. Nice time spent on the sunny balcony. Very well situated. Entrance to the building also from the sea shore, very practical for long walks on Passeo Maritimo. Supermarket at 10 min walk. Old town at 15 min walk. Many restaurants, bars around. We will be happy to return.

Das Apartment liegt traumhaft direkt am Strand und nah am Zentrum, super genial.
Das Auto konnten wir in der Umgebung parken oder wenn Platz war, auf dem Hof, toller Balkon und gute Ausstattung, Daniel ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber, den man alles zu der Umgebung fragen kann. Danke schön!!!

Wir können absolut nur gutes berichten. alles wie hier beschrieben. Man kommt in die wohnung und sieht vom flur aus schon das meer und die palmen. gigantisch! ein helles schönes appartment mit meeresrauschen, es hat an nix gefehlt. das grosse bett war sehr bequem.. küche, bad alles war sauber.... 1 minute von dir entfernt die super strandpromenade (mit vielen restaurants und shops,supermarkt etc..) und das meer vor dem balkon... einfach perfekt.
daniel ist ein liebenswerter gastgeber, der uns auch mit informationen rund um marbella versorgte. check in /out war einfach. herzlichen dank an daniel für unsere schönen 2 wochen.

L'appartement est exactement comme décrit et sur les photos. Idéalement placé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville. Situé au pied de la promenade le long de la plage. La piscine de l'immeuble est très agréable pour se reposer et ressourcer. Je recommande fortement !

The apartment is rather compact, so heavily built people will be a little squeezed. But the location is outstanding and overall you have to judge the accommodation by what you pay. This is afterall prime site Marbella.

We've stayed in this place for full 5 days and it was unforgettable experience. First of all, you hardly ever find better location: right on Marbella'a "golden mile" where you can find all sorts of restaurants and shops. Plus, if you prefer to save some money, you have an option to buy your groceries in a supermarket that is within 2 minutes of lazy walk from this apartment. Although a bit small, quite decently equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your breakfast within minutes. In case you decide to rent a car, you can get a free parking permit from Daniel to put your car right in the courtyard, which you can consider as an added bonus of $18/day. And this is really important because finding a free parking spot on Marbella's streets is not really easy task.

Best place we stayed at in the Costa Del sol. Me and my partner didn’t want to leave this place. Location within walking distance to everything. View of the ocean is 10/10. Daniel is a great host polite an assertive. He was very attentive whenever I needed to contact him & due to us flying out late gave us a late checkout which was great of him & much appreciated. El apartamento de Daniel es magnífico. Pasamos un par de días en Marbella y la vista desde el apartamento es hermosa, tanto q preferimos quedarnos a ver el atardecer desde ahí. La ubicación es inigualable, primera línea de mar, con restaurantes y bares muy cerca. Daniel y su madre son excelentes anfitriones, atentos, profesionales y amistosos. El departamento muy lindo, limpio, organizado y acogedor. Nos encantó Marbella y nos encantó este departamento y sus anfitriones. Totalmente recomendable.

Daniels apartment is superbly located with stunning views. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good kitchen and bathroom too. Perfect size for a couple on a break to Marbella. Daniels delightful Mum met us on arrival and showed us where everything was. We have stayed before at Puerto Azul and Skol apartments which are both good, but we liked this apartment over both of them and hope to be back - thanks Daniel!

It is my second time at Daniel's place even if this year, I could only stay one night.
The appartment is very well located, its small and perfect for 1 or 2 adults (a couple) and a child in the sofa, its clean, convenient and the sea view is amazing, the Paseo is busy but until not late so its not noisy at all at night and the marvelous part is to keep the window open all night and to listen to the sound of the waves ... So relaxing !
Again, everything was perfect, I really have been happy to stay again for a short break in Daniel's flat.
I heard some refurnishment was going to be done in 2019 ? I can't wait to see your flat all new :)
See you soon I hope, 2019 for sure and again thank you for this great night in Marbella

Daniel’s apartment was absolutely ideal for me & my partner, where we stayed for 10 days. The location could not have been better, with a back gate directly to the promenade. There was a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and has all of the facilities as listed. When Daniel met us he recommended some restaurants and places to go. Overall, we had a great holiday, would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thanks Daniel.

I just left Spain and had an amazing time in Marbella while staying in Daniel's apartment. The apartment couldn't be in a better spot. First front to the beach promenade with ocean view from the balcony, well from the bed. Just everything in walking distance, if for having breakfast coffee or tapas in one of the many restaurants, going out in the old town or or on the nearby port, catching public transport, going shopping or just enjoying some time on the balcony or in the pool. I loved it and my friend who came to visit me loved it too. Daniel has been very quick in responding and helpful. The apartment has all the basics for a wonderful stay and was very clean. I certainly would come back. Thank you Daniel!

Даниель самый гостеприимный хозяин,которого мы встречали.Он нас встретил и предложил аппартаменты раньше положенного времени.Все рассказал и показал,дал нужные рекомендации.По любому вопросу мы получали незамедлительный ответ.В аппартаментах было все необходимое для отдыха и приготовления еды. Кастрюли,сковородки,тарелки,чашки,ложки и т.д.....до тостера,кофеварки.....Расположение аппартамента отличное,шикарный вид с балкона,бассейны,зеленая территория,супермаркеты в 3-4х минутах,остановка автобуса 7 минут,старый город 10 минут.Приехала я бы еще раз? Да,конечно!Даниель,спасибо за все!

Appartement super bien situé ! Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. La situation face à la mer et à quelques centaine de mètre du port est géniale. Il est possible de tout faire à pied: aller à la plage, au centre historique, au restaurant, dans un bar, tout est à quelques centaines de mètres.
L'appartement était très propre. Rien à dire. Douche et toilettes niquels.
Je recommande fortement.

Daniel est un hôte très agréable qui à prit le temps de nous expliquer des choses et autres à propos de l’appartement ainsi que les bonnes adresses typiques espagnol pour manger où lieu à visiter dans les environs.
Logement bien situé, direct face à la mer et proche du centre ville et de la vieille ville de Marbella.
Deco et équipement sommaire mais très propre.

This apartment was fabulous! Had an amazing water view! Daniel’s lovely Mum greeted us and let us in to the apartment. The apartment was well fitted out and had everything we needed. Being on the first floor meant there was easy access. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to restaurants and bars and a great supermarket. We walked into the old town which we enjoyed and dined in a couple of great places which Daniel had recommended to us.

We could not fault this place - would highly recommend it and would love to have the opportunity to return some day!

i was in marabella with my two friends as we enjoyed a lot here. we were there in weekends so had full of parties two days and yes a lot more. Daniel was very helpful in every manner he helped us to explore places and to go for food,drinks and partying. view from his apartment is mind blowing. we use to jut seat in the balcony every morning for tea and listen to that waves sound and sunrising.
one must stay at his place if you're in marabella. i'll definitely love to stay there again.

The host of Daniel is precise and quick to answer our questions and help with additional problems such as airport transportation.
We felt wonderful in this apartment.
One objection: I missed the canal of Spanish and English TV channels.

La posizione dell’appartamento é ottima, si sente il rumore del mare ma per il resto é tranquillo e sedersi sul balcone é piacevole.
Anche se lo spazio é poco in due va bene e c’é tutto ciò che serve e Daniel é molto gentile e preciso.
Il letto però é molto stretto, due persone robuste farebbero davvero fatica a starci!

The view from the terrace says it all. Wonderful sea view, with direct access to a 7 km promenade and lovely beach. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Amenities close by include a huge variety of restaurants and very good supermarket. A short walk brings you to the very interesting old town. Daniel and his mum were very friendly and attentive hosts.
So totally recommend Daniel's Place. Michael and Elizabeth, Ireland

Je laisse une seconde évaluation puisque j'ai effectué un second séjour chez Daniel ! Cette évaluation complète donc la première.
Daniel est un super hôte. Il est venu me chercher avec son épouse à la gare routière de Marbella des mon arrivée et ensemble ils m'ont accompagnée à l'appartement. Ils m'ont ensuite fait découvrir le centre historique et ses bonnes adresses... C'est vraiment sympa et finalement assez rare...
L'appartement de Daniel est parfait, rénové, propre, en très bon état et fonctionnel.
Il est situé au 1er étage d'une résidence de bon standing avec une jolie terrasse qui donne directement sur la mer. La vue est splendide.
Le quartier où est situé l'appartement de Daniel est calme et agréable même s'il y a le Paséo Maritimo, des commerces, des bars et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Il est situé du côté résidentiel du Paséo et à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de l'hypercentre de Marbella
Honnêtement, n'hésitez pas un instant... Si cet appartement est disponible, réservez le, c'est un petit bijou
Par contre, je dirai idéal pour 2 personnes (adultes)

L'appartement de Daniel est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Marbella et avec une vue fabuleuse sur la mer et le Paséo Maritimo. En face des plages, proche des restaurants et des magasins, cet appartement est idéal si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser de voiture car il est vraiment central.
La terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer est exceptionnelle et permet de prendre ses repas dehors tout en admirant cette merveilleuse vue.
L'appartement est bien agencé, il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, à défaut il y a un grand supermarché à 200m.
Je recommande vraiment cet appartement idéal pour 2 personnes, voire 3 car il y a un grand lit et un canapé mais 2 est à mon avec avis parfait.
Je reviendrai c'est sur !!
